My wife and I stopped for some gambling and decided to try out Guy's restaurant. Should have read the reviews first I guess. We got seated fairly quickly with no reservation and that's where the "quick" stopped. Ordered two drinks, soda and a lemonade. These two basic drinks took over 15 minutes to come out. We knew what we were going to order as we read the menu prior to sitting so we ordered the food along with the drinks. After waiting for an hour and still seeing no food we decided to get the food to go so we could eat it in the room. The waiter apologized and stated there was a large party that had the kitchen running behind. I could understand, however; there were a LOT of empty tables. Very concerning that one party can throw the entire staff off their game. Got the food back to the room and it was ok. Too bad it took so long to come out that the pretzels were mushy and room temperature. The pasta and steak were edible, but not great for the price. The only saving grace was the free cake that was thrown in due to the long wait time. If you have time and money to burn this place may be worth it. Would not recommend with all the other options within/around the resort.

This is the second time we have eaten at Guy Fieri's Kitchen inside the Harrah's Cherokee. Those AMAZING Bloody Mary's are definitely what pulled us in and then the food just keeps on giving. This time I tried the Lobster Lollipops and OMG are you kidding me?!?! I've had something similar in the past (Lobster Corndogs they called them) but these were miles above anything else. Hubby had the Old Skool Steak Sandwich. As always everything was amazing right down to the sauces. Highly recommend you go visit Flavortown!

Lobster Mac & cheese - side dish

Restaurant has a funky vibe, and the food has cool presentations. The trash can nachos are brought in a tall metal container and the server then releases them onto a plate. Lots of pulled pork included. The lobster mac & cheese is really but super rich. we got the side dish $12.95 as an appt as that was plenty for the three of us to share. The chocolate cake coated with candy is amazing. It's huge and 4 people could easily share.

Probably one of the best hot chicken I've had. We stopped for brunch before head back home. The menu is limiting for breakfast or brunch so we ordered the French toast and the hot chicken and waffles. Took a bit with very few patrons at 9am. But oh the food was absolutely delicious. The chicken was so moist. They looked burnt but was sooo good. The hot honey didn't have enough kick but nonetheless delicious. The waffles were like waffle potatoes and I didn't realize they were bite sizes waffles. Excellent spin on chicken and waffles. The French toast was extra thick but the creme anglaise sauce was the bomb. Berry compote was just the right amount of sweet and tart. Atmosphere was very nice, forgot you're in a casino hotel. All in all you must stop here for a delicious breakfast!

Thought we'd check out the casino in Cherokee, NC. Saw they had a Guy Fieri Kitchen so thought we'd try it. We got there around 5p. Was not busy yet at all so we were seated right away and it was fairly quiet in there. Loved all the neat stuff on the walls. Waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable about menu items. We both got the Bacon Mac and Cheese Burger and Fries. Next burger I ever ate. So good! Definitely would come back!!

Since our last visit we had a better all around experience, so I'm adding a star and a new review. We were back on a Saturday night for dinner. First up we had made 9 PM reservations. We realized around 6:30 that we were all starving and tired and couldn't imaging waiting until 9 for dinner. (I was working on 3 short hours of sleep from all the casino fun Friday night/Saturday morning!). Our party had also shrunk from 6 to 4 people, so we asked the hostess to move us up if they could. We ended up being sat at 8. Our server was great. The place wasn't busy, so food came out at a good pace. I forgot about the delicious "OG"steak sandwich I had last time, so I split a Cobb salad with JD. Plus shared with the table the pretzel bites, Brussels and lobster Mac and cheese. Everything I tried was good. The pretzel pig pie is pretzel bites, beer cheese, Parmesan + provolone cheeses, bacon + scallions. I would have liked a lighter pretzel with a crispy outside and fluffy inside. My favorite bite of the night ended up being the lobster Mac and cheese. I wish I would have saved room for more of that!! Since we were leaving the next day and didn't have a cooler with us we left behind a LOT of great leftovers. Such a bummer. But don't worry, JDs slice of cake that's the size of my face made it back home with us!!! :-)

Mac N Cheese Burger with fries

We decided to have dinner here and checked in. The wait was about 30 minutes which was just right so we could have a drink. We ordered and the food came quickly. One person ordered the Mac n Cheese Burger, he said it was really good. Another ordered the Double Fried Chicken with Brussel Sprouts which was fried chicken strips with gravy. He enjoyed it but when I tasted the gravy I thought Cracker Barrel's gravy was better. I ordered the NY Steak sandwich. I told my husband his steaks are much better. The restaurant is small but very nice.

