Perfect place for family fun! Our family of four came here on a Saturday evening and had the best time! We had a rain check from a school event (I think it was $15/child for unlimited outdoor usage) and put it to great use. Putt putt fun and everything else! It was all open, so they had a great time and mom and dad had fun watching them have fun. ‍‍‍ Great customer service last night, especially the golf counter ladies who were having my 7 year old blush telling her how cute she is. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and patient. Grounds on putt putt were well kept up except for some muddy spots and one hole that was a puddle. Outdoor music is a great touch in my opinion. Ideas for fixing up: Maybe put a sign up warning of the messed up holes to avoid that particular course. Also, the go carts. Both the small track and big track...the carts are definitely not the same. One kid laps all the other kids while one poor kid lags behind everyone even gassing it the entire time. Not sure if this can be fixed, but since they're not, we try to watch and hope to pick the fastest cart out there. Check online for special nights and pricing as it's definitely cheaper to go to the movies. But hey, it's a way to have fun together and be outside. I've never been to Celebration Station. They had one in Memphis when I was younger but I've always heard about how fun it was. We decided to come here today, Sunday for the kids after it just briefly rained. A couple of my co workers and their children joined. As soon as we walked in here we were hit with a bit of heat because the ac seemed to not be operating. In addition a couple of the employees were walking with make shift fans. We decided on one of the packages they offered for around 30$ dollars. Of our choosing this included mini golf,go karts, and a $10 game card. We weren't told how the mini golf here worked and had to walk around and figure it out. Again it had just rained so not holding it against them but we choose not to play in particular areas due to the puddles of rain. Digging golf balls from the holes filled with water isn't fun or the cleanliest. The fountain outside wasn't working and didn't appear to be working for some time. It got a bit hot so we went inside to deal with hot ac.. Our kids rode on one game for "8.0" credits and immediately it said "insufficient funds." We went back up to the counter and she had to adjust both of our cards. After our cards had been adjusted they participated in maybe 5-6 games and the cards were empty. Most of the games weren't working so the kids could play together. I asked if all of the games were 8.0 credits she stated it was mixed throughout the arcade. Most of those games are 8.0 credits and the cards went fast. Yet, they want you to continue to put money on these cards for games that are working. The pizza is decent here no complaints. Our other party had arrived and was turned away due to open toed shoes policy. However we weren't told anything for our kids that were wearing opened toed. She went home anyways to change shoes. She also had the same issue with the cards not being loaded properly. It was time to ride the go karts. We make our way over and we see that only 1 family Kart was working and about 3-4 singles riders. We of course had to ride with 3 of our kids and we had to go one at a time due to this which took away the fun and enjoyment out of it. They also seemed to be hosting a birthday and weren't able to accommodate those riders either. The go karts starting stopping in the middle of the rides. We had only rode 1 time due to the large party and were turned away the second time because the karts were down now. Make our way over to the kids karts for 1 kids kart to be working!!! Oh and we had to pay for the kids go kart package for them to only have 1! Kart working. The train wasn't working apparently and the batting cages weren't either. The prizes are trash and you don't get many tickets from the arcade. The money we spent here today would've been a fortune at Chuck E. Cheese, were we will be going moving forward. I don't understand why this place is open this experience wasn't enjoyable for the kids and they all agreed to never come back and they are under the ages of 8. I would like to be contacted for a refund not only for myself but for the other 2 moms in company. read more

Me and my wife decided to take our babies to celebration station. When we arrived the cashier politely gave us our card. We decided to go there for the go karts. The go karts was fun, but the young guys working the track wasn't very attentive. I also went use the restroom only to walk in and there is a pile of vomit on the floor. (DISGUSTING) To be honest celebration station is a shell of what is use to be. It's completely run down now. No building upgrades. I even tried the batting cages. That there was just poor all around. It's just so old and everything needs to be renovated. Until then they just need to shut it down. We didn't even get food because I can only imagine how that kitchen is back there. Absolutely abhorrent. It's completely rundown and a waste of money. They also nickel and dime the heck out of you. Plus the employees have a nasty attitude. Don't purchase a voucher to play unlimited golf. When you get there they'll tell you you have to pay again and even when you've prepaid for two people, they say it's only for one person. read more

Terrible experience. After we bought a wristband for "attractions" we then had to go back inside to ask someone to come operate it, that took about 5-10 mins. They not had one working kids go kart because the worker "didn't know how to turn them on", so we then had to go inside and find a "manager" he couldn't turn another one on either. Either they don't have enough workers, or the workers don't want to do any work. We spend about 30 mins just waiting on them for the attractions and we had an hr and 15 mins wristband. The ice machine didn't freeze so we couldn't get one, just running for no reason. Waited at the register to order food for 5 mins, no worker in sight. Just terrible. read more

