While I am not a member, I do have friends that are so I've been to this location multiple times.there is nothing better than spending a Sunday lazing around in the beach chairs, enjoying the sun that that being said if you go during high season, say November you have to get there really early to be able to get a chair.the menu in the beach is limited, but pretty tasty specially the juices. Expect to pay Miami Beach prices they have ballet, but I've been lucky to park on street parking and nearby street lots.

I love going to soho houses in every place that offers them. This one had a cute Tulum ish outdoor vibe with a few seating areas and lots of lounge beds which I loved. The food was pretty mediocre honestly. Nothing memorable or amazing. The service was ok, lots of staff but they seemed kinda miserable. Not much smiles or energy. And honestly this place gets really crowded. I'm not sure if everyone's a member cause they gave out so many different wrist bands which I didn't understand. Not my fav soho but it was ok.

Decided to have a beach day since the weather is back to being beautiful. Everyone else seemed to have the same idea because there were literally no beach chairs when we first arrived and had to be wait listed. We found a spot on the sand and put our towels down for a little while but the staff was really good with getting us some chairs in pretty good time. The weather and views were perfect. As was the pizza we ordered. I loved the Oj station where you could squeeze your own juice. I'm such a big kid so it was right up my alley. The service was really could from the check in station to constant servers checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I laid out and relaxed and enjoyed the day and even got in the water for a bit. The perfect reset for the week ahead. Hoping to carve out some time for another beach day this week.

It's always a great place just to get away as it feels like you're in a hidden oasis away from the outside world. Went for a friend's bday here on this occasion... but I've also been multiple times for private gatherings, events, and cultural occasions. If you are not a member, you are still able to have limited access to certain parts of the property if you have been invited by a guest. There are a range of membership levels and prices from location specific to price points for those travel to different cities where a soho house is located. On site, they have rooms, bars, a pool, terraces, and more.

The beach access with chairs and service makes it all worth it. Service on the beach can be a bit slow (that's why I took away a star). Coming during the week is key. The weekends get packed and if you are not there by 11; good luck getting a chair. During the week, it's less crowded. Limited menu on the beach but the clarified pina colada (non alcohol) is delicious and the poke bowl is tasty. Those are my go-to's. The restaurant has a full menu and the filet is tasty.

Drinks - 5 (one of their specialties) Service - 4 Food - 4.5 As a SoHo member and being local, this is one of my favorite places in town. This is the place where you not only come for a tan, but also for good drinks, food and a lasting laugh. Tip of you like seafood, during the weekend Cecconi's has, in my opinion, one of the best buffet brunches in town that includes unlimited oysters and tuna. Cheers to many more Picantes (their margarita version ) at the SoHo beach house!

Soho Beach House has really mastered the feeling of home. I love coming here because you can spend an entire day here with so much to do. From full beach service, which is 10/10 always to rooftop vibes at ocho -- there's always something fun to do at Soho which leaves me there for hours. Whether I'm going to disconnect and enjoy some selfcare time, working from there, or spending time with friends, Soho sure knows how to master all the vibes! Everyone is so warm and welcoming which is honestly my favorite part. I love their wellness area -- the steam room is huge, and the locker/shower area is nice and relaxing. They have food service in almost all the floors which makes it perfect for you to snack all day long. If you're craving yummy picantes and delicious guac this is the spot for you. The hotel rooms are 10/10. So unique and really transport you out of Miami. It's vintage taste, gives European chic while keeping it tropical at the same time. If you're looking to staycation in Miami, this is the spot for you.

Soho Beach House is one of my favorite spots here in Miami! The drinks, the vibes, the views. Literally always a good time whenever I'm here. It's like Disney for adults LOL

Cannot complain 5/5! With such a close proximity to the beach (literally 10 steps) soho beach house makes for a perfect stay! The staff is very friendly and attentive and everything I experienced from the spa, to the beach service, room service, to the restaurant were amazing! I went during a weekday stay so it was easy to find pool/beach spots but I hear it's crowded on the weekend. The spa was also a great experience and recommend going if you stay!

What a vibesy hotel in the heart of Miami Beach! I love when I get to pop into Soho. I've never stayed here but I've had the pleasure of attending a few invite only musical pop ups here and they know how to set the vibe. Recently, I came on a Thursday to see a new artist, Tamara and I am now a fan! Can't wait to come back for more vibes.

