From start to finish, Sam was professional, efficient, and incredibly communicative. He kept me updated throughout the project, answered my many questions, and was always willing to take the time to discuss options with me. As someone who wanted to be intentional about every decision, I really appreciated that he helped me think through materials, finishes, and products to make sure they were the right fit for my home. I am absolutely in love with how everything turned out... especially my bathrooms, the kitchen backsplash, and the beautifully restored cabinetry. The transformation is amazing. Because this was an insurance claim, there were many moving pieces, and Sam worked seamlessly with my public adjuster and everyone involved in the process. Prior to working with Sam, I consulted with at least 7 other contractors and Sam was able to offer the most reasonable and seemingly honest cost, he had a waitlist, and I was willing to wait - I am glad that I did. I would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone looking for a contractor who is skilled, reliable and honest!

These were small jobs, but he treated them with the same care as a bigger project. No job is too small for him!! The work was done efficiently and cleanly, and his prices were very reasonable, basically what non-licensed contractors would charge. He let me buy all the materials myself and very kindly handled the bigger items like vent pipes for FREE. Sam's quote is just the labor, so you are not charged a markup on your quote for any material cost. There were a few surprises along the way, and he took care of the extra work without charging extra. He also demoed the kitchen tiles nicely and even did some extra paint work and tile grout for free. He makes sure the project will be done well! Sam is honest and practical. He suggested I wait to install a kitchen vent until a future renovation. I still went ahead with it, but it was nice to hear someone not trying to upsell me. I can trust Sam's opinion for the job and not worry that I am being exploited by my lack of home renovation knowledge. Communication was great, the quote was detailed, and he kept my home protected and clean during the work. It's been four months since the job was finished and everything is still perfect. Reliable, honest, and skilled...I'll definitely hire Sam again.

He quickly measured the areas and explained a few options and drew a preliminary floor plan on paper and gave us a quote on the spot. He was straightforward, honest and clear, which made it easy for us to decide that he was the right person for our project. Jun made the renovation stress free from start to finish. Prior to the start of the project, he supplied us with a checklist of materials to purchase along with a more detailed floor plan drawing as work on our remodel started. Crew member Mr. Lun was assigned to our project. He was so professional and detailed during our renovation. He is a master at his job. His attention to detail is outstanding. He is incredibly thorough, precise and meticulous about every aspect of his work. He was always on time and kept the work areas very clean with no disruptions to our everyday living. Jun put a high level of care and pride into our project and holds himself to an exceptionally high standard. He was always available if we had questions and checked the progress and quality of the work daily. He was very responsive when we requested a change or adjustment and made sure everything was completed exactly as it should be. The project was completed on time as promised. We are so thrilled and love our new master bathroom. We will definitely call Jun again for our next project. We are glad we made a new friend. We highly recommend him and his fabulous crew! He was consistently communicative, responsive, and transparent, always keeping us informed every step of the way. Whenever an issue or concern came up, he didn't just address it--he went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. That level of accountability gave us a lot of confidence throughout the entire remodel. Mr. Chen and Jun worked Monday - Saturday, coming early and leaving late. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. He was also incredibly tidy, making every effort to contain dust and keep the mess limited to the construction area. Living through a remodel is stressful, but his cleanliness and respect for our home made the experience tolerable. Overall, we highly recommend Jun and his team. If he sees something he doesn't like or feels wasn't done correctly, he has no problem telling his crew to rip it out and redo it until it meets his standards. That level of attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence throughout the project. Another thing I really appreciated was how organized and respectful they were of the property. Every day when they finished work, they made sure everything was cleaned up and their tools were organized in one designated spot instead of being left scattered around the property. Not once did they leave the place a mess, which was very impressive considering how long the project lasted. The project took about eight months to complete. Like with any construction project of that size, we had a few misunderstandings along the way, but Eddie was always easy to get a hold of. He was very communicative and always took the time to answer questions and explain things when needed. Something else that I liked was that whenever Eddie had to step away from the project, he would leave one of his sons in charge on site. That made it easy to communicate with someone who was there and knew what was going on with the work while Eddie was away.