Our main reason for going to Celebration Station was the go carts because they have a decent sized outdoor track. Big thanks to the young lady who checked us out because she told us about a package where we got $20 of game play free with 6 go cart rides. The attendants on the go cart track were very professional and made the experience even more enjoyable. You must have closed toe shoes to ride...and it was interesting to see that they have clogs available if you need them. After riding the go carts, we headed in for game play. We blew most of the $20 on basketball lol. The attendant at the ticket redemption area could have acknowledged us sooner and could have been friendlier. Overall, I'd go again for the go carts but I'm not really interested in the other things. read more

Arcade -Games we're fun, about 3/4 of the games were available. -The guitar hero game only has the left guitar working so my wife and I couldn't rock out together. Mini Golf -Fun but balls got stuck in the little tubes so don't even bother hitting in the holes just skip it. -There was glass over one of the holes and you can tell it wasn't maintained. -We played all three courses and noticed they were very similar, so you're basically playing the same course. Batting Cages -Only 1 of 9 cages we're working. Bring your own helmet and bat because the ones they provide are very bad. (The bats had no hand tape and could hurt your hands when hitting.) Go Karts -There was only 3 carts working (2 singles and 1 double). In addition one of the singles went very slow. Bumper Cars -Weren't available. Customer Service -Absolutely amazing. The people who work there were awesome but just seems they need a leader to help make the place better. They took care of every problem we had and we're nice and personable while we were there. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The mini-golf conditions are disgusting. The mini-golf course is DISGUSTING. The water features have no circulation or filtration leaving stagnant, standing, disgusting water. The water by the huge castle is a thick, thick layer or algae and smells awful. The fact that it's just little pond after pond of standing water I'm sure it's just a huge mosquito breeding ground. There were swarms of gnats around the holes close to the water and any holes in that vicinity we couldn't play without having bugs fly in our hair, noses, and eyes. This left us only able to play about 7 of the 18 holes. The holes we were able to play were so littered with debris from trees that the balls would get stuck on the green or in the obstacle features on the hole. We will never be back. read more

We came for mini golf a couple weeks ago, we pulled into their huge parking lot and found it empty. After we started golfing we realized why, it was super hot and there isn't much shade on the course. Mini golf is a lost art form to me, but I had a good time none the less. They have fair style food for sale inside, a small arcade no dance dance revolution. Outdoors they have bumper cars and a ride. As well as the three golf courses varying from easy intermediate and difficult. We chose the difficult course, and it needs a little maintenance done. Some of the holes were filled with water etc. The staff was friendly, but it was a little pricey for what you get in my opinion. read more

Nothing on the menu available, no drinks unless it's coke. Employees are running the useless show here. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy, place use to be fun and enjoyable. Hell 4 go carts .... 4 WTF. Maybe management will eventually do something but I doubt it. Miniature golf, kiddie rides, arcades and more. This is definitely a fun park for the kiddos and the kids at heart. I have lived here for 8+ years and this was my first time here. With so many family-friendly activities that have popped up in Baton Rouge, this has never been at the top of our list to visit. It's funny because we have visited other fun-land type places like this in other states before we even came here. So, my daughter's school was chosen to participate in a family night here. That night and that night only, the students received a free pizza buffet and unlimited access to the outdoor rides and miniature golf. Parents and additional siblings were able participate as well by paying their way, which was great. My husband and I got to be part of the fun, too. My daughter enjoyed the go-karts and the miniature golf. The miniature golf course was definitely in need of some upkeep that caused the golf balls to get stuck, plus there were nails and other dangerous protrusions that came up around the course. Kids have a blast here with so many games and activities for them to get involved in. The pizza buffet was okay, nothing mind-blowing about it, just something to fill-up on to help continue on with playing. Pizza was definitely mediocre and nothing more than just party food. Place like this still serve a purpose and people just still keep on coming. I just wish that that they would take the time to perform a bit of upkeep on the place to make it look like they care a bit for the establishment. read more

The pizza was mediocre and it gave me terrible gas. The miniature golf courses are covered with fallen pine needles which created a nuisance to the game. The go-karts are fun the first time you ride, but one ride is all you really need. I would come back for the miniature golf and play if the course was removed of the pine needles, but that is about it. Our family visit on 7/31/2020 was terrible! The employees at celebration station are extremely rude. I asked an employee a question and was completely ignored. The employees working the go carts were letting their friends skip the line after my daughter and her friend had been waiting in line. Not to mention, during a pandemic, they were not wiping down or sanitizing ANYTHING! They did not spray off games or go carts for the duration of our time there, which was about 2 hours. We drove over an hour from Morgan City to drive go karts. We arrived when they opened at 11am and they said the go karts would open when the track dried (it rained earlier in the day), so we went and saw a movie. After the movie I called to see if the track was open - they told me the ground crew is working on it and it'd be open soon. We drove back to Celebration Station, played arcade games and asked again about go karts. This time we were told none of their outdoor workers were there and they can't open the go karts. They weren't able to give me an ETA or even be sure they'd run. What a joke!! read more

