After a very stressful day, I went in to get my pedicure and manicure. I was immediately seated and Nancy got to work on my toes. Mindy did my nails at the same time. which was fine with me. I have really bad ingrown toenails, so I have to be very careful about how they are cut. Nancy did exactly what I asked and after a neck and shoulder massage, I was able to relax a little. I left feeling great and admiring my nails and the excellent job they did. I will certainly return for further service and would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

Took my 14 year old niece to get a pedi and decided I'd get one too. Her pedi went great and she loved the end product. Granted it was just white nail polish. I, on the other hand found my pedi to be sub par at best. Uneven nail cut and I asked for a buff/shine. Really liked the way my nails turned out. They did the ombré and flower really well. They also did good on my toes. The only complaint was the cost. It was 55 for a fill. That's how much the nails cost me in the first place. Then an upcharge for every single thing. Design was an upcharge 15, adding acrylic to my toes for a broken part was 5, wanting gel on my toes was 15. They did a good job, but I just think the repair on my toe should have been included if I was getting gel bc it can't do over broken toe nail anyways read more

I have been coming here for over a year and they are the BEST nail salon. I typically get coffin shaped acrylic nails and they come out beautiful every single time. The salon inside is absolutely beautiful but what really sells me as a loyal customer is the impeccable customer service. The staff is attentive and detail oriented. They also frequently have fun giveaways or drawings for customers. Every time I get my nails done I end up tipping 25-35% because of how amazing the service is. I recently broke a nail and when I went in for the repair it only took them 15 minutes to fix it. When I went to pay they didn't charge me. I insisted on tipping. They care about their customer service deeply and it's why I refuse to go to any other salon and have become an extremely loyal customer. Highly recommend. read more

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP! I have been coming here for over a year and have never had a problem. Friday, October 13, 2023 I came to the nail salon as usual and after services were rendered an hour later the gel started peeling off-- they refunded me which is fine. Today October 16, 2023 I come back to get the damaged nails repaired with the intent of paying for the new gel color since I received a refund. Multiple people came over to look at my nails and it seem like it was rigorous conversation (not in English) so I asked was there anything wrong because now I'm confused. The "owner" stated that they needed to do all of the nails but again this is the second time I've had to come to the nail shop within 72 hours and I'm delaying my trips. I told him that I was pressed for time because it is a work day and an inconvenience for me may I continue with the polish change at this point and I will pay because it seem like it was a problem. He goes on to say he refuses my service so now I'm left with 4 white nails and that's it. Definitely lost a customer, the owner is RUDE and not helpful. Not once did I raise my voice or become disrespectful until he was disrespectful UPDATE- In Response to Jenny: I was in a time crunch, I almost missed my flight coming back the same day and I was going to miss another flight after due to your company. I didn't care about the other 4 nails I just needed my nails done for an event. I've loved coming here multiple times in the past. I asked to get a simple French tip, and the lady wasn't able to do them all the same they were coming out all different. Tried making it easier bc it toke so long and decided to just stick with the nude power and glitter on top. The results were horrible all chunky and messy. Still have the French tip residue could take the time to properly clean the nails. Looks like I painted them myself at home. So disappointing never coming back again. Please let the customer know if you can't perform a specific style of nail saves both customer and clients time. read more

We'll my experience at soho nails was 5 stars . Since I stepped in the receptionist greeted me and helped me make up my mind on what I wanted . He was really nice and let me tell you also cute . As a newly opened nail salon, this place has their stuff together! When we entered we were greeted with a warm smile by a girl named Lisa, where she welcomed us in and led us to our spots. She always checked up on us and asked if we wanted any snacks or drinks, and we had a bit of small talk. The woman who did my pedicure, Anna, was so sweet and amazing. I'm quite ticklish on my feet and she would laugh when I laughed and she was such an amazing person. The man, Ben, did my manicure and he absolutely nailed it! He always asked me whether I liked the work he was doing, if I didn't like the color he would get a new one and he was very good at copying the design I wanted. 10/10 amazing experience! First time customer near where my daughter lives. I thought I'd treat her and I for manicures. They were not friendly, my polish lasted 2 days before it chipped and same with my daughter. We will not be back ever. After 5 days half my polish just chipped off. I work in an office. I've never had such a bad manicure. My polish was taken off with electric filer and he ruined several of my nails. They were so thin that 4 of them broke. I wish I would have taken photos of my hand before I took the rest of the OPI cheap polish off. I'm so disappointed. They also tried to upcharge me on both manicures. I hope they don't treat all their customers this way. I hope people read reviews before they choose a better place with nicer people who speak better English too. Soooooooo disappointed!!! I waited months for this place to open! i went this I ast Friday evening and got the $57 pedicure! I felt rushed and she cut my nails all uneven! It's now Sunday and my feet are already dry and scaly and that has NEVER happened before! It doesn't even look like I just got a fresh pedicure! Then on top of all of that instead of using the foam separates all salons use she used a PAPER TOWEL!! SERIOUSLY???? I was mortified!!! I really couldn't believe it! I came here because its close to my house but I will NOT be returning! I will make the drive to my normal nail technician on Bunker Hill! I will never go back. The girl who did my nails (dip) told me that she had only done dip once before. She didn't really know what she was doing. She had a hard time figuring out how to remove the old dip and had me soak my nails in a bowl of solution vs covering w cotton and foil. She said she was from Ohio and no one in Ohio did dip so she had no experience with it. I'm surprised the salon would allow someone to handle customers until they had more experience. Not a good experience. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I would definitely not recommend this nail salon at all. When they first opened I went there just because it was walking distance for me and decided to do shellac 4 days later the shellac on 2 of my nails chipped pretty bad. Went back to the salon and ask the lady that I just needed 2 nails fixed. The guy (not sure about his name) was really rough with the drill and made my nail beds burn from the shellac being removed. I'm guessing he was bothered that I went back to get my nails fixed but he was just very rough moving my fingers around and pulling my hands. I would just take my money and business elsewhere. read more
