I never thought of getting our air ducks clean for but was grateful we found before and after air Care. They are very pleasant to work with an easy to schedule our appointment in order to get our air ducks cleaned. They promptly came out on time as scheduled and the team that was there to do the service was a lot of fun and did a great job. I was pleased with how quickly they were able to complete the project which took may be a little bit over an hour. One thing which was a major surprise was that they found a dead bird inside our furnace which could've caused a fire. Poor little birdie got stuck in the HVAC system... Poor Larry bird was dead. Glad we are not breathing dead bird fumes ... which was a bonus. But more Important ones that are air ducks were quite dirty after probably 20 years of never being cleaned and made a big difference on dust in the house and are allergies. Can't give these guys enough praise. I was having a hard time even getting to talk to someone to get rid of birds in an exhaust vent. They answered me right away and were incredibly friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Even were concerned about me wearing masks but since I believe the pandemic should be canceled by now they didn't have to wear them. They did wear booties inside as to not dirty my already crappy carpet! Told me everything they were going to do and were very reasonably priced. Even though the birds did some damage and drove me , my cats and my pet birds crazy since they could hear them chirping they still got removed and safely placed outside. Cleaned everything up since they got in to the attic and replaced the tubing from the vent. New vent caps too so those little jerks don't try to come back! As good as it gets. They were out today and cleaned the air ducts in my house. I have two furnaces and they originally told me 3-4 hours to complete the job. After less than two hours they said that things went much faster than they expected and they even lowered the price they originally quoted me because of this. They were very professional and thorough.