Pool side burger and their butter lettuce chicken salad. Service was great considering how busy they were. Staff is friendly and accommodating always enjoy our times at soho beach house

For a place that is membership only, which seems pretentious, everyone there is so lovely. The staff, the servers, and even all our fellow diners were warm and welcoming. The food, yes it's $$$, but it is also so worth it! The burrata and tomatoes were insane. Ohhh the best part is the outdoor dining. There are all these trees with beautiful little white lights... it's just like a fairy tail. We Loved it all!

My gf and I stopped through here on our way out before boarding our flights later in the afternoon. If you're toting your luggage and not a hotel guest, you will have to find another hotel to store your luggage while enjoying this most decadent brunch experience. Luckily we arrived early enough to our reservations to sort that out. Reservations are a must if you don't want to wait. The restaurant is gorgeous with various spaces designed differently but keeps to the exotic Asian theme. Dining in the atrium near the water feature in the middle with stage for the musicians is where we had our experience. Olga was our server. She brought us our special beverages not available at the bar: Bloody Mary's and endless bubbly in our glasses The offerings here are more than I can name, but there is something to satisfy every craving. The favorite for me is the caviar bar. It comes with all the proper fixings on a blini with Crème fraîche. Do you need a vodka shot to go with? Yes, that's also available also at the caviar station. Fresh raw oysters, clams or shrimp cocktail is available in abundance with everything else here. The ceviche was great. I passed on all the various noodles but had to have some lamb curry and basmati rice- delicious! I had some Peking Duck and leg of lamb at the meat station. The filet mignon and lamb chops was ordered and brought to the table. The leg of lamb and filet were slightly dry but still good. The lamb chops with chimichurri sauce was amazing- nuances of vibrant flavors. Assorted fresh fruits were a colorful collection of enticements. I saw some papaya and enjoyed its fresh, sweet juiciness. I am not a dessert person but had to try the key like pie. Then of course, the matcha dessert is a sitting temptation next to the pie. So, my dessert spoils were more than intended. What the hell right? Lol That was the sweet ending to my Setai brunch. There was so much more such as bread, fried stuff, eggs, bagel station, toast etc. One can only eat so much. I stuck to enjoying my favorites. The experience is pricey but so worth it. It is truly the best brunch experience I've ever had. - better than Vegas and a cruise ship!! I always have to experience a Setai brunch whenever in Miami!

You must walk through the lobby and across the outside area. The sauna and the one person steam shower is located here. You Check-in then you get changed into the robe and walk across the lobby check-in area to the elevators. You are walking through the area with all the guests and their luggage in your super large robe that doesn't close very well. I did not enjoy this. Some disappointing things which was not their fault is the parking garage construction noise even on Sundays. The noise took away from my spa experience. They did nothing for the noise control. Also, the SPA requests you must arrive 30 minutes before your treatment time. I got my parking validated BUT we stayed for brunch who also validated our parking but we went over the 4 hours so we got no discount for parking and we were charged the full $35 fee plus tip for the valet. The valet staff was quite nasty telling me we were there too long for the discount BUT each one of those alone qualified for a discounted valet. You can not do both in the 4 hour window.

High ceilings, marble everywhere, and a buzz that tells you you're in the right place. What impressed me most? There's genuinely plenty to do for all ages, which is not something you can say about every Miami resort. Whether you're traveling with kids, teens, adults, or a multigenerational crew, everyone finds their lane here. The pool scene is the heartbeat of the property. Multiple pools, each with its own personality -- family-friendly areas with space to splash, quieter corners for lounging, and the high-energy spots where the music and cocktails flow. Service was dialed in across the board: fast, friendly, and always one step ahead. Rooms were spotless and stylish, with balconies that make you want to order room service just to soak in the view a little longer. Housekeeping kept everything crisp, and every request was met with that effortless "of course" attitude. Dining is another standout. From quick bites to full-on fine dining, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Even the grab-and-go spots felt elevated. And if nightlife is your thing, you don't need to leave the property -- the energy here after dark is pure Miami. But if you're traveling with kids or just want a low-key night, the resort still feels comfortable and accessible. Fontainebleau nails that rare balance of iconic luxury and all-ages fun. It's bold, glamorous, and buzzing in all the right ways, yet still manages to be welcoming and easy to enjoy no matter who you're traveling with. A true Miami classic that continues to deliver. Enjoy

