I have always loved the Polar Express book and then the movie after it came out. When I saw this…read moreadvertised on local TV, I just had to check it out. Tickets ran 50$ for kids and 60$ for adults. I know they offered discount coupons and I imagine cheaper pre-event tickets as well. I was so excited, I paid full price and bought as soon as the commercial ended. Your tickets include (2 hour experience): santa letter writing area, a golden ticket, entertainment, hot chocolate (just like the movie, ohhhh it was great), a cookie, character interaction,a real train ride (yep!), a reading of the book, caroling, an up close and personal visit from Mr. C himself and a souvenir silver bell for every rider. Other riders will tell you how magical it was and boy was it, we all wore PJs. It is truly a memory making experience. Everyone seemed to be having a great time. I wanted to offer some insider info that's not on the website. Try to arrive 30-45min early. That will give you plenty of time to park and leisurely walk calmly into the station, get your tickets, take photos by the tree, etc. We got there an hour early and added pre window shopping in gift store, eating and bathroom breaks. You can park in an adjacent parking lot, jot down your license plate # and pay at kiosk or via a mobile app. I think it was 12-15$ for 4 hours. Definitely wear PJs, nice photo opp in the waiting area before the train ride. The area for check-in is clearly marked. You can leave your family in the staging area while someone goes to get the tickets. Catch a meal before you go, the only food they have is a Subway or a hotdog type stand (we did it, not so good) at the station. Or bring your own food or snacks. The seats seemed strange on the website and not knowing what I was doing, I ended up booking wacky tickets. There are two seats on one side of the train and two seats on the other side, so a family of four should book across the aisle from each other. Luckily our car was empty, so we were able to move into better positions. I enjoyed the daytime ride and with young kids, I liked it better. I don't think that a day or night time event makes a difference. It's a great show anytime of day. Lastly, there's a gift shop. I looked at all the stuff, they had some cool things. There was one thing that I bought for all the kids that turned out being way cooler than I realized. It was a frame, that can hold a photo or in our case, the golden ticket and the souvenir silver bell. For15$ it's a good value and will remind us of a magical day. It's a great event as a one time experience or a yearly tradition...... "Cause that's the way things happen on the Polar Express"

A magical experience for the entire family. The music was lovely. The event is true to the story including tastey hot chocolate and an actual sleigh bell handed to you by Santa with a twinkle in his eye. Wear your pajamas and enjoy a most memorable experience.

My child LOVES this place! And to be honest, I love it too- pretty sure I have just as much fun as…read moreshe does! I take my 5yr old to SkyZone and a jump park every weekend and of all the places I've purchased memberships for this one gives her the best workout and she never wants to leave- even after 2hrs of constant running. We've never used the arcade or their private birthday facilities but it hasn't been my experience to notice anyone having a hard time with these aspects of their services. I always get there early-ish so it's never too crowded. I did however go there after 3pm on the weekend and it was very intimidating and appeared to be a zoo.... But we still had tons of fun without incident even with TONS of kids everywhere all at once. It was just overwhelming to see sooooo many kids in every area playing. Staff is very attractive, friendly and eager to help and I've found truth in the statement that they don't always know the policies. However, in the event someone couldn't answer my questions they've always found someone that could. To me, the place is such a great value that the little details don't really matter as much as the total experience. IOW, it doesn't matter if the staff doesn't know every detail about everything or if a random teenager is a bit 'zealous' in the dodgeball arena- my child doesn't know the difference and has an equal amount of fun regardless. LOVE this place and look forward to it every Saturday.

Sky Zone needs to have the ball pits monitored.. both basketball and dodge ball. These areas…read moreare not safe for younger children. Adolescents bullying with no supervision. Also my daughter saw that woman was opening the emergency door to the mall side letting people in. The alarm was going off. Don't think I'll be back.

Who really likes going to birthday parties at Chuck E Cheese when there are a gazillion kids…read morerunning around? I know it's not one of the things I look forward to. If you want to have a kids birthday party or just want the kids to burn off some of that energy take them to The Bounce Around. It is super cheap ($6/hr) and they have lots of inflatables for them to jump and run around in. They also have an air hockey game and basketball game. Tables in a back room are available if you book a party package. Like I said come here for your own sanity if you want to have a stress-free birthday party. You will rarely ever see a crowd in here. Heck I've been to this mall numerous times and have hardly seen anyone at all in here. You have the place practically to yourself. There are no running signs posted throughout. Socks are required. You can buy a pair for $1 if kiddos aren't wearing socks when they come. They also sell snacks and drinks at the counter. The staff isn't the most attentive as we had to find the girl working because she was off sitting around on her phone.

How freaking cool is that to have a place like this inside a mall??? It's so Amazeballs !!!!! My son Jumped arpund so much that he actually got tired. There's also this cool air ball machine that allows you to insert a ball into a tube air machine and it spits the ball out at the direction to which you point it. It's so Fun! Me and My son was having so much fun here. The kids were running around and the parents were in the seats just watching their babies burn off all the calories and energy they consume while shopping. Lol! Just so awesome. There are long inflatables, then there's short ones, ones with balls, and even ones without! Overall Every Kid should come here. It's like Heaven for Parents because after shopping you get to sit down and watch your child run and jump all over the place! Everyone Wins at the End!
