From the initial booking all the way through the end of our event, everything was seamless, organized, and truly professional. We hosted around 75 guests and opted for a light menu that included crab cakes, jambalaya, sliders, wings, and an ice cream bar--everything was absolutely delicious and well-received. The staff went above and beyond to make the event special. Vernon (ice cream bar attendant), Mya (our personal hostess), Jennifer (event coordinator), and Anthony (bartender), were all outstanding--friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Their energy and positivity never wavered throughout our 7-hour event, and they made such an impression that it felt like they were part of the celebration. We reserved the Game Parlor along with four lanes, which gave our guests plenty of space to relax and enjoy themselves. The venue itself has a beautiful aesthetic, so it doesn't require much décor--but we appreciated the flexibility to personalize the space. The staff also contributed creative ideas and hands-on support to ensure every detail--from presentation to amenities--was exactly right. I truly can't say enough about how grateful I am that we chose Fulton Valley. I've attended events there before as a guest, but this was my first time hosting--and it exceeded every expectation. The food, ambiance, service, bowling lanes, and overall experience were all exceptional. I highly, highly, highly recommend Fulton Valley for any event. It will absolutely be at the top of my list for future gatherings!

We booked a lane for the next day around 5pm. When we got there it was pretty empty. There were only two other couples there, but there was also like this lawyer's association happy hour event that was happening so they were occupying the bar venue space on the opposite side of the lanes. We went to our lane got set up and we got our menus. Our waitress was really nice. We asked her questions about some of the food and I ended up getting the Pork belly & corn fried oysters based on her recommendation. My boyfriend got the Strike Combo. The combo was the Smash and Grab burger + fries + Fulton alley old fashioned. It was actually a pretty good deal for just $25. The pork belly corn fried oysters were actually really good. I love pork belly and honestly it's hard to ruin pork belly because it has its own amazing natural flavor. This was an appetizer, it was cooked really nice. The corn fried oysters were really good. My favorite thing was the pickled green beans. I never had pickled green beans before but I loved it. It was a nice crunchy, tangy, and fresh pop of flavor that really brought the entire bite together with the shaved parm and creole ranch. I really enjoyed that. Definitely wanna try to re-create it on my own. The Smash & Grab burger had cheddar, bacon jam, red onion and house sauce. He did ask for no onions, but they still put a whole bunch of onions on it so he was a little disappointed because you couldn't really remove them without removing the cheese and bacon jam. But the burger was still good, it came with tons of fries. For drinks, in addition to the Old Fashioned that came with his combo my boyfriend got the Manhattan. He enjoyed both. I got the pink elephant. I love anything with gin or grapefruit and that had both so even better. The bowling alley was super clean, gorgeous full body selfie mirror in the bathroom entry, and the service was great. We had a good time.

If you want to have a kids birthday party or just want the kids to burn off some of that energy take them to The Bounce Around. Tables in a back room are available if you book a party package. Like I said come here for your own sanity if you want to have a stress-free birthday party. You will rarely ever see a crowd in here. Heck I've been to this mall numerous times and have hardly seen anyone at all in here. You have the place practically to yourself. There are no running signs posted throughout. Socks are required. You can buy a pair for $1 if kiddos aren't wearing socks when they come. They also sell snacks and drinks at the counter. The staff isn't the most attentive as we had to find the girl working because she was off sitting around on her phone.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR EVENT HERE! I'm not even sure where to begin...i have been here to this event hall…read moretwice before for different events. At those times, visually inside and out the place was nice. I had spent weeks looking for the right space to host my baby shower and i remembered this place. I scheduled a walk through and when i got there the outside looked terrible. I still went in and spoke with the young lady who i had an appointment with. The inside was very nice but i asked her about the grass and will it be taken care of cause i thought surely they don't keep it like this on a regular basis and she informed me that the have a contract with a company who maintains the grass. With that information i assumed that for their events that they host they would most likely have it taken care of. So i reserved my date with the lady who is the one in charge of the actual event booking, Elizabeth. After my booking as time went on i had questions about the space and it was so incredibly hard to get in contact with her. And because i couldn't get in contact i had to postpone my other arrangements until i could get in contact with her. On multiple occasions i couldn't get in contact with her to the point where i attempted to reach out to the owner of the building with no success from that either. This made planning MY OWN BABY SHOWER TEN TIMES MORE STRESSFUL. From the time leading up to my event, my family had passed the building multiple occasions because of where they work and the grass stayed continuously worsened , growing higher and higher. It was a terrible sight. The week of my event, i reached out to the event manager asking if the grass could please take care of because it appeared it was never touched since three months ago when i first toured and the days are counting down. She informed me and my father that they have a contract with a company and that unfortunately she could not do anything about the grass that she referred to as "trees" in front of the building. My family and i were so desperate because of how bad it looked we asked if we could do it ourselves!! She told us no. I then asked if i could be compensated cause the whole experience with her and the business had been so disappointing and she told me that the outside of the venue being taken care of and maintained was not in my contract so therefore no i will not be compensated and the grass will still not be able to be touched . She then told me that the grass had been taken care about a week ago and because of the weather it had something to do with why the grass looked the way it looked and from the images i will input you will CLEARLY SEE that wasn't true. In the end i made the best of what i had but please expect LESS than the bare minimum from this place. Terrible service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

My partner and I wasted money on tickets and did not get to see the band. It was suppose to be a special trip to New Orleans for my birthday and turned into a ridiculous night while at the field. They would not let in merchandise bought at the bands merchandise table--a throw to be specific. Gave us no way to get around that banned except to put in our car, which we did not bring because they specifically said parking was going to be limited and encouraged folks to take other ways of being there. Staff did not offer any suggestions until we demanded--yes demanded to see a manager. Who then nicely took the blanket and gave us a claim ticket. We got in the field finally, was told there was no smoking and we would have to leave to smoke, but could not come back in. When we pressed the issue we got surrounded by security so felt forced to leave. There is no way I will ever go back to this stadium!
