It's tight inside but if the weather is good, head outdoors. First, pulled pork (standard for me) was moist with plenty of bark and good smoke. Brisket is served with both fat/lean together and had great texture and flavor. Housemade sauces include lexington style dip, eastern NC vinegar and SC mustard. All were very good. Baked beans were excellent and collards with big brisket chunks were very good (could be cooked a bit longer). Staff is quick to joke, super fast on the service and lots of fun.