This is a tough one... Celebration station has awesome attractions! Played mini golf and rode the karts. These mini golf courses are definitely really interesting and the landscape is so beautiful! The karts were fast and the racing course had tight turns (fun for drifting). Didn't play the arcade games but saw that they had a great variety. Now... the staff... I saw the bad reviews left by others on google and yelp, but I thought it was simply an exaggeration. I was wrong. Extremely unhelpful bunch. Concession stand girls and the kart boys... Their lack of communication made it extremely confusing to know the rules and how to follow them. When we did not follow the unknown rules, the staff treated us as incompetent scum of the earth. As if we were the ones forcing them to work at an amusement center in one of the biggest cities of South Louisiana. Three stars because I will go back for the games and ignore the employees. read more

I'm from Lafayette, where if you want to play a round of mini-golf, you go to the kart ranch. The kart ranch is like the celebration station, but on a smaller, more outdated scale. The batting cages are decent, and the mini-golf courses are a blast. The last time I went, though, one of the holes took my ball and my game was cut quite short. We have been coming here since I was a kid to play putt putt. And I do throughly enjoy that part. They have kept up the putt putt grounds nicely. I was never interested in the arcade part except for skee ball, always a favorite. Today I took my own daughter here to play putt putt. It was fun as always. She then had to go to the bathroom which was awful! Not clean at all and no soap was even worse. Thank goodness I carry hand sanitizer! I stood in the slowest food line ever for a cup of tap water with what seemed like the slowest employees ever. There was absolutely no urgency to move quickly at all and they barely spoke to me! It was just frustrating! Then, the arcade seemed more like a children's casino except again for the lovely skee ball. Lol. So overall, love the putt putt but not in love with the rest. I can't speak for any of the outdoor rides or race track. We didn't do any of those. read more

Very nice! We did put put and go karts. The put put course was great. They have 3 courses to choose from, which we really liked. That helped with the crowd. The go karts were also very fun. Clean place, nice staff overall. We did not try any food, but it looked reasonably priced. No complaints! Good place for family fun. read more

I'm probably not the intended audience for this place but I have to say it was terrible. My friends and I simply wanted to race some go-karts. It was made clear that since we didn't have kids with us, we would be last to ride always. Standing in line and watching families get off the karts to jump in line in front of us was crazy. I'm here in Oklahoma City and when we got where the trampoline was broken, so we went inside and upstairs and a lot of the games where broken my dad and my brother wanted to play guitar hero. Right as they started the game shut off it's not worth it and than we had to wait 30+ minutes for our food, then they wanted to argue and say it hasn't been that long. I have video proof of them arguing with us. Don't go here it sucked like half the rides weren't open, and in my opinion the games are over priced I'm sure they would make more money faster if the games costed a dollar or two less. Oh and I forgot to add that when we went to report the issue with guitar hero they didn't do anything about it. I went there today as a last good memory for my kids before the hurricane. The manager there went above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable. My daughter kept talking about flooding and Svea the manager gave her a few dollars out of her own pocket to play games and it totally took her mind off of the storm. I am so thankful for her. This place is really no good. I spent 71 dollars there on go-karts and mini golf. I stood in line for go-karts for over an hour. By that time i was ready to go home, so i asked for a refund on the mini golf. They refused to give me a refund which would have been very simple since i paid in cash. The employees said that they had a no refund policy but neither them, or the managers could show me anywhere where that was written. The head manager is very rude and walked away mid-conversation. I got screwed out of $40 bc of a "policy" that they could not prove. 1/10 would not recommend to anyone. read more

Mini golf courses were really fun, but a few brighter lights for night playing would be helpful. The staff was not very helpful or friendly. The gocarts were slow, the staff insanely unhelpful and rude, more interested in getting off of work and checking their phones. Didnt even check to see if we were buckled in. Fun place. But the second time I went they had changed the way the arcade games were played. Instead of coins, you had to purchase a card and swipe it in the game you wanted to play. Didn't Realize until I got inside how small the train attraction is. Since my son is pretty short he essentially can't do anything but the bumper boats. He's 11 so the train is hardly attractive to him. We spent $100 for a family package and were displeased a soon as we entered the outside play area. We asked for a refund so we could leave but the manager Elliot refuse. I'm sitting here now very disappointed, irritated, and totally wasted money. I don't think it's fair for the manager to refuse a refund when we expressed our displeasure. We had only been here about 10 minutes, so it isn't as though we've taken advantage. This could possibly be the worst run place in Baton Rouge. Employees are uninterested, disorganized and can care less about customer service. Went there on a Thursday night (not a weekend) and it took them an hour to get our group wrist bands. When it came time to eat it took another hour just to get the pizzas out then another 30 minutes to get drinks. There were about 6 employees standing around talking to each other so it wasn't an issue of not having enough paid employees.
