I didn't complain bc you can see the waitress hustling I just didn't finish it and took it to go. This is the first time I've actually dined and the restaurant and It looks beautiful. This is a great spot for date night and to go out with a group! I dined here Friday night with friends and we had the Thai chicken wings, calamari and Kani salad for appetizer. The calamari is very fresh and crispy! Chicken wings had a delicious sauce and were also tasty and the kani salad was great! We also order a selection of sashimi and sushi and all were amazing. The selection of seafood is very fresh and the rolls were all carefully prepared. The house special roll with jalapeños were great. I also ordered a pina colada and it was a great frozen drink for my meal. Overall I would try everything again and I highly recommend!

Ordered the kung pao tofu (which was indicated as spicy on the menu) and it was SO sweet. Not spicy at all, even after I added the hot sauce I requested. Sweet potato roll was good, but they skimped on the eel sauce. Overall 2.5 stars for me. Music in the restaurant was too loud the whole time as well. read more

Yes, the food here is great. Everything is fresh and the flavor is good. The crab rangoons were the triangle shape and not the ones with the fans at the top (if you know you know) and had a surprising crab to cream cheese ratio. The real secret to this place is the frozen drinks - omg!!!! they are strong and delicious, and made to order so they aren't whirling around in some dirty machine all day with a little liquor topper like other places - nope. fresh and blended right in front of you with a generous amount of alcohol. Groups can congregate in the lounge-y areas but the feel is remarkably different depending on where one choses to hang. On a beverage front, there is no shortage of quality drinks to be had. The cocktails are well made and not expensive; the bartenders do a good job of making sure each drink carries a certain kind of potency before leaving the bar. The happy hours are lovely as well, combined with a good deals ($5 shot + beer special, $5 cocktails, etc.) and even better hours (2-8pm!). Lastly, I appreciate a good name. Bad Old Days can be interpreted in many facets, but I think this establishment prides itself on good company and somehow rewards us with simple, good drinks.
