My family, friends, and I had an incredible experience hosting our Draft Day Watch Party at Fulton…read moreValley! From the initial booking all the way through the end of our event, everything was seamless, organized, and truly professional. We hosted around 75 guests and opted for a light menu that included crab cakes, jambalaya, sliders, wings, and an ice cream bar--everything was absolutely delicious and well-received. The staff went above and beyond to make the event special. Vernon (ice cream bar attendant), Mya (our personal hostess), Jennifer (event coordinator), and Anthony (bartender), were all outstanding--friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Their energy and positivity never wavered throughout our 7-hour event, and they made such an impression that it felt like they were part of the celebration. We reserved the Game Parlor along with four lanes, which gave our guests plenty of space to relax and enjoy themselves. The venue itself has a beautiful aesthetic, so it doesn't require much décor--but we appreciated the flexibility to personalize the space. The staff also contributed creative ideas and hands-on support to ensure every detail--from presentation to amenities--was exactly right. I truly can't say enough about how grateful I am that we chose Fulton Valley. I've attended events there before as a guest, but this was my first time hosting--and it exceeded every expectation. The food, ambiance, service, bowling lanes, and overall experience were all exceptional. I highly, highly, highly recommend Fulton Valley for any event. It will absolutely be at the top of my list for future gatherings!

The staff were spectacular and very attentive to our needs, and the Parlor area was an absolutely perfect space for our group to mix and mingle, and be competitive playing with the large variety of bar games. We'll be back!

My experience here was absolutely unacceptable. I bowl here weekly and have never encountered…read moreanything like what happened last night. "Doug" should be terminated immediately. I was told he's a relative of someone--so what? That doesn't excuse his behavior or lack of professionalism. My order was completely wrong and even contained items I'm allergic to. I specifically said Ranch only--nothing else--and confirmed it with people standing near me. It was even written on the ticket. When I brought it up, Doug was extremely rude, refused to apologize, blamed me for eating it, and threw the receipt on the table. He actually walked all the way from the bowling desk to lanes 3/4 just to throw the receipt marked "Ranch Only." He accused me of lying because I had eaten part of the wrap. I only continued eating because the tomatoes were hidden in the middle and not visible until halfway through. I suffered an allergic reaction as a result--if needed, I'm happy to provide photos of the sores that developed. Additionally, the food handling practices are appalling. Staff were touching money and food without washing their hands--clear cross-contamination. I've already reached out to the food inspector because this needs to be addressed. Considering the critical failures noted on your last inspection, I would have expected better oversight by now. If you have any food allergies, I strongly advise against eating here. The lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and accountability is completely unacceptable. I hope management takes this incident seriously, removes Doug from the staff, and enforces proper hygiene and customer service standards so no one else has to experience this.
