We had American Trenchless come out to repair the sewer pipe from under the house all of the way to the street. I can't say enough about how wonderfully everything went. The estimate was exactly what we paid. They said if we had trouble before our scheduled date, they would come out to clean the pipes and on Sunday we had trouble and they were there first thing Monday morning. When they came to do the whole process, they were super clean (couldn't even tell they were there) and the only place they accessed the old pipe was in the garage and the concrete repair was beautiful. Our AC was not cooling the house like it needed to, I originally called another company who determined that we needed a recharge on the coolent, but it's banned and would cost a lot of money to replace; would be better off replacing it. They gave me a quote, but couldn't get it in until the end of July! Just to be sure I called ServiceNow. They came out and gave me an assessment and I ended up doing a package deal for a new AC and Furnace. The products they use come with a great warranty and the business themselves has a great warranty. They got it I. the following week and moved it up before another heat wave! I have used this company for many years now. They are great! When you call (24 hours a day) they come over fast. Always explain everything in detail. Offer solutions if you can't afford service that you need. Try to get you a good deal on all work. Have a discount club you can join which saves you hundreds of dollars on service repairs and parts. Installed a new high efficiency furnace (90 - 95%) at a very reasonable price for me. Just can't say enough good things about them. I see other comments about charging too much or finding more problems that need to be fixed. All I can say is that is their job. They don't want you to keep having problems. They want it fixed right. And yes, old furnaces do leak carbon dioxide. They probably saved your life. read more

we have "joined" service now, that is, we pay a fee to them, and get discounts on services when we need them, which has worked out well for us. We have used a variety of their services, including electrician and plumbing, they are responsive, which was important when we had a gas leak. And the service has been pleasant, nice folks. And just found out that they can service our generac generator, are an authorized service provider, which adds a level of security to our system. We are old folks and so the simplicity of having one campany that does it all is comforting. read more

Used to be one hour heating and cooling - they come to your house to "inspect" your furnace and then tell you it's leaking carbon monoxide and "disable" it for your safety- then tell you how they have specials going for new furnaces leaving you without heat - i wish I would have caught on sooner before I feel for it - would have had them charged criminally read more
