I'm always sad when I forget to get the name of the person who provided me with a wonderful experience, but I guess it's less important here - every time we've visited, whether for a birthday party, to sign up for a membership, or just visit for an hour to get in some jumps, everyone we've met has been fantastic. For our last birthday party, the manager came and spent 20 minutes with us, making sure our visit was perfect, chatting about life and what-not, and generally making us feel less like customers and more like friends. We signed up for the membership on our last visit (Platinum, baby!), and the young lady setting us up was simply amazing. Friendly, enthusiastic, and just a wonderful person! You certainly do not want to go to @altitudeslidell. They tell you socks are fine but wait until you are halfway into your time frame to tell you need to give them more money for their colored socks. Manager that claimed he owned the place was clueless about how franchises operate under a corporate environment and was rude and then just walked away from us. No refunds offered. Hey we enjoyed the jumping so much. I purchased individual passes and they were kind enough to refund and let me purchase a membership. After getting all the paperwork straight my little guy had an hour worth of fun. The place is as clean as can be expected. When we first came it wasn't a lot of kids but that changed within our hour. Some friends said to come early in the morning and there are less kids. The little ones are having fun and the bigger kids are generous enough to leave the area they are in. The idea of this place is five star awesomeness. In reality they need to work on a few things. When you are a parent you have to plan and attend numerous birthday parties. My trip to Altitude was one of the attending variety. My kid was invited to attend a party here that began at 2 so we arrived shortly before 2. I walked out after dropping her off at 2:30. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to drop off a kid for a party. Here is what happened. Altitude is a massive place. The parking lot was packed which I would guess is par for the course on a Saturday. Understanding how places like this work, I had filled out and e-signed a release for my kid well in advance. We walked in and were greeted by an employee, but there was no real guidance on where to stand. There were about four massive lines. I figured I didn't need to stand by the computers to fill out a release as I had already done that so I picked the line in the middle. Service was unbearably slow. I like to wait around in lines for no reason as much as the next guy, but come on people. I was like tenth in line. It shouldn't have taken so long. Once through the line it still took way too long to find the party name, verify our release was signed, and get a wristband. I realize they get packed, but instead of a random employee saying hello at the front door they should be proactively directing people to the correct line. If there are multiple parties going on (there were), there should probably be a dedicated birthday line 15 minutes before the start time. My kid did have a blast at the party and I am sure most kids would love the place. Hell, I would've loved it when I was a kid. I just didn't love standing around pointlessly. One positive thing I can say is that this is not Chuck E Cheese. While geographically close, I would rather have my head cleaved in two with an ax than go to a party there again. So kudos to Altitude for being better in that regard. read more

absolutely one of the WORST experiences I have ever had with customer service . The person behind the counter was more concerned with his long fingernails than helping us complete the waiver forms on a computer screen. we asked for assistance four times with this person exhibiting nothing but confusion and he had absolutely NO CONCERN for our business.!!! Finally we walked out taking our grand kids with us. For the owners of this place, I know good talent is hard to find but this chap needs to be sent packing!!!! It's ginormous and you pay by the hour to bounce till your heart is content. This place has it all. Extreme dodge ball bounce, basketball bounce, climb the wall bounce, dive bounce and just your everyday run of the mill bounce. It's so much fun you'll have a hard time dragging your kids out of there. I can't even lie, I didn't want to leave. It's air conditioned, stress busting, kid energy depleting fun! I took my three year old after several people told me I'd like it better than Elevation Station. I was surprised that I had to pay full price admission just to stand with my son on the trampolines. Elevation Station never had me do that. My son did enjoy himself but I felt like Elevation Station is more suited for someone of his age. I know that my older son, who is 12, would love Altitude over Elevation Station. The place definitely caters to an older crowd. I will be back to have him test it out in the near future. Be sure to check out their calendar on social media for daily deals each month. They even offer a toddler time from 10am-1pm on select days with $4 admission for adults. This place is a shit show. Took my kids a few days ago (4/14) and I've never been anywhere and witnessed such a lazy staff. All of the employees on the floor were just hanging out bullshitting in a group like they were at a friends house. They were certainly not supervising any area of the trampoline park. I even overheard other customers there saying "What a job they have huh?" regarding the employees. The employee at the drink counter needs to look into another job because he makes it clear he hates having that one! The area of the park that has a revolving beam that kids jump over as it turns, needs to be shut down. The beam hits so hard and we witnessed multiple kids get hurt. A child even left with a broken arm which happened by simply getting hit by the beam! Whatever intelligent employee was "supervising" that area was clearly letting small kids into the area even though there is a sign on the net that states there is a height restriction. She could have cared less about anyones height upon entering. It's funny that you are to sign a waiver to jump so they aren't responsible for any injuries but they damn sure are instigating injuries! read more

Went for a grandsons birthday party. I know that me and trampolines don't mix so I got great enjoyment over watching my grandkids and their friends play. It was even cool that my 2 big kids joined in on the fun. There seemed to be plenty of different types of activities to get anyone involved from the dodgeball area to the obstacle course it was cool to see folks both young and old take part in the activities. The party crews, that they have on staff, keep on top of getting your food, drinks and cake and then make sure that the area is cleaned. It is a great place to spend a rainy day or have a birthday party. read more

This can be a 4 star place, but there are so many things wrong with it currently. Most of The foam blocks are falling apart and need replaced. The dodge ball "court" was closed ( they did have a sign on the door telling you this ahead of time). They closed the twister/wipe out attraction as we were walking up to it and we were told it was closed for the day....right after it was just operating. The employees do not help enforce most of the rules. I know it's ultimately the parents responsibility to keep their kids in line, but I almost jumped on a kid who came onto my trampoline at least a dozen times. The high nine attraction was semi operational. Some of the push pads didn't work and the 2 person game button was missing from the control box. read more

Took the kids there and they saw several friends. Had a blast! Lots to do for the kids but also for the parents. I do want to respond to those people out there complaining about the staff.....they are all young!!! Not sure how much supervision you need for yourself and your kids, but if you follow the rules they have it's a good time for all. I had lots of questions about hosting parties and group rates and the manager was MORE than helpful and knowledgeable....she had LOTS of energy and was very nice. I broke my leg here, had to be rushed to the emergency room in an ambulance. I had a compound fracture of the Tibia and Fibula, and had to get surgery the NEXT DAY. Please stay away from this place, I saw a toddler get her head stepped on. Please, go to the movies, bowling, or even arcade. read more
