Normally I would give 5 stars for Socios because their pizza is great but I had to drop it to 3 stars due to our recent order. The spaghetti sauce was terrible. It was lackluster, runny and lacked in flavor. The sauce tasted like a jar of Ragu was poured on top. The chez sticks are literally to die for! The only complaint is I had ordered the trio appetizer before and I was able to get 2 chez sticks and a personal pan. The last time I ordered I ordered the same thing and they called back after about 10 minutes and said they couldn't do a double chez stick. I've never been treated so poorly by a restaurant before. It was shocking, considering I was being really nice about our pizza being ruined and not even made correctly. The girl actually argued with me and basically called me and my family liars. I wanted to cry. It was so mean and we literally didn't do anything to deserve it. Pizza is okay. At least better than delivery. The bread sticks are amazing. DONT waste your money on the pasta. Trust me. The sauce is bland and the bowls are full of water. I don't know if they forget to drain the pasta or what, but the amount of water each time is ridiculous. The Alfredo is even worse than ragu brand. No flavor at all. Not even dumping salt and Parmesan could save it. The eggplant is mushy and tasteless. The stuffed shells were poorly defrosted (showing they froze it). First time I went, my boyfriend and I got stuffed crust The Pig Out which has the first 13 toppings on it. OMG! That's one heck of a pizza. We could only eat half. My roommate got the cheese pizza which is one of the best cheese pizzas I've ever had. My vegetarian friend got the eggplant parm and really liked it. Today was my first time ordering from them and I have to say I'm a customer for life now. We ordered a large Pig Out and a large Premium. Was told 30 minutes delivery time, got it in 24. The speed of the delivery was only overshadowed by the flavor and quality of the pizzas. All the toppings had that unmistakable fresh taste and the sauce had just a hint of spicy heat to it. We love Socios pizza. Their red pizza sauce is just the tiniest bit sweet, their pizza dough tastes fresh and is thick enough to give you a good taste of it and to support the toppings, but not overwhelmingly so. We really like their Premium pizza and their kielbasa pizza. The kielbasa pizza we weren't entirely sure of, but willing to try. You guys. You have to try it. It's a solid favorite of ours now. We've only ever had it delivered. The staff taking orders has always been kind, helpful, and friendly. We've had the same experience with their delivery drivers. I hate to give a one star rating, but this place deserves nothing higher. The best description of this place I could give is the McDonald's of Italian food. I know I know, Santa Rosa county isn't somewhere you would expect to find good Italian food, but this was just flat out disgusting. We ordered the chicken and eggplant parmigiana, meatballs, and breadsticks. The sauce is straight jar sauce, without any flavor at all. And this was the saddest attempt at parmigiana I've ever had. They use a mix of Mozzarella and like American cheese and cook everything together in a little saucer. It was awful and leaves me with an awful stomach ache.
