Amazing experience - 1st time booking a party and it couldn't have gone better. Isaac (General Manager) made sure we had everything we needed, catered to our guests, and treated us like V.I.Ps. He was very professional and courteous, explained everything so we knew exactly how the party would run. He was flexible when surprises arose, he handled everything smoothly. The kids and parents enjoyed all that Airborne X Harvey had to offer. Every now and then the kids would come in breathless for a drink and headed back out for more fun - exactly what you hope for as a parent. We only had to show up and enjoy ourselves - No cooking, cleaning, or worrying about anything. I wanted to take my three year-old somewhere he would really enjoy for his third birthday since we were not having a full-blown birthday party. He loves to jump so decided to bring him here. He had a blast!!!! it was just his parents and a couple other people and kids and we enjoyed ourselves so much. His birthday is on Halloween so it wasn't that packed on a Friday during the day but it was perfect for a birthday activity. This place is clean, spacious, and every activity was fully functional and ready to experience! We also found a really good deal on Groupon for entry so that knocked off a couple of dollars which was helpful. You do have to sign and fill out a waiver each time you enter with all of your information and your child's information before you can begin. The good thing about this place is that you can use other grip socks, you don't have to use their grip socks, like other places like skyzone, where they force you to use their socks, which can be annoying. read more

Wow!!!! Just wow!!! I wish a place of this sort was around when I was of age. I would've made this my second home. Indoors there is lots of activity that is going on. Seems like 'ordered chaos', but there definitely is a system that's in place. You walk in, sign a waiver, go to the counter, purchase skid-proof socks, purchase JUMP TIME for your kid or kids to play and then off to the races they go. It can be a little intimidating for a parent, to just cut your kid loose and let them run about. But for the most part, you're able to keep your eyes on them to ensure that they are safe. I didn't find the lines to be too long. As a matter fact, the lines moved fairly swiftly. And all of the ball and foam pits, jumping pads, just all so exhilarating and exciting. Talk about BURING OFF ENERGY. On this Sunday, we took my niece to play, this was as much fun for me as it was for her. No, I didn't get in the ball pit or on any of the rides however, just seeing children running about having innocent fun warmed my heart. There's a zip line that covers the middle portion of the building. Truly it looks like a lot of fun. The children's legs are dangling as they travel the zip line; and I love that individual that's working the ride ensure that the harnesses are properly adjusted and in place, I saw him double & triple check the clasps. I appreciate the extra measure of safety. We also purchased a game card for my niece to play arcade type games. Love that the winnings are loaded onto the card and that there is a machine/kiosk that can be utilized to dispense prizes according to the number of tokens/tickets that you've won. I mean talk about autonomy. This is a great place of recreation for the children, I found the pricing to be fair for the playtime and the food. On this particular day, there was a group of young teenagers that were upstairs unsupervised and clearly being a nuisance. Thankfully, the sheriff on duty was alerted, and he came in and cleared the area. In the future I would like to see this area sectioned off and access only be allowed for parties. read more

SO FUN! We brought our daughter and niece here and it was so fun they had a blast! The zip line was the main attraction but it's all a blast. Full of safe activities for kids around 4 and up. The place was very clean and workers were helpful and polite. We paid like $56 on Saturday for 2 8 year olds to play for an hour and a half. Music is playing and neon lights going the whole time, almost like a kids club lol. Slides are big, tons of rock climbs, American ninja warrior course and trampolines. There is an obstacle course in the air but my kids couldn't do it due to the way you have to transfer the ropes, it took up so much time bc they were too short to change the rope direction I would probably skip if your kids can't reach the top. Lockers available to rent, food and drinks available to buy and tons of massage chairs for parents. All around a great place! read more

They can improve there workers because they move mad slow okay. And then I tried to get my food and it took an 1 and a half hour. Then some workers weren't in there spots so we had to wait even more. The food is disgusting. The chicken tenders are nasty and have no flavor okay and then the garlic chick was all watery. read more

The management of this business are top notch. Two years in a row I've ran into issues and they 100% have taken care of it both times. The kids had a blast! So glad the Westbank finally got something fun for the kids and adults indoor. Keep in mind that all that will be playing will have to have grip socks on. Bring your own or you can purchase it there. Play time is timed by the hours you purchased and they will give you a certain color and the time stamp of when your play time is over. I recommend going when they just open so their won't be too many kids there. They have a nice variety of snacks to buy at the food court. Price is very reasonable. Since playtime is timed, I suggest eating before your play or after your playtime is up. They also have an arcade for adults that doesn't want to pay to play with their kids. There is a main court and also kids zone, rock climbing, robe course, wipeout, Zipline and ECT. I can't wait to plan a birthday party for the kids here soon! read more

