Been here for many parties and fun which this location provided well. Had my daughter's birthday here as well which she enjoyed and always wants to come back. Our server accommodated everything well and was attentive. Most of the food came out fairly warm which I know they try to bring most out all at once. Hosted my son's 5th birthday party here. The manager was pretty great. Upon arrival we had a table that was close to the broken ac ,I believe it was and he moved us, which also allowed us to have an extra table for the adults which was GREAT. The girls that worked there had no issues with doing so. Absolutely loved that . Sophia the birthday josh was pretty great, very attentive. I did have to have to ask for her to come hand out the pizza slices. The whole point of having the birthday at chuckie cheese was so that I wouldn't be stressed out about all of this. She did ask me to cut the cake which was great! A con that I didn't like was that the speaker was broken so I had to chase the guests down and let them know that it was time to eat pizza and then cut the cake. Service wise everything was great! Everyone that I had asked to help including the front area people were so accommodating with a CAN DO attitude. I've worked with the public for many years so at a time where I was already stressing about my child's birthday wanting everything to be perfect this was much appreciated. Their food is surprisingly good. I think I found my new favorite pizza and chicken place. My kid enjoyed their time there, too. However, there are so many machines that are broken. If I didn't have unlimited play for 30 mins, I would be very mad. This place is literally for kids and I don't understand why people write such bad reviews for places for children. My toddler is in love with this place, so for me, I am happy. The pizza is good, the salad bar was filled with lots fixings, and my 2 and a half year old ran around like a grown man in a casino. He loves this place. He calls it the "games place." He isn't a fan of the actual mouse that walks around in the costume, but he loves all the games to play, especially the toddler area. They could fix some of the broken sketch machines for the amount of money you spend, I am sure they have enough money to fix it, that's my only disappointment. So what's there to say about Chuck E. Cheese that y'all don't already know? Well, not much, but I'm happy to confirm what you already know to be true! Most importantly, my toddler LOVES this place. It truly is a place where a kid can be a kid and that's pretty awesome! My one year old can run around like he owns the place and that makes me one happy parent. They have a great safety system in place to make sure kids leave with the parent/caregiver they arrived with and no one is allowed in without a child. So, mom and dad, you can let your child play freely without safety being a major concern. All of that running around can work up quite the appetite, so next up is the food! My kid loves pizza, just like dad- pizza is pretty much a food group for those two. So the fact that the pizza here is delicious is a nice perk. We usually put an order in as soon as we get there and then let our little guy run around until our order comes out about 20-30 minutes later. The employees have always been pleasant and helpful whenever we have gone to play so that is always a positive when going to a place focused on children's entertainment. The parking lot is huge so you can always find a spot, even on their busiest days (over the weekend). We prefer to go during the week when we can, since foot traffic really picks up on the weekends due to birthday parties and parents/kids being off in general, but we always enjoy ourselves no matter when we go! I wanted to hate this place. I do hate this place, but they actually do a good job of managing the craziness that is the business of Chuck E Cheese. We had scheduled a birthday party here and they were extremely organized with the entire process. The table was ready for us on a Saturday night with a nice reserved sign on it. We had someone stopping by regularly wanting to know when we wanted the pizza, the tokens, the games, the cake and ice cream. All orderly and not at all intrusive. All the games were in actual working order with the exception of 1 or 2. The kids all had a good time and the 2 and half year old that I was tasked with watching had a blast. I kind of had one too until the lil fella shot off into one of those tunnel tower like mazes and my big ass had to climb in after him. I got damn near stuck trying to navigate through and I had 4-5 bad ass little kids scream at me to get out like the little bullies they were. They are lucky they stayed in there or I would have kicked their asses when we got to the ground. The place is really clean, the pizza was actually not God-awful( not really good either) and the kids had fun. Sure you have to deal with a lot of low life parents with Ed Hardy apparel, neck tattoos, gold teeth and sagging pants but it's for the kids. read more

We came to this Chuck E. Cheese for my niece's birthday. We didn't have a party planned. It was more of a get together with the family. I hadn't been to Chuck E. Cheese in a while, so I didn't know that they don't do tokens anymore. Instead they had a card that all the people who want to play get and you can play unlimitedly for how ever much time your party is there. I thought that was cool, so all the kids could play without having to keep getting tokens. The pizza was great, as always and I think everything went well. Its a great place to stay in the air conditioning and let the kids run free. they stamp you on the way in so there's no way your kid can escape without you. there is always coupons in the Sunday paper or if you sign up for their email alerts. my kids love the new ticket t blaster but you have to be the birthday boy.girl to participate. it looked like so much fun that i wanted to do it lol you can schedule a party for only 4 kids if your kid really wants to do it. i like how all the games are only a quarter. i dont understand how anyone can work here though, its always filled with screaming kids. read more

I go here all the time with my boyfriend & his 5 year old son. Nothing really changes. First things first, most of the games are either temporarily out of service or out of tickets. If you're looking for someplace to have dinner and entertain your kid for a few hours, Chuck E Cheese is a decent option. The games and rides seem well maintained, and the place uses a token system, so you get your tokens beforehand and don't have to try to dig around for loose quarters or anything. Everything is kept fairly clean for a place with hundreds of small sticky hands touching every available surface constantly, which is frankly kinda impressive. We've been to a couple of kids birthday parties here- they're fairly chain-restaurant-party efficient (each kid gets some tokens, they have Chuck E Cheese come out in costume and greet the birthday kid and play air guitar with him/her, they serve pizza to all the kids and you bring your own cake and they schedule it all to take place in their 2-hour slot at the back section where long tables are specifically designated for each birthday party of the day) My preschooler has enjoyed the parties he's gone to here but hasn't expressed a major desire to have one of his own here (he's more into the idea of a party at a bouncy house place, the Childrens museum or City Park)- so it obviously depends on your kid. All the preschoolers seem pretty fascinated by the animatronic Chuck E Cheese at the back- which moves around- and the dancing characters on the screen. (My childhood memories include lots more animatronic characters on stage, but all there is at this one is Chuck himself- which is disappointing in a way and not nearly as impressive as it used to be) The food is ok, but definitely not my first choice for pizza. This isn't a "I'm craving pizza, let's go here" place, but more of a "These kids are driving me insane and want pizza, let's go here and let them run themselves ragged so they go to sleep quickly tonight!" place. I am commenting to the recent event where a father recorded the mouse hugging other children and ignoring his daughter who happened to be black when the little girl tried to approach this person. Then when the incident was reported to management, they add insult to injury by offering the father some free games cards? What in the world would make them think he would want to return and encounter the same unprofessional treatment? Then the establishment issues a backhanded statement regarding their policy about hugging the children. (Check out the father's video of the recent event if you can find it ), and you will see the encounter between the other children, the mouse and the way his daughter was treated. If the employee did not know about the policy that's one thing, but if they did know (which I am sure they did) then their actions were done with malice and meant to send a message. Look it is quite simple, when you are working (dealing) with the public you are going to encounter all races. It is unrealistic to think otherwise. I work with the public everyday and treat everyone exactly the way I want to be treated with kindness and respect. If I can't do this simple act towards another human being regardless of who they are especially an innocent child it's time to select another line of work where I don't have to encounter the public. If this person can't suppress their hatred then working for the public is definitely not an option for them. read more
