I highly do not recommend anyone to use this place. I bought a water softener from them to replace…read moremy old water softener(not from them). Mike who delivered the water softener was by himself and used a motorized dolly. I was told these units can weigh up to 500 lbs. Later in the day I noticed some wood pieces on one of the steps. As I looked at all of the steps I noticed the damage he had done to my stairs. Each step had two sets of black tire marks on them, they had large splinters sticking out, wood pieces on the steps and damaged wood on the facial of the steps. Mike never mentioned this damage. I called their office and spoke with Roger (owner). He came out two days later and as he looked at my stairs it was almost a relief for him that they were not finished. They are pure pine with no stain. Did that lesson the scale of the damage for him? He said to me, 'What would you like me to do, I have a busy day today?' Wow, very professional! He offered to sand them which he did but as we both realized it didn't improve anything. I asked him if I can return the water softener and get a refund. He said he doesn't do that but will do it for me. He then began to school me how heavy the water softener is. He then measured and counted the steps for possibly replacing them. I did not hear from him for two weeks so I called him and asked him what he was going to do with my steps. He said his guy never did any damage to my steps and that someone damaged them with a hammer. WHAT!? He never saw what my steps looked like before the water softener was delivered and he is assuming the damage was there before his guy delivered the water softener. He said he can get his insurance involved but it would get 'ugly' for me. Was that a threat? I ended up hanging up on his. I couldn't hear any more of his lies. I had my neighbor's husband who is an engineer look at the steps and he said the damage is 'fresh.' He said the guy tried to sand over the damage so he could hide their mistakes. 1. He said he would take back the water softener but had no intention of doing so. 2. He never saw my steps before the damage and asserted the damage was there before and a hammer damaged them. 3. Why did he measure and count the steps to replace them when he denied his guy did any damage. This house is a builder's home. I am the only owner and have lived here by myself for 14+ years. Does he really think this damage was not from his reckless guy? I will never use them again. I highly don't recommend them. The owner is unprofessional, condescending, very rude and a bully. And they will NOT take responsibility for the damage. They know what they did but lie to cover up their damage.

The parking situation at Walmart had me a little confused because I don't know directions of Southwest. But I was able to find where the busses, which seemed like two would run a continuously. When dropped off, it was a short walk to get to the front to pay your entrance fee. You could use cash or credit. They had a small open field for where they did presentations. If you want to be able to sit down, I recommend coming a little early, otherwise you will either stand the whole time or you can choose to sit on the grass. It's not a very big place. So once you walk around, you kind of see all of the animals, some a little bit harder to spot. It's cool to see wolves and learn a little bit more about that them about the tigers and the bear. They also had silly safari come out to do a presentation which was really cool to be able to be up close and personal with some of the animals that they brought. They do have food that you can buy on site.If you're feeling a little hungry. We did get a raffle ticket, but I have no idea when the raffle was happening as we didn't stay all day .But overall, it was a fun experience. It's so you make it what it is. You catch the bus back to the walmart parking lot where they dropped you off.

When going there and back, it seems like there were 2 busses making frequent trips, so the wait was fairly short for the shuttle. The process of getting in was fairly quick and efficient, with separate lines for cash and credit. Near the entrance, there was a large space for watching presentations, which were fairly well done -- similar to what I've seen at other similar shows. It would have been nice to have some more bench seating, but this seemed sufficient -- with most patrons standing and some sitting down on the grass. The remainder of the facility featured animals scattered throughout different cages, and some chickens running around throughout the farm. During my visit, many of them were resting though at times they would walk around slowly. Some of the smaller animals were a bit more difficult to spot as they would blend into their surroundings. Overall, a fun experience and one of the few spots in the midwest where you'll be able to see several wolves together like this (I believe Wolf Park in Indiana and Brookfield Zoo are the other ones nearby Chicago - with other options in Ohio, Minnesota, and Missouri for a slightly longer trip).

This wasn't a big deal, it just meant we couldn't let our dogs out into the back yard. They set the post and then framed the rails and built the fence plankby plank instead of using pre-created sections. We couldn't be happier with the build quality. After the work was complete, they cleaned up all of the old fence and removed it as well as any waste from the build. I liked the little detail of caps on all of the fence posts. Best part of all of this was the price. We had 4 quotes for this job done from other fence contractors and some from day laborers with us buying materials. Specialty fence beat all quotes and by a significant amount. The work includes a 10 year craftsmanship warranty too. Highly recommend their service!