We had our daughter's birthday party here yesterday. I've had parties at similar places that had a party host/hostess. In this case our hostess was horrible and absent. When we first arrived she was helpful but as the party went on she just disappeared. The kids came in mid-party hot looking for something to drink and there were no drinks. And the hostess was missing. I had emailed the facility the day before asking if I needed to bring plates, forks or cake knife. No response. Fortunately I did bring plates and napkins because they didn't provide any as their website states. I didn't bring forks however and had to find my hostess to request forks which she did not bring but we found some in the drawer. When it came time to cut the cake the hostess typically does that and serves the kids. She wasn't even in the room! The most frustrating part was we didn't have a cake knife and they didn't provide one. When we asked for a knife they said they don't have any as they were all stolen. Other parents had to help us and we cut the cake with a paper plate! How embarrassing! When I needed something I had to walk around the facility to find her and she was rather rude as if she just didn't want to be there. And at the end she didn't help us clean or help pack up the gifts. I gave her a very small tip and she was lucky it to receive that. In conclusion I'd say this is probably a good place to bring your child to play but don't recommend having a birthday party there. read more

Ive been here as a party guest, had my 6yo child's party here, and brought my kids on random days to play. Very good experience each time. Our children are small so we only go in the morning or during the week - it's perfect. Small crowds, no lines for zip line. The place is always clean, and employees are kind and helpful. The only time I ever encountered a problem was when we went for a birthday party that was in the evening. It was so crowded, and some of the employees seemed overwhelmed. I also saw a small child get hit in the face with a ball because it was too crowded for the employees to safely manage. Workers are sitting around and not watching kids. This area was for 1 person at a time and 6 kids were jumping. He only said something when a kid sat up there by him. All of the workers here are lazy and stand around on their phone or talking to each other. This is definitely a place to have a birthday party for almost any age, 5+ there are height/weight minimum & maximum on a few things for safety reasons. If you're over 6'3" sorry If you have a toddler, they have toddler time once a week in the early morning. But can take them at anytime but keep an eye on them! The prices to play aren't bad but you're required to use their socks & pay for them. So keep them & resuse for next time! If it's just a day trip with the kids, 1 hour is plenty of time to wear out the kids. Concessions are WAYYYYY OVER PRICED. Place is pretty big and nice, but man, this place is a mad house! Multiple parties all at once with walk ins got this place shoulder to shoulder crowded when I came. I came for a birthday party which looks like they have multiple party rooms (4-5). Each room are about the same size. The party I attended could probably fit about 30 people, but with limited walking space. A plus about the rooms is that they have a sink and refrigerator inside. Aside from the rooms, there were a bunch of different things throughout the building. A mid sized arcade area which seemed pretty expensive pee game. A mini obstacle/play area for the younger kids which included a ball room, a block building room, tubes to crawl through and slides. The next area up is the trampoline area where there are multiple trampolines to jump on like your usual trampoline park. There is also rock climbing with different difficulties for different ages. The place has good potential for sure as it has many different amenities for the kids. Maybe it would be a good idea to check this place out during the week day when it's not as packed. read more

I get that there are policies and safety guidelines that staff must adhere to. But every time I approached a staff member with a question rarely were they not rude. I'm used to staff assuring that the customer is comfortable and feels welcomed. I feel like people to them are a nuisance. Went to a birthday party and they go around at the end and cut off kids wristbands. I think that other jumping places invest in different colored wristbands for this reason... so there doesn't have to be someone chasing you out since it's more visually obvious when your time is up. I've never felt so rushed to leave. I would never have a birthday here. Others I've talked to also mention that it's always overcrowded. We tried to make a change to a birthday party length. When we first booked the party, I was told we could make changes. There is nothing written in their agreement that says you can not do this. I was repeatedly yelled at on the phone by a staff matter "we don't do that, we don't do that", "nope, nope, nope," "our policy says you can't do that". They were not able to provide anything other than the associate repeatedly aggressively speaking over me on the phone as to where it said this policy. We ultimately decided to cancel the party and lose our deposit due to the very poor customer service we received. I had a birthday party at Airborne X for my son. I had a great experience. I booked on short notice, and was still able to get a nice reserved section for the party. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by our party host, Armyni. She was an absolute delight. She explained how things would go and assisted me with getting everything set up. Armyni did an excellent job of making sure the party flowed and ensured the timeline was on point. My son, family and friends had a great time. Because of my great experience, I feel my money was well spent and I will be back. We've been a number of times since opening. It is usually extremely busy on the weekends. We like toddler time on Saturday mornings. In January, we had my son's 3rd bday party there and it was a great experience. Party host was attentive, food was great, and kids had a blast.
