Stopped in here for dinner on a busy Saturday night. There was a short wait but the hostess, Barrett, took our number and had us seated quickly in a cozy booth. Our waitress, Tessa, was very attentive and we ordered nachos and a burger. When our food came out Tessa noticed immediately that mine had black olives on it when I had requested none. She whisked it away quickly and brought back a non olive version. Nachos were huge for the price. Husband enjoyed his burger. Prices were definitely reasonable for the casino location. This bowling alley has a fun vibe and all that. The bright bowling balls help. If psychologists did a study on the impact of bright bowling balls on the width of one's smile while using bright bowling balls vs standard bowling balls, you would likely see a correlation. The music is also good here--not to the extent where people can't help themselves and start dancing in the lanes, but good. And the service is pretty good. This place is currently undergoing a renovation so some of it was closed during our visit. We had a great time bowling and playing games. We quickly lost our money in the slot machines next door so we thought we'd try something else and came here for several hours. We bowled, ate pizza, drank beer, and played games for under $75. Their drinks were okay. Their cheese pizza could have been better the cheese was burnt. But their margarita pizza on the other hand was so amazing. And let me not get started on their Parmesan garlic wings was so delicious and juicy definitely one of my favorites. Went there when they first opened , the food was just horrible. Bland and uncreative I was told they had a new a menu so I went out for "Taco Tuesday". I ordered 3 , ate one and threw the rest out . Absolutely the worst tacos I have ever eaten. The rest of my group ordered off the menu of over priced fried foods. That's two menus , two failures in the short time they have been opened. Instead of changing menus they might want to think about changing the kitchen manager/chef that is coming up with this awful food. read more

The bowling here is great, the servers are friendly and nice. Early bird bowling is most excellent especially when it hits noon and they've got some good drink specials. However, the food is terrible and jaw-droppingly overpriced. I've had better nachos at a little league game. Also, the manager, Corrine. She's standoffish, rude, short tempered, and cruel to her staff. I was blown away by her embarrassing behavior during our encounter. God awful! Why would you eat here where there are better... much better places to eat while in/staying at the casino or visiting Cherokee? If traveling with the under 21'ers the new arcade and bowling center is a nice option to parental units time for adult play and beverages..... However just use the entertainment elements as a babysitter for the other wise casino crashes and move on for dining and drinks.... even if it's the good court. Lastly this particular establishment within the casino is Harrah's/casino owned and operated like the buffet YET I was told by the waitress she could not add points to our players card only take away yet gift shop and buffet purchases all count as points added to your players card as is almost all non second party establishments such as Brio and Ruth's Chris which are chains outside of the casino. Save your time, stress, and disappointment and just go to Brio if you want a nice reasonable priced meal and fantastic apps and cocktails or if a budget is what drives you just hit up the food court. This place looks beautiful and children friendly but not until you get in their restaurant called soundbites. The hosts are great, the servers great but there is this one new supervisor, Sarah who is very harsh on the other staff and customers. I left before finishing my food because I could not handle the degrading manner in which she speaks to the staff. She has no respect customers either. She lacks supervision skills. Not everybody who does their duties is fit to be a leader. She was also very unfriendly to my kids and wife. This is the second time I am experiencing this on a Thursday. Was sadly disappointed, didn't know which host stand to go to since there was not a host. Took ten minutes to be seated, then another fifteen to even be greeted by another person. Put my drink and food order in was another twenty before I got my servers attention to ask again for my drink. Fifteen min later, drink and a burger later, not impressed with what I got. Excuse for this is my server is the only one there and she's not even sopposedly to be there. I've worked as waitress on and off for over ten yrs, I have never seen such a disorganized and poorly run place. This is my first time on the restaurant, normally I stick to league night on Tuesday. Which is even more of a pain, takes forever to get a servers attention, most often you will see them over by the kiosk of there's, although I have come to enjoy certain ones, Kendra as a server, Justin, John and Phillip as counter and Samantha as very helpful in the arcade. I've come to see most often that the alley has become a dumping zone for parents wanting to go gamble while leaving there irritating teenagers and younger siblings over on the bowling alley, I can honestly only see this getting worse. Drinks are a pain to get from the down stairs bar, not so with upstairs bar when it is open. Playing pool is just too expensive unless you are a serious playor, I would rather play with quarters at the local pool halls. There is alot of work needing to be addressed, there just doesn't seem to be anyone with mindset or capabilities of direction to fix all that is wrong with this establishement. If I could give 0 I would! Bowling was fun. Service sucked. So they gave us 4 "free" cards of free play. Assuming that we were winning tickets as we played. Kids went to pick stuff out and they don't give tickets on "free" play time. Never told us that and therefore I have 2 very upset kids. They hit jackpot on several games only to not win a prize. Waste of time. We would've payed to play and earn tickets had we known. So their remedy was 4- $5 cards. Well that played 2 games because all of the games are more than a $1. Such a joke. Only place within 20 miles with a decent arcade for the kids and reasonably price bowling and pool tables. If you go with the kids, be aware that they turn the lights out on Friday & Saturday nights. They call it Cosmic Bowling - I see it as a low-rent hillbilly bar with teens milling about in the little/no light venue. Other than those 2 nights, family bowling is great. Food is merely okay, although I think the wings and onion rings are pretty good. Service (overall) is terrible - some of the servers really try to do a good job but management tends to run them off quickly. They claim to specialize in customer service but it is painfully obvious they don't know what customer service really means. It is readily apparent that there is little (if any) training for the kids (a lot of high-schoolers), so be prepared to deal with untrained and/or uncaring staff. read more
