An interesting concept that works. 3.8 stars, is that a thing? LOL…read more This location is pretty cool. Nice layout and the ambiance is relaxed and chill. (Gotta use "chill" and "cool" when talking about an ice cream place, right?) Just by the entrance and under the stair case is a comfy cubby with two or three high rise tables and chairs. A cozy place to eat your ice cream with a nice window view of the entryway and the street. Then there is the upstairs. You go up a long spiral staircase (there's a landing halfway up) to go to the upper room. Pretty cool. Good view of the Provo Temple across the street. Fun place to eat your ice cream. The employee was not only friendly but you could tell she enjoyed her job. She had fun every time she had to make the ice cream. She told you all about it, too. So on the to ice cream. I had a mix in from the menu, Key Lime pie. Lime-flavored ice cream with bits of cheesecake and something else. It was OK, but I bordered on not liking it. It didn't remind of Key lime pie. But the texture was dense. That's what they are proud of. This process does not stir air into the mixture so it is much more dense than regular ice cream. And not only that, you get a lot of it. The small size cup is really huge! I'm not a fan of the texture. I like a good creamy, smooth ice cream. And while it makes you feel like you are getting more for your money, while not bad, the experience is not a good as a creamy ice cream or gelato. It's ice cream. And it's dense. Very dense. Still Ice cream, though, but very dense. It's not bad. Just not my jam. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

The Strawberries and Cream and Rockwell Road were good, but the Biscoffi was phenomenal. If you love biscoff cookies this is the icecream for you! Every bite had the perfect amount of biscoff flavor without it being too overwhelming. The strawberries and cream flavor was fresh and fruity, and surprisingly was very light. The Rockwell Road was not as interesting as the menu made it seem. It tasted like rich dark chocolate icecream, but still solid nevertheless. I was afraid it might've been three heavy choices, but they were all delicious. The only downside is that I hate how they pile one flavor on top of the next, so you have to work through one layer/flavor before getting to the next. Next time, I'll just be getting the Biscoffi alone. Service was fast and this place was packed at 10pm at night. They have a small seating area inside, but my friends and I just took ours to go.

The Coconut Pistachio didn't have much pistachio flavor--mostly coconut--but it was still refreshing. The Fudge Chocolate was the standout for me: rich, smooth, and satisfying without being overly sweet. One thing I really appreciate is that you get to sample flavors before buying. It's super helpful if you're indecisive or just curious about something new. I went around 5 on a Saturday, and thankfully it wasn't crowded, so I didn't feel rushed. The server was super friendly and helpful--patient with questions and generous with samples, which made the experience even better. Inside, they've got some games on the tables, which adds a fun, laid-back vibe. It's a great spot for date nights or casual hangouts. I'd definitely come back to try more flavors, especially if the BOGO deal is still going.

If you get the ``jar'' size, you get a nice classy mason jar with a handle to take home. It was such a good portion, three of us were easily able to split it: 16oz of biskoff ice cream, nutella/sprinkle rim, and freshly baked brownie that they cut from their tray and placed up top. It wasn't crazy expensive either, maybe around $17 with tip, which for a dessert so massive and satisfying that a party of 3 can split it, it was really reasonably priced. The clerks were also really cool and helpful. After we finished eating, they even traded us our sticky empty jar for a clean one, so that we could take it home without getting the car all gross lol. Much appreciated! Definitely would go back any time in Provo.

I went a few weeks ago, and I still think (positively) about the flavors and textures as I drive by. FWIW: I do not think I'm the target demographic for this shop, which appears to be catering to people looking for certain tastes and flavors otherwise not readily available in this part of Utah County. For insurance, the menu has a few sweet options and a couple of savory snacks. The nice lady at the register did not speak English, and I do not speak Spanish, so she had to refer my question to another employee. But when I went on a Tuesday evening, the place was pretty hopping. So it might be just the thing you're looking for!
