For our last birthday party, the manager came and spent 20 minutes with us, making sure our visit was perfect, chatting about life and what-not, and generally making us feel less like customers and more like friends. We signed up for the membership on our last visit (Platinum, baby!), and the young lady setting us up was simply amazing. Friendly, enthusiastic, and just a wonderful person! Thanks, Altitude, for always making our day!

There was only one other kid and his adult in this room. Other kids were at the establishment but they were in day camps. My first impression was that the room smelled strongly of stinky feet. But the kids wanted to play in AC as it was HOT outside, so I held my breath When we tried the arcade games, half of them took our money so we gave up. They did get two to work and were able to get a "prize" but still dissapointing. To be fair, there did seem to be other play structures and water play outside but I think that it was either for the camp kids only, or it cost more. I could have asked, but my two were over it. It might just be for younger kids. For the price, I probably won't bring my daughter back.

For a small fee, you receive a photo as the sea lion is planting a big wet kiss on your cheek! Another highlight was the budgie area where you bought sticks of food and the parakeets (budgies) landed on you and ate from them. It's not for the faint of heart or anyone that's afraid of birds, lol. This is a fun place to visit with kids or anyone who appreciates birds and marine life. Beware: in the summer, there's a lot of walking outdoors and it can get quite hot. Make sure you wear your sunscreen and bring a neck fan!
