There's a limit because they don't want to overpack the place. The slots are in 30 min increments. There are people to oversee the playground, but you can't just drop them off and leave the kids there. You still have to be present. You have to take your shoes off first and there's cubbies for you to place them in. Then my favorite part is actually the handwashing station. There's 2 circles and you just place your hands and arms in there until it turns on. You remove your hands once the machine stops and then you dry your hands with some paper towels after. There's a large soft play area for kids.There's also a Jungle gym structure for bigger kids. There's a family rest room, nursing room, and changing room. This place has it all and there's plenty of space for parents to sit and watch.

I'm not even asking for you to go above and beyond to make it special for kids; simply doing your job would be nice. Saying rides are on hold while you sit and do nothing, claiming that the a particular ride only rides every 10 minutes, cutting rides short on purpose (they literally would say it out loud), and so forth are all indicative of issues that could be easily fixed.

Above it would be all of the climbing area that even adults are allowed to do with their kids! I also personally love that they sell crocheted animals in their ticket area! All of their arcade food is more than affordable, and you are allowed to refill your drink drinks as many times as you like while you're there. All of the staff is super welcoming, very friendly, and are more than willing to help. They also have two rooms separate from each other that you can book birthday parties at in the building. I mean, this place has everything! It's $18 per child, including one adult with a child they do not charge for adult adults. Only the kids because one adult is included with the child's charging. But alongside that they also do monthly payments at 30 and $40 depending on what you're looking for so that you don't have to pay every time you go for admission! My 8yo loved the Jack & the Beanstalk part -- you can climb REALLY high and then go down one of the longest tunnel slides I've ever seen. The place isn't huge, but it's laid out in such a way that it feels bigger than it is. Everything is based on a fairy tale. That said, there are some components (primarily the interactive components that have a tech/electrical element) that were broken and out of service (and seemed like they'd been that way for a long time).
