    7. Carne Guisada Dinner Plate
    Jeremy S.

Overpriced. I got the carne guisada plate and the majority of it was nothing but green bell pepper. They charged us a large party fee because we had 5 people. Then a 3% surcharge because we used a credit card. Definitely not worth the price. On top of that, we got all of our food but my son had to wait for his plate for a while.

Food was served at the correct temperature and well seasoned. We were pleasantly surprised. The waiter was very polite and on point. The prices were average. Portions were great. The restaurant was decorated nicely. We will be returning!!

We're guilty of pigging-out as a family. Our consummation efforts are snort of remarkable, since we manage to leave a perfect mess on the table. Check our chins, upper lips, or snouts. Undoubtedly there'll be non-microscopic evidence of our omnivorous diet. It's only once in an often while, and usually on saturated fat Sundays. Here's what our suidae enjoyed gulping: cevice borracho fries Barbacoa plate Chili relleno plate Queso Super compuesto Pollo poblano Caldo de Rez Texano con crispy tacos This list shall grow longer; so, for now, you're welcome to slobber over pigtures... By the way, some of these choinkces are found on their HH menu.

This is one of my fav mid week or need a Margarita places. They have such a good vibe, nice music, staff is always so polite and friendly. I've tried various things on the menu and have yet to be disappointed. Chimichanga is probably my fav thing covered in queso and next is the enchiladas. I love that they have multiple areas of seating based on what you are feeling. I usually choose the bar area but the patio is equally inviting on a nice day and they've recently started doing live music.

Delicious great service. Best salsa around and I like thicker chips. Something for every budget.

Pretty standard Tex-Mex fare. Wasn't too busy. Sat at the bar. Service was great. Food is good.

It's definitely more of a bar to sit down and chat as they have a lot of very comfortable seating. The bartenders were friendly, and I got to try a few different drinks. Their menu is huge, and they have so many interesting cocktails. Dragon's Breath: I may have misremembered the name, but this was definitely the coolest drink I got. It came with a plastic dragon egg with dry ice spewing out of it just for the vibes. The actual drink itself was very tasty and sweet with a dragonfruit flavour. The main liquor is Malibu. The Parlour: had a sour lime taste to it with a big green skull ice block. My friend kept the golden skull pick as it is marketed as a keepsake, which is a very cute idea. This is one of their most expensive cocktails. Lychee Martini: this was terrible. I love lychee, and I like martinis, but this tasted like foul flowers. I would call this a rotten lavender taste. I did not taste any lychee. Living Dead Girl: tasty vodka cran drink with real blackberries. They got stuck in my teeth and stained them, but it tasted great.

A lot of decorations and comfortable sofas. The bartender was super friendly and knew how to make her drinks. I got an espresso martini, and it was pretty strong. Prices were good. The margaritas (mine were on the rocks) made to perfection. Finally a place that has "Hot" salsa. Great taste, great amount of heat. Only miss with all of this are the chips. My personal preference is for a thinner chip. Some like the thicker ones and try this place regardless of my chip preferences. I ordered the Steak Fajitas with Corn tortillas. Great portion size. The sides were portioned to complete the meal. I did ask for sour cream since the menu did not say it came with it. Well it did and the waitress did not let me know that and so I got charged for an extra sour cream. Not a big fan of refried beans, however that was what they had. They tasted good and I believe if you are a refried beans type, they would be considered great! The restaurant itself is modern meets industrial vibe. Cozy but not tiny. The staff could be a little more attentive or at least more personable. All in all, I would eat here anytime I am visiting the area and wanting Mexican.

We were excited to come back to 3West when they finally reopened after the tornado, but…read moreunfortunately our first trip back had room for improvement. My Think Pink drink was good, but overpriced. They don't have prices on the cocktail menu, and this felt more like a $9 drink than the $12 it turned out to be. My husband's beer was very well priced, I thought, at $6.50 for an IPA. My husband had the buffalo chicken sandwich. It wasn't tossed in buffalo sauce, just unevenly drizzled on top so the full sandwich wasn't covered. He asked for a side of sauce to finish the job and we were charged $0.50 for it. He was also charged $0.50 for a side of ranch for his fries. In general, I just don't agree with charging for condiments. I had the Alehouse Burger and it was fine. It had a bacon tomato jam so I thought it would be okay without condiments, but it was dry. It needed pickles. None of the burgers on the menu had pickles. Burgers should have pickles. We weren't given a kid's menu when we were sat, so I thought they didn't have one (it's a pub, I get it), and I tried to just order a side of mashed potatoes for my son. Our server was cool with it and was able to ring it in (because she later had to take it off the ticket) but the kitchen told her they don't serve individual sides which is very odd to me. You have a button for it on the POS, you can serve a side on an entree plate, so just put that amount on a side plate. It seems like a very easy way to cater to your customers. The sun really shines through those back windows in the evening. Some pull down shades would be a huge improvement. It's a beautiful view, but not when the sun is setting and blazing into your retinas. Overall, food was mid, prices were a little too high across the board, service, as always, was great.
