I flipped from 3 to 4 stars on this visit. The good included nice ambiance, decorated properly with tableware in line with a nice Japanese restaurant. The sushi was pretty good also. I did the all you can eat. Had a gulf coast roll and a salmon sushi, both excellent. Also a tuna roll, good but not great. The seaweed salad as well as the hibachi chicken and veggies also good. A side of fried rice was not very good. The service was a little slow, but not bad. My biggest beef was the pricing. The prices are what you would expect to pay in an expensive resort, not Pace Florida. They do have some lunch specials that aren't too bad. But the alacart prices were unreasonable. This place is brand new, and I am so glad that my wife and I came to it . You can order off of the menu or you can get all you can eat. My wife and I decided to get all you can eat. That way we could get just about everything on the menu under one price. It is truly a bargain. The service was impeccable. I could not ask for any better service. The waitress was at our beck and call all meal. She was super friendly and couldn't help us enough. The food came out hot and quickly. They clearly had the appropriate amount of employees. The Decor inside is very nicely decorated with Asian influences and was very clean. Now the food....everything was superb. I had appetizers, I had soup, I had hibachi and sushi rolls. First time trying this place since they opened this month and we will be back very soon! Our waitress, Amber (I'm pretty sure) was the sweetest and explained everything so perfectly. Definitely recommend the all you can eat. The Gulf Coast might be the best roll I've ever had in my life and we lived in Hawaii for a few years so that says a lot! The staff all works together to clear plates and the fried rolls were so fresh, we almost burned our taste buds off! Lol. The ambiance is perfect. Delicious all you can eat menu, cozy atmosphere, and fabulous service! We also loved the revolving sushi belt. My daughter grabbed some delicious sesame balls from it, and I enjoyed some tempura veggies. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Great dining experience. read more

For an AYCE sushi spot in Pace, FL this place is super solid the sushi was fresh and tasty unlike few other places down in Pensacola. All the other sides were great and flavorful , definitely recommend for everyone to try even if you're not into sushi the menu is full of other options. Service was great, Kumi was absolutely a pleasure and served with a smile. The only reason I gave 4 star was for a brand new restaurant the cleanliness of the table and chairs and windows were bit dirty it could def use some love . read more

Went today to check out this new food place and it was amazing! Matt was my server and was super friendly while giving me information about the food. The music was nice and service was pretty quick. I did the All you can eat and it was well worth it for the price and options. It was a bit colder in there, but that could be due to the weather outside as well. Place is not bad. The sushi that I had was was good. Sashimi tasted like it was fresh and didn't have any funky taste. Did the all you can eat dinner menu. I thought the offering was a little light for the dinner option. Also I didn't like how some of the items were structured. the tempura for example was a combo being 1 shrimp and 3 vegetable. Other places have shrimp and vegetable tempura separate. Service was nice although my server if I am being honest was a little flaky. We never got any silverware, soy sauce, sticks, napkins, etc. When I asked if I could have some napkins she looks at me and says no. She could tell I was not amused and she said she was kidding. The hostess was real nice and professional. They have no beer but do have Sake which was overpriced. They obviously have a liquor license so I found that strange. I like to have a Japanese Malt with my meal. That's just me. Overall it wasn't bad. Nothing wrong with the items I ordered but honestly Wako and Sushi Masa are better in my opinion. read more

Great food, some filler in certain dishes and service is a little slow. These types of places can never have too many servers. Drinks are not included in the all you can eat unlike Wako's in Pensacola which was disappointing. The atmosphere feels relaxed and not rushed. Three of us went to lunch on Friday 2/28/25 to try FUJI Sushi out for the first time. We each ordered the all you can eat lunch for $21.95. Amber was our server and took excellent care of us. We all started with the crab Rangoon appetizer and it was delicious. I ordered seafood ramen noodles, steak hibachi and grilled vegetables. The portions were large, well seasoned and so tasty. My friends had different types of sushi as well as seaweed salad and enjoyed their meals as well. The food was served quickly and everyone was courteous. You are sitting on a gold mine!! Our first visit for lunch was superb!! Waiter was on the ball and food for served with a smile. Our visit on Thursday 6 March was not so pleasant. The restaurant was packed. Problem was lack of staff to handle a full house. Wait times were protracted and food was cold by the time it reached the table.
