That was my mistake, and I take responsibility for not ensuring the written agreement matched the earlier communication. I learned an important lesson about getting everything in writing and double-checking all terms before signing. That said, I still experienced poor communication, delayed responses, and confusion around the status of the sale and payment. Stopped in here to look for an specific item. It is in an office type building on the third floor. We were greeted by, "Spencer" who was overly friendly, wagging his tail, and looking for attention (Very sweet dog). They did have unique, amazing high end items, and good pricing. Unfortunately, what I was looking for they did not have. Also, the shoes I was looking at weren't my size. None of that is their fault at all. I was visiting Nashville and thought it would be fun to visit a luxury consignment boutique while I had some time between business meetings and came across the Luxury Label. I had no real intentions of buying anything. I figured I'd just look around and kill a bit of time. However I fell in love with a gorgeous pair of Louis Vuitton shoes they had in my size. Not only were they priced right, but the store was willing to mail them to me in Florida which saved me money on taxes. The store representative even included in my package plastic red bottom soles that would help me preserve the classic red bottom look. The new location is a creepy little store and nobody I know has ever seen anyone there. At the old location on Hillsboro, the owner was normally intoxicated by around 4:30 and would sell items that consignors would place under her care for very low prices, sometimes not remembering she sold them. This happened to me and several friends who consigned there. I trusted her for months with my items and never heard from her or Jordan. Also, if you are a consignor, she does not honor the contracts you sign with her and sometimes does not remember where to locate them. The alleged contract would go from 70/30 to 60/40 to 50/50 depending on what she said verbally that day. I did get some checks, but the math was never mathing. Additionally, she and her friends sometimes wear the consignor's clothing, shoes, purses, and jewelry. It is as if it is there personal closet! Can you imagine? If there are damages or wear, she puts them back in the store for sale as if nothing ever happened. Both Beth and Jordan say terrible things about their clients behind their backs while they smile to their faces. Drop by around 4:30 and see how they are behaving, that is if they are even there. I guarantee you this review is spot on. I have no idea how they are still in business. Try Designer Finds which is local or The Real Real who will come by your home for pickup and has a great online presence. Both are reputable and trustworthy with a great selection. We work hard for the items we have and deserve to be treated fairly and with care and these two companies will do just that. read more

Jordan is a doll. Always dressed beautifully and extremely kind. Their old space was a little scary tucked in a back corner and dark. I was hesitant to even leave my stuff but he was so kind, I thought that I'd give it a whirl. They've since moved and the new space is a zillion times better. Sooooo different. Big windows. Cleaner brighter and organized and presentable. They have bags and shoes and a nice case with jewelry. Pretty jackets and everything is displayed well. I've consigned my stuff for years so I'm super finicky about the process. Jordan and Beth walked through any hiccups. We had a couple little issues but the beauty is everything was resolved. read more

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AS A BUYER OR SELLER, THEY ARE THIEVES. I dropped off 3 bags here sometime in February. Two Louis Vuitton bags and one Gucci bag. I reached out April 12th to inquire on the status because no one had been in communication with me. I was informed two of the bags had sold and checks would be issued May 1st. I thought at the time that seemed like a long time to receive payment but no big deal, I was fine with waiting until then. Today, May 21st, I realized I still hadn't received anything so again I reached out asking about payment and the status of the 3rd bag. I received the following response: "Hi- the checks did not go out - apologies- Our internet is still down- we will check on the - LV as soon as our internet is up. Checks should go out no later than this coming Saturday. Apologies Regards -TLL" I thought "are you kidding me". We are talking about THOUSANDS of dollars and I didn't appreciate the nonchalant response. Not to mention what on Gods green earth is going to take them 5 days to write a check and how convenient is it that their internet is down. Likely story. If either scenario is true, which I find hard to believe at this point, they owe me much more of an apology than that and should have more of a sense of urgency to resolve the issue. Not to mention this is a very small shop - both owners were present the day I went in, they clearly don't have many employees so "checks should go out Saturday" as if he has no control over it is a BS response as is "I have to have the internet to check my inventory" as if they have some complex software to track inventory. How about use your eyes and look around?? It is a LV never full, one of the most popular designer bags. Surely it wouldn't take 4 months to sell. I replied questioning why they need 5 days to write a check and offered to come pick up the check to speed up the process and have not received a response. They clearly need the money more than I do but I am here to warn other consigners and asking buyers not to support this business. read more

I breezed in there today right when it opened. Jordan was very welcoming, impeccably dressed for a Saturday morning, and impressive with his honoring store opening times (not usual with boutiques). He graciously accepted my two items, Bruno Cuccinelli jeans and a Burberry hand bag. Some boutique owners like to disdain the owners of the very same products that they are attempting to buy/sell, but he was extremely polite and answered my questions about my past sale... and promptly presented me with a check for $275. He casually described some pieces I might have been tempted to buy if I wasn't in a rush to get on to exercise. Next time I'll go back better dressed and in a mood to buy! An upscale looking place for Nashville ladies to drop off barely used label items and feel good about your cast offs. Trust the items will be well cared for and sold. read more
