We went there on Saturday night after dinner to have a few drinks and dance. Overall we had a…read moregreat time until the female bar tender was rude and had the nerve to ask my boyfriend "what is your problem" and told him he was giving her "attitude " all night. When he responded to her that she was being a complete "Bi@%H", she motioned over to the "security" guy, who aggressively came over to "throw" us out (A group of 6- 3 couples). Let me preface with we had been there for a few hours and had spent a lot of money at the bar and every time we went to the bar the female bar tender was completely miserable. Should my boyfriend have called her out of her name, probably not; however what happened next was absolutely uncalled for and honestly I'm appalled. As my boyfriend was being asked to leave by this time several security employees have surrounded him (mind you we are of no threat to anyone), they began to push and shove all of us out the door, when I turned around and told one of them to calm down we were leaving he pushed me and got in my face yelled "GET OUT -LEAVE". Now when I say in my face, I mean nose to nose. Disgusting behavior. Completely disgusting behavior- If you as a bartender and do not have the mentality capacity to work behind the bar and deal with people drinking, then get another profession. Furthermore, to the Security punks who think they are in the movie Roadhouse, you need some more professional and behavioral training. If you cannot walk over to a human being and ask someone to leave before getting physical you should not be working in this type of environment. I guess we should expect more then what we received since we were in dive bar. No one was refusing to leave, we were happy to leave, there was no need for any of this.

Unfortunately, this will be my last visit and review of this place. Used to be neat. Now, it's…read morepoorly kept, with numerous, constantly broken and down games. The staff is nice and helpful to a degree- it's really not the staff that's an issue it's the environment. There level of care put into this business nowadays will be met with my level of desire to return, which is not much. Same for it's counterpart next door. It's just hard to have fun in this location anymore. The broken games and mixture of coin, cash, and card games makes it harder. Even the ATM and card machine were down. Lazer tag is the best thing still going for it, but it's just lost it's ability to entertain past 10 minutes anymore. I won't be giving any more money on this Safari. Better places out there to spend at for fun.

Went there for a birthday party for one of my son's friends. All of these kids are pretty young so they had a great time playing laser tag. This is where the positive part of the review will stop. It's all true, everything you read in the negative reviews, even as far as five years back. There is no machine to make change, or to refill your credits. Some games require credits from your play card, and some games require actual change. Everything must be done through the front desk, which is habitually understaffed. The bathrooms were very unkempt, and really needed to be cleaned. Make sure you check out the place before you book any parties here. Not sure about the value for your money, but I know this place could do better. Fingers crossed

Upon arrival, they are only serving drinks happy hour and not good. The explanation that was given is that the menu and website are out dated. While ordering, we were informed they were out of fries. One person's food came before our drinks ever arrived and we had to go get our own silverware. (Yes we waited for about 2 mins). The boneless chicken bites hit the spot and a loaded bake potato was offered in lieu of fries. We had Dangerous Water and Moonshine LIT. The water drink was very strong but tasty. Definitely take your time and drink responsibly. The moonshine was too sweet for my taste but my husband liked it. We also ordered nachos, which the presentation was good. I also ordered a side apple salad. the nachos arrived. About 5 mins later, I was informed they did not have all ingredients to make the apple salad so I could have a regular salad. This company has some work to do regarding the environment as a restaurant. The gaming section appeared to work fine. Maybe they bit off more than they could chew offering food to this capacity,

We thought it would be fun to go play some games since we were right up the street and didn't have any plans besides dinner later that evening. I downloaded the app and did the virtual card, but wasn't sure how it all worked so I had a question or two. The girl at the desk was VERY nonchalant and unknowledgeable with the process. We were just there to play, I told her we had the virtual card and asked how do we use it and her response was, "I don't know, but you can go in and try to figure it out." WHAT???? Ok so we did that and started playing several games. We gained a few tickets before noticing that we needed to leave to get ready for our evening reservation, so we went to the winners circle and the virtual card wouldn't scan , the young lady at the winners circle, I think her name was Daisy, was very kind, very patient, took the necessary steps, but still nothing worked. When the manager came over, he said, " it doesn't work with virtual cards, you hb to go to the desk and she can transfer it to a physical card" WHAT??? (this is yall app, yall virtual card) Anywho, we went to the desk and this woman (the staff member) had her purse on the desk, messing with her phone (doing something with the Sim card), never looked up when I asked her to transfer the ticket balance to a physical card and said, "a manager has to do that"- Needless to say, we got on the elevator and left. It's good to know the chips and the tickets don't expire but I'm not sure if I want to visit this location again.
