They return my call early Monday morning sent a plumber out here Monday afternoon, and after much investigation, Chris found the leak which was from a main plumbing pipe. The main plumbing pipe had nail holes in it which the previous owner had done. It was a miracle that Chris the plumber found the leak. They were out in a couple of days and replaced the pipe. While they were here, low and behold, my water heater had also sprung a leak and had to be replaced. They were out in a couple of days and replaced the water heater. I am so grateful for the wonderful service that Doerr plumbing did. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know.

We have a big family so that caused a lot of stress. These folks were nearby and had 4.8 stars here so I called them. They couldn't have been nicer. I was put on hold for a few minutes as they tried to find someone to come, and they said it would be as long as three hours, which was still great. They were here within 45 minutes. Their technician was polite and talked us through what was going on. He had it fixed within 30 minutes and even did some minor additional maintenance to make sure things worked better for us. He aslo suggested we buy an extension hose, which we did. Considering we had never used them before, they treated us like a long-standing customer. They will be our go-to going forward!
