It was especially difficult for some of the more senior citizens and whoever thought about putting this in a casino really needs to be replaced. So after you order at the kiosk you then have to listen for your name to be called at the places you ordered. I ordered from the sushi place and from the burger place so I had to stand between them and wait for my name to be called at one and then the other.
