Fall is a great time to play mini golf. There was a group of us, 9 in all, ages from 7 to 57. Check-in was easy and we all had fun. The youngest golfer was hot so she quit about a third the way through course, but still had fun at City Park. She got a snowball right outside City Putt. The tweens stayed one course ahead and had a blast. They waited at the last course for us slow moving adults. Lol. None of us kept score, so we all won!! It is still warm so I'm thinking winter/spring will be even better!!

This was a fun little date with my son! There is a lot of parking and even a cute little snowball stand in the front of it for a cool treat. The young men at the front desk were very knowledgeable and helped me with understanding the rules of putt putt. It's super affordable and we had a blast. Although the weather was humid and hot, there were some shady spots to cool off and benches in between the holes. You have the options on doing one side that consist of 17 holes or you can do both. The other side I believe is also 17 holes. You can purchase ice cream treats and drinks as well. Overall this was a great Sunday outing with him.

I came to City Putt in 2016 or so with a dear friend who has now passed, but I have some wonderful memories of that. I came recently with another dear friend and had just as much fun. We both did not play well, but that is not the point. The point is to have fun. And it was fun. Parts do need some attention paid to it in the form of repairs, but it was reasonably priced. There are "snacks" that are bottled beverages and chips. There is just so much to do in City Park that this is just one more fantastic thing to do.

It's the weekend, so get those lil date night plans together. And treat that special someone right -- even if you don't have a whole lotta' money. This Friday, I went and played a late-night round of put-put golf at @cityparkgolf while enjoying some local beer from @nolabrewing. : : You can play late, they have beer, there are statues of New Orleans legends, brass music is playing, and each hole has a plaque to teach you a little history about some of the major street names in the city. Hard to beat that.

18 holes. Colored balls. Scenery galore. Mr Bingle. Louis "Satchmo" Armstrong. Giant Boiling Pot. French Quarter tiled street names. Add in some friends & you have the makings of a good time. City Putt is but another MUCH NEEDED improvement to City Park here #intheNOLABABY. Parking is ample. Late hours, for those last minute, spontaneous, lets do something ideas, friendly staff, fair pricing, adult beverages. I'm no Tiger Woods, but since I beat the other two in our party of 3, I'll go ahead & "brush my shoulders off"; I mean this is natural talent. 18 holes go by in a snap, well its actually relative to the group ahead of you, if any. We kept stopping, despite MY evident prowess at this game, because of the group ahead of us. Truly we didn't mind as it made for a more time to enjoy one another's company. #funwithfriends 18 holes is just enough to make for a time well spent with good buddies.

This place is awesome for groups, date night, or if just bored! They offer two courses: one for $8 a person (18 holes) or for just $4 more ($12 per person), you get 36 holes! Being that we came on July 4th weekend it was pretty packed and busy. We did have to wait at each hole for about two groups ahead of us. It was so much fun, each hole is based off a street name and had a history lesson for ya. No outside food or drinks. They do offer drinks and snacks, including alcohol. Will definitely be returning to keep my winning status against my husband! FYI: bring bug spray

The associates here were friendly. The game was fun. The down side: It is outdoors so play as the weather permits. I think there were two courses, but I was just aimlessly following my friends so I wasn't paying attention to the options available. We chose the Louisiana Course; it was a pretty easy course to me with nothing too advance. I think the price was around $8. So visit the Sculpture Garden in the area as well. It has very creative and unique artwork. A very serene place to wind down from the excitement of putt putt. Lol.

It was one of those rare "not so humid, not so hot" New Orleans summer days when David and I decided to finally check out City Putt. Yeah, I know that we are totally late to the party, but I like to think of it as being fashionably late. We were here in the late afternoon, so lucky for us there was no line or wait, We paid, picked our golf balls and headed out. There are two courses you can choose to play or you can play both. I hadn't played mini golf since my "Putt Putt" days as a kid, and I thought I would be rusty, but I caught on pretty quickly. I like how the course is set up with different "water hazards" and there are misters going at every hole to cool you down if you get really hot. The landscaping of the whole space is lovely and I like how each hole has a different theme inspired by a different city in Louisiana. My only complaint is those greens. I don't know what happened, but SO MANY of them are torn to shreds and falling apart to the point where it interferes with the game. I don't understand why they haven't made some effort to replace them. I understand that normal wear and tear happens over time, but on some of the holes it looks as if someone (kids?) have tried to actively pull up the green. That was the only thing that prevented this from being a 5 star experience for me. I had a great time and, while the game was really close, I ended up winning by 3 strokes! I want to go back and play the other course. This is a fun way to spend an afternoon, if you are looking to do something for an hour or so.

