Two weeks before the wedding I called to confirm. The same girl, still very confused. She finally assured me that my chairs would be delivered on time for the ceremony. The day of the wedding, I had a friend go to the venue to meet the delivery people at 3pm (the time they promised) and they did not show up. The ceremony took place at 5pm and all of guests had to stand. Thankfully, it was a short ceremony, and the guests were very understanding. When we contacted Nola Party Rentals, the owner had the nerve to text me saying "if I would have text them two hours prior this would not have happened. This was my daughter's wedding day! We finally got a refund after a week. I cannot with a good heart recommend this company.

Of course, it would be even better if I had come when I could actually PLAY one of these sports; unfortunately, my injured wrist won't be permitting that anytime soon. Besides batting cages they have a baseball diamond, basketball courts, an indoor volleyball court, free weights, and a concession stand just to name a few things. From what I can see, it looks like they have some weight machines on the second floor. I'm guessing this might come with one of their fitness packages. Big Easy Sportsplex is definitely one of New Orleans' hidden gems. It's a great play to play indoors with a very fair price that won't break the bank. His personality and character is addicting and proves that there's still good people out in the world. He's very professional and easy to get in contact with. Responds in great time. I was able to handle everything via their Instagram DM so it was really fast and efficient. Laying out all of the details ahead of time was so reassuring. What's great about GNC is they handle all the set-up, secure the location, very detail oriented, and handle all the breakdown and cleanup! All you have to do is bring the alcohol or any preferred choice of beverage. Your reservation includes a two hour reservation with the set-up and you can pay for additional hours and guests if desired. Since this was for Valentine's Day it was just for my partner and I. We were placed at the Tree of Life and I was contacted the day of with all updates. When we parked in front of the tree, my partner and I were in absolute awe of the set-up. GNC had it beautifully set up and had the area reserved with a private picnic in action. There was a mini heat generator, champagne bucket, still and sparkling water bottles, our charcuterie and sweet board, pillows, lounge pillows, blankets, so many cute VDay details, and even a few lagniappes for us to enjoy. We TRULY LOVED our Mardi Gras experience, and that was in large part to New Orleans VIP Experience…read more(aka Mardi Gras Made EZ) and their amazing high level of service! I can not imagine having done Mardi Gras any other way. From first contact, to the weeks leading up to our trip all the way through to the moment we said goodbye, Matthew was responsive, helpful, accommodating and easy to deal with (not to mention thoughtful)! We opted to go all out for our 1st time, and chose a package that included a VIP Balcony (with all you can drink and food) right on the parade route for Sunday, attending the Orpheuscapade Ball (including food and unlimited drinks) Monday night, and ending our Mardi Gras experience with a VIP Balcony on Bourbon Street for Fat Tuesday. All of this came at a VERY reasonable price for what all was included. ...and when I say VIP, I mean VIP! We were on a large (non-cramped) balcony Sunday and at a prime corner location with top shelf liquor and amazing food (all non-stop for nearly 12 hrs!). Monday we had a private car (and a police escort) that got us to the Ball in no time, and were ushered to a table right along the railing to be in a perfect position to catch throws from the parade as it came through the Convention Center prior to the party kicking into high-gear with Harry Connick taking the stage (all while we drink and ate to our hearts content). Finally Fat Tuesday was perfection, as we were treated to a corner balcony on Bourbon Street with a perfect view of the throngs of people wadding up and down the street, and again enjoyed all while throwing back premium beverages! One of the testaments to Matthew and his team at New Orleans VIP Experience (aka Mardi Gras Made EZ), was meeting a couple on Sunday from Florida that said they have use their services for 5 years in a row.
