As of late, the one in Eagan, MN has been getting my business. While at Opry Mills, I found this store and went in. I tend to hit the discounted wall of shoes, which happen to be on the back walls. The variety was impressive for my size 11 feet. I spent some time trying on various pairs of sneakers, from high-tops to platforms. I ultimately fell in love with a lightweight pair of navy blue sneakers. The footbed in them is so comfy. I approve this improvement! I saw a bunch of key chains. I got a purple Converse one. It's cute. I went to pay for my items. I had a friendly man at the counter chat with me. He was personable and energetic. I paid with a credit card. It was a smooth transaction. I got my items in a rather large bag. It helped, as I bought a lot of items at Opry Mills this visit and they all fit in this bag. I managed to decline getting a bunch of plastic bags with my purchases. I thanked him and happily walked out of the store with my purchases. My key chain is on my computer backpack. I love it. I am happy with my sneakers. I love this store and hope to return when I'm back in Nashville. (295)

Not only did they assist us in finding clothing and proper shoe sizes they made recommendations of other boutiques and restaurants in Nashville for us to try. The two main ladies assisting us were named Lindsay and Whitney. Both absolutely stunning and timelessly dressed. I found the perfect black dress and they offered to ship my item to my home address so I didn't have to lug it around all day or run the risk of not having enough room in my suitcase when we leave town. The shoe selection truly had something for everyone. They also have delightful jewelry unlike any pieces I've seen anywhere else. Any items purchased from here will make you the best dressed for any occasion!! Do yourself a favor and make time for this gem!

Now specific small or large sizes may be hard to find everything that you like but there is a lot of boots to choose from. After an hour and a half of shopping, feeling, and trying on about 15 different boots I had it narrowed down to seven pairs. It took another 30 mins to get down to four pair. One black Ostrich Leg; one medium-brown python, one chocolate Cayman belly, and one light brown Goat skin. The first three pair were $499 each so walked out with $1,497 in boots for just $499. The 4th pair was 40% off. YOU CANNOT BEAT THIS DEAL. Salespersons were friendly, helpful, and even called to the other store in downtown Nashville for sizes on boot styles they didn't have at this location. And the final reason the 'Boot Factory Outlet' is such a great deal is they will ship, directly to your home, for FREE! Thats right, Free. Saves you from packing all those new boots in the suitcase.

I look at all the other suitcases on the baggage claim and they are fine. So naturally I take the busted item into Ross and ask for a refund. Any other retailer in 2023 (maybe excepting the dollar store) would have given me a refund no questions asked, but not Ross. The first "manager" says, "Well it's not resalable so we can't take it back," and I laugh because of course it's not resalable. Then manager #2 comes up and says, "Well I have had a lot of suitcases break on the plane," and I said, "After you bought the suitcase two weeks prior?" and he says, "Well, it depends on the quality of the suitcase," and I said, "Yeah, Ross sold me a poor-quality suitcase," and they still wouldn't take my return. I honestly feel bad for these yes-men-managers who do whatever they are told by some corporate executive who makes policies like this and doesn't care about customer satisfaction or experience. Also, I have my full conversation with these managers recorded if corporate would like to listen but what is most likely? A) Ross corporate cares B) Ross corporate doesn't care You know the answer.