We didn't even stay at the hotel, we simply had a Mother's Day brunch reservation at Hakkasan and dessert at Chez Bon Bon. What should have been a nice family outing turned into an absolute nightmare. When we went to valet to retrieve our car, the lobby was filled with angry guests sitting around waiting HOURS for their vehicles. People were openly saying they had been waiting 1-3 HOURS and some had even missed flights because valet couldn't deliver their cars. Seeing at least 50 frustrated people stranded there was complete chaos. At that point I started panicking. I had my 3 children with me, my elderly parents, and all of my baby's formula and diapers locked inside the car with no idea when we would ever get it back. Completely unacceptable for a luxury hotel that charges premium prices. It was also $58 to valet! Thank God I drive a Tesla because I opened the live camera and location tracking and immediately saw my car had been sitting in the exact same spot where I dropped it off over 2.5 hours earlier. When we walked to the vehicle ourselves, we found the inside completely ransacked. Items from my center console were thrown everywhere and the driver and passenger seats were covered in sweat. Clearly multiple employees had been sitting inside our vehicle. When my husband confronted them, they claimed they had "misplaced the key card" and were searching for it. Then when asked why the inside of the car was trashed, they actually tried to say it was already like that. Absolutely insulting. This completely destroyed any trust I had in the Fontainebleau. I don't care if valet is a "separate department" it is still YOUR property, YOUR staff, and YOUR responsibility. Guests should not have to fear waiting 1-3 hours for their cars, missing flights, or having employees rummage through their personal belongings because the hotel can't manage basic operations. I understand it was Mother's Day and maybe they were understaffed, but the complete lack of communication, organization, accountability, or even basic customer service was disgraceful. Not once did anyone proactively update guests, apologize properly, offer compensation, or even waive valet charges. For a place that markets itself as luxury, this experience was beyond embarrassing.

First, the good, it's an awesome location on the southern tip of Brickell Key. The pool was wonderful and gets mostly continuous sun exposure during the day. My balcony faced west so I had sun during the afternoon as well (perfect for a tan). Honestly, I never felt like I needed to leave the resort being a pool guy. The base price room was spacious and mostly clean with a separate shower and tub. The bad- the service wasn't great here. I felt like anytime I needed something I had to ask 3-4 times before staff would remember (including freebies that were part of the room rate). The one time I asked a concierge for assistance he was super brash telling me to go talk to the front desk. The property felt old and in need of a renovation (again it's being demolished so not surprising in that context). Also, a lot of the ads for the resort promote its beach which no longer exists- it's now a model home for the condos going in. The hotel is pricey and gratuity is auto-included at 20% for everything which would be fine if the service was better and they didn't ask for additional tip on top of it. I wish I stayed here 20+ years ago because it felt like in its hay day this was a swanky hotel. Today, it's tired, on its last months, and the staff really don't seem like 5-star talent (as a benefit to the doubt most people would be unmotivated if things were shutting down too). Part of me is excited to try the new hotel whenever it opens, part of me wonders if the poor service is just part of the brand. The gym was tacky- literally they just through equipment in 6ish guest rooms with the doors propped open. Kind of funny but not 5-star hotel caliber.

I'm not impressed as I used to be by luxury and extreme service for your every need. But I had a lovely time with my friends and the price tag is a pain but oh well.

We were there for four nights and after three nights of not being able to sleep because of people having parties on their balcony several floors away and next-door to our room, we notified the staff. On that third night they said they sent somebody but they didn't quiet down next door and kept trying to come into our room through the adjoining door. We were assured the party had left and our fourth night was very quiet. Dallas said she would escalate our situation and that it was not acceptable. When we left, we were told that we received an email and we did not and that we were offered a ride to the airport which we were not, and we just left with a big bad taste in our mouths after choosing this property for our respite. It again it's a beautiful property, but the staff did not handle the situation and admittedly they didn't learn of the noise until the third night but we lost three nights of sleep and would never go there again or recommended to any of our friends. The only thing we ever offered was a soft pillow for that fourth night. Definitely not worth the money left the hotel with a bad taste in our mouths. As we were leaving, we were also told our situation would be escalated. Offering a ride to the airport for three nights of no sleep is not an adequate resolution. Not impressed!
