Clean, fun family outing!…read more The staff is always readily helpful and really cares that the kids have a good time. They run tons of specials so it's pretty affordable as far as places of this nature goes. You can find great ticket gifts and easily get a lot of tickets. We've done the maze, golf, laser tag and bumper cars. All are great but people rarely do bumper cars so there's not a lot of people to do it with. Games are always running well and the place is very well kept up with.

We also had a good time playing in the arcade! The guys working there were so patient and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. I know we stayed there near 3 hours and the prices were very reasonable! My son even lost his phone while we were there playing laser rage when it slipped out of his pocket and they all pitched in to help us find it!Avery the manager is top notch and works along side the other employees!!

The free play feature is extra fun because you can continue playing games and unlocking new levels/high scores that you haven't been able to get to before - because of how expensive "pay for each game" arcade games can get. Lisa is always so responsive and nice in all of my communications leading up to each event. The team always arrives on time and set up is so quick and easy. Every person I've met from their company has been so professional, easy going, and friendly. My favorite part is that they are completely self sufficient. I just let them know where to park and they do the rest. Their team gets all of the kids set up to play games and rotates so everyone gets a turn. There are video games inside and outside of the truck which I think is really cool too so a lot of kids can all play at the same time. Having the indoor option is especially nice for our summertime events! I always look forward to hiring them and knowing they're going to be such a big hit!

The studio set up outlined canvases ahead of time at each station and a staff member walked the girls through the basics of how to paint their mermaid pictures step by step, but definitely encouraged creativity with paint colors and techniques. It was pretty amazing to see how each girl painted their own unique mermaids! They also have tables and chairs set up to the side for parents and offer drinks. The birthday girls parents ordered pizza and we all ate that after the painting was over. It was a wonderful experience and I'd definitely consider this spot for a birthday party. I believe they also host wine and paint date nights, so I'd totally be down to dragging, *ahem, I mean bringing* my husband to one of those.

This was one of the highlights of my birthday trip to NOLA!…read more I'm almost at a loss for words regarding the wonderful time that I had! The owner Andrea is warm, hospitable, and was very accommodating. The atmosphere with all of the beautiful ladies felt like home-away-from-home and like I was amongst sisters. The art studio itself is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. There was no clutter and there was space to move around and be social. The bar is well stocked and has nice options for purchase. I went on a Wednesday night and they have special food and drink on that night which was a plus. Due to our busy time in NOLA we hadn't had time to stop for a bite before the class started and our appetites were ready for the delicious food when we arrived. The artist who led us in creating our masterpieces was kind, patient, and encouraging. At a point during the process I was loosing steam and didn't think I would make it through to finish but even with it 1/2 finished she provided guidance and feedback that prompted me to continue. By the time I got my second wind, I was rocking and rolling! My painting actually turned out better than expected being that I'm an amateur artist. This experience will be one I will never forget nor will I forget the beautiful women who touched my heart and made my trip/birthday celebration extra special! I almost forgot to mention that, Andrea the owner gifted my friend and I two beautifully decorated cups of which we can use to sip our favorite drinks she also gifted us a bottle of wine on the house! The next time I'm in NOLA, I must stop by! Lastly, I hadn't considered that my canvas may not fit in my luggage when it was time to leave. Thankfully, I was allowed to carry it as a carryon item at the airport. All was well! Thanks Andrea for a memorable experience that was relaxing, positive, and exciting all at one once!

First, the BS of buying a ticket to have it emailed is just annoying. Person selling the tickets…read moreneeding to get name, email, zip just to sell a ticket slows everything up, then waiting to get the email...then filling out a completely useless waiver. It would be nice if someone did some pest control. We were absolutely ripped apart by fleas or mosquitos or chiggers or something waiting to purchase tickets; which also made the whole annoying process more irritating. Once in line, things were better. There's no kind of entertainment like line actors or even a video screen so dull but, the line moved pretty quickly and we only had about an hour wait. The sets were really well done and the atmosphere was great. The make up was terrible. Several times I was looking at an actor and just thinking 'what is going on with your face'. I know this was opening weekend so maybe they just haven't settled into their roles yet but the acting was also pretty bad. Many seemed to think the best way to scare people was just standing in front of them and screaming. One girl actually said 'help me'. Overall I enjoyed it.

So it's about $30 for a basic entry ticket (before fees) but as you pre-purchase the tickets online…read morethere is add-on after add-on offer which could essentially double the ticket price. I don't have a lot of experience with haunted houses etc but this was fairly well done from a structural point of view. The buildings and maze and props all well done, actors were fine not great. What I don't like beyond the add-on pricing was the fact we got here as they opened on a slow Tuesday night before just before Halloween. They coral you into different lines depending on the level of ticket you get. The basic entry had only about 50 people in front of us. Even though nobody was in the fast pass lines they didn't send people in efficiently or speedily. They made people wait and what should have take 5-10 minute took 45 min +. No bathroom options once you get inside. If you need to go as I didn't not expecting that wait for so few people you need to back out through the line to the porta potty outside and then swim your wave back through the line which at that point had grown 4x due to their inefficiency . Apparently they are trying to prove a point if you don't spend up to any of the higher price points they WILL make you wait even if there are no fast pass ticket holders and no backup. Once inside it probably only takes about 15-20 minutes to go through. Parking while easy the night we went but unorganized and people were parking behind cars to where they couldn't get out so be mindful how you park. Was it fun? MEH it was ok. Was I scared? Not at all, but got a laugh out of it. Overall it's too expensive, not well organized and punish you if you don't fast pass. I wouldn't return.

These types of places are popular in Michigan too, where I live, but I had never done it before. My partner and I wasted money on tickets and did not get to see the band. It was suppose to be a special trip to New Orleans for my birthday and turned into a ridiculous night while at the field. They would not let in merchandise bought at the bands merchandise table--a throw to be specific. Gave us no way to get around that banned except to put in our car, which we did not bring because they specifically said parking was going to be limited and encouraged folks to take other ways of being there. Staff did not offer any suggestions until we demanded--yes demanded to see a manager. Who then nicely took the blanket and gave us a claim ticket. We got in the field finally, was told there was no smoking and we would have to leave to smoke, but could not come back in. When we pressed the issue we got surrounded by security so felt forced to leave. There is no way I will ever go back to this stadium!