We had a great experience at the bar at Guy Fieri's Cherokee, mainly because of the excellent service of Putu, our bartender. We were on the wait list to dine in the restaurant, but we decided to eat at the bar. We had the ribs which were delicious. The lobster mac and cheese was mediocre and the Cole slaw was overloaded with mayo. The Brussels sprouts were delicious. They have a nice bourbon selection, though I chose the Prosecco. This new part of Harrah's is really nice and peaceful and the bar is lovely. I would definitely recommend trying it out, mainly for the excellent service!

Grabbed a quick brunch on our way out of leaving Harrah's Cherokee resort. The food came out so quick and was amazing. We ordered the breakfast tacos and the nashville chicken. The waffle flavored fries were phenomenal! Would definitely eat here if you are staying at the hotel.

Plenty of options and usually very busy getting and out is not the easiest given it's a food court style eatery.

The atmosphere is cozy, low-lit, and perfect for date night, a celebration, or honestly just when you want a really good meal with phenomenal service. It's not huge, and judging by how packed it was when we arrived, I'd definitely recommend reservations. We had one of the later seating times near closing, but the place was still buzzing. There's even a second room with a gorgeous long bar that gives off upscale neighborhood hangout vibes. Service was flawless from the start. We were seated immediately and had water in our glasses within minutes. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and somehow had us in and out in about 40 minutes without ever making us feel rushed. That's an art form. Drink-wise, my boyfriend was happy to find some local beers after our brewery-hopping adventure earlier in the day. I ordered a cocktail that sounded good and asked if they could make it spicy... maybe throw in some jalapeños or something. They didn't just accommodate, they elevated. They swapped in a spicy-infused spirit, and it paired perfectly with my wood-fired roasted corn pizza topped with cilantro and jalapeño crema. Absolute flavor bomb that paired perfectly! My boyfriend's meatloaf with mushrooms and mashed potatoes was equally impressive. No notes, just clean plates. We started with the ceviche, and it was outstanding. Fresh, bright, and so flavorful that we started dipping our homemade pita into it. Speaking of the pita, that was honestly my only minor miss (and it wasn't even a miss lol). As a carb enthusiast, I wanted a little more salt and flavor, but that's nitpicking in what was otherwise an exceptional meal. Hearth & Herron is the kind of place every small town wishes it had. Thoughtful food, top-notch service, and an atmosphere that punches way above its weight class. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in Hendersonville and recommend you do the same!

We stopped here on our way home and our waitress was super sweet. I asked her to surprise me-which I know most waitresses aren't a fan of- but I have never been disappointed yet. My hubby ordered the shrimp and grits - it's a different take on the dish than most "shrimp and grits" and it was outstanding. There is limited outside seating so we were glad to get a table. Inside seating seemed sterile and was quite loud. I am glad our meal and table were great because the service was not. The restaurant appeared normally busy and we saw the other servers regularly checking in on their customers. Our server, Brianna, greeted us with an attitude and it continued for the entirety of the meal. She never checked in to see if we needed anything. Once when we were able to get her attention and asked for more water, she literally looked at our water bottle, saw it was about 1/4 full, rolled her eyes and told us she would get us more when she got a chance. When she did bring a new water bottle, she placed it on our table with the same attitude she arrived with and never spoke a word. Her attitude only improved when she appeared with her electronic device happily announcing our bill. We had to ask to see the ticket - we always check to make sure everything is accounted for. She seemed annoyed but complied. We would definitely eat here again because the food was that good. We would not stay though if our only server option was Brianna.