Nice mini golf course with two courses to play. The New Orleans side has more big sculptures, but it is always busier with a longer wait. You can play both sides for slightly cheaper than buying them separate. If you go in the summer, be prepared, it is blazingly hot. No shade here.

Nice outing for the family. Have been here many times and have enjoyed it each time. My only complaint is that I wish they would do some maintenance on the course. Lots of debris on the course that could be easily blown off with a blower. Lots of loose and missing bricks that need to be repaired. The gardens could be weeded and mulched. Other than that, it's a fun time for the family and I.

Typical of things around the courses. This is one of the benches falling apart.

Fun little spot. Some of the features were in rough shape but overall it was a good time.

We had a rain check from a school event (I think it was $15/child for unlimited outdoor usage) and put it to great use. Putt putt fun and everything else! It was all open, so they had a great time and mom and dad had fun watching them have fun. ‍‍‍ Great customer service last night, especially the golf counter ladies who were having my 7 year old blush telling her how cute she is. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and patient. Grounds on putt putt were well kept up except for some muddy spots and one hole that was a puddle. Outdoor music is a great touch in my opinion. Ideas for fixing up: Maybe put a sign up warning of the messed up holes to avoid that particular course. Also, the go carts. Both the small track and big track...the carts are definitely not the same. One kid laps all the other kids while one poor kid lags behind everyone even gassing it the entire time. Not sure if this can be fixed, but since they're not, we try to watch and hope to pick the fastest cart out there. Check online for special nights and pricing as it's definitely cheaper to go to the movies. But hey, it's a way to have fun together and be outside. Very glad we've had this Celebration Station in Baton Rouge all this years. Many fun memories for our family for sure.

We decided to come here today, Sunday for the kids after it just briefly rained. A couple of my co workers and their children joined. As soon as we walked in here we were hit with a bit of heat because the ac seemed to not be operating. In addition a couple of the employees were walking with make shift fans. We decided on one of the packages they offered for around 30$ dollars. Of our choosing this included mini golf,go karts, and a $10 game card. We weren't told how the mini golf here worked and had to walk around and figure it out. Again it had just rained so not holding it against them but we choose not to play in particular areas due to the puddles of rain. Digging golf balls from the holes filled with water isn't fun or the cleanliest. The fountain outside wasn't working and didn't appear to be working for some time. It got a bit hot so we went inside to deal with hot ac.. Our kids rode on one game for "8.0" credits and immediately it said "insufficient funds." We went back up to the counter and she had to adjust both of our cards. After our cards had been adjusted they participated in maybe 5-6 games and the cards were empty. Most of the games weren't working so the kids could play together. I asked if all of the games were 8.0 credits she stated it was mixed throughout the arcade. Most of those games are 8.0 credits and the cards went fast. Yet, they want you to continue to put money on these cards for games that are working. The pizza is decent here no complaints. Our other party had arrived and was turned away due to open toed shoes policy. However we weren't told anything for our kids that were wearing opened toed. She went home anyways to change shoes. She also had the same issue with the cards not being loaded properly. It was time to ride the go karts. We make our way over and we see that only 1 family Kart was working and about 3-4 singles riders. We of course had to ride with 3 of our kids and we had to go one at a time due to this which took away the fun and enjoyment out of it. They also seemed to be hosting a birthday and weren't able to accommodate those riders either. The go karts starting stopping in the middle of the rides. We had only rode 1 time due to the large party and were turned away the second time because the karts were down now. Make our way over to the kids karts for 1 kids kart to be working!!! Oh and we had to pay for the kids go kart package for them to only have 1! Kart working. The train wasn't working apparently and the batting cages weren't either. The prizes are trash and you don't get many tickets from the arcade. The money we spent here today would've been a fortune at Chuck E. Cheese, were we will be going moving forward. I don't understand why this place is open this experience wasn't enjoyable for the kids and they all agreed to never come back and they are under the ages of 8. I would like to be contacted for a refund not only for myself but for the other 2 moms in company.
