Really glad we tried Loco Garibaldi, as opposed to some of the other restaurants on Main St. it's a small place, maybe 6 tables and one on the sidewalk. The menu is on a tablet, there's a QR menu as well. I couldn't help but overhear a conversation the owner was having with another customer; he started as a dishwasher in another restaurant and worked his way up to where he could open his own place. The food was well prepared and not overly spicy. The rice was fresh and the beans complimented the rest of the meal. Tried the chicken enchiladas in green sauce. Inside the tortillas it was filled with shredded white meat chicken. The entree was excellent. Instead of a beer I tried the Jamaica water. I've had it in Mexico, where it's a refreshing change.
