Not only did he agree to take on my job and promptly schedule a day to come out within a week, he also explained why it was being required by the county, what the tests will provide, and potential solutions depending on the results of the test. On the day of the tests, I met one of Bill's employees on site and they were more than courteous with their time to explain to me the methods on evaluating the soil and what each sample meant.
