Eduardo tailored each workout to my goals and gives advice on nutrition and supplements. With Eduardo I have lost fat, gained muscle, and increased strength. He is very proactive and responsive with scheduling sessions. He consistently pushed me to work harder in our sessions - I was able to bench/squat/deadlift way more weight than I expected. I felt confident pushing harder and going to failure on the sets because he was there to help if I got stuck during the lift. Eduardo also gave me great advice on nutrition, supplements, and equipment to help with training. When I sprained my ankle, Eduardo adjusted our sessions to accommodate it. We switched to circuit-style training and I still made strength progress and beat my one-rep max weights. Eduardo is also very pleasant to talk with and I appreciate learning about his vast experience in the world of strength training and body building. I would recommend anyone to work with him to reach their goals!

Prior to crossfit I was working out 3 days a week doing a boot camp workout, so when that ended and I decided to try crossfit I thought I was in semi good shape. Haha, what an eye opener. Yes , I had heard the CrossFit horror stories but was willing to give it a try. I started at a different gym and they were awesome and helped me to get going. That gym closed 2 years ago and I and many of the other members of our CrossFit family found Crossfit Full Bore South. This is such a great place! My crossfit family has grown with the coaches and members. This is such a great place. The coaches are amazing, they work with you, they never judge you if you can't do all of the moves in a workout. They work with you to help you do the best you can within your abilities. The goal is to be healthy and improve your life, not get injured and no longer be able to workout. I work out with men and women of all ages, (I could be the Mother of most of them)and there is never any competition to be better than you. Everyone supports each other. I do my best to go to CrossFit 4 times a week. The workouts are tough and there are times I think I just can't make it, but a put a goal in front of me and charge forward. It feels great when I complete my workout. Never doubt yourself, Crossfit is an attainable goal and the coaches, owners and members of #crossfitfullboresouth are the greatest. Thank you all.

I love that they are a tight-knit community that still manages to be so incredibly warm and welcoming towards new folks (like myself). They even do a monthly free workout called their "Friends and Family Day." I've been going to a gym for about a year and a half now 5x a week but was looking for something different that could challenge me and make me sweat. Vitality has been exactly that thing! They have 30 minute and hour workouts depending on what your preference is (30 mins is HIIT and 1 hr is more about strength and conditioning). All the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and are awesome at pushing you and motivating you. I also like that they work with you on perfecting your form while doing exercises and movements so you prevent injury/maximize your effectiveness. I don't have great knees and when I let the trainers know that, they did a great job at modifying some of the exercises so I could still get a great workout in while remaining safe. They gym is super clean and they have tons of equipment that is in good condition. I also love how LGBTQ friendly the gym is which is a huge deal to me. This truly is a gym that is inclusive and for everyone!

It's an awesome no-frills gym for an unbeatable price…read more I used to go here when I lived nearby and hired a personal trainer (Coach Los and Tatyana - I think they may have moved since). It was the first time I learned how to use all of the machines, lift weights properly, and target specific areas. They even placed me in a small group for training when money was running tight. Everyone knew my name and gave me a warm welcome when I walked in. Coach Los and Tatyana truly changed my life by teaching me how to work out. My entire body changed and at first, I got extremely nervous because I got so muscular that my old clothes didn't fit anymore! But they talked me through it and explained that I was gainly much needed muscle and that gaining weight in my case was not a bad thing. I am so strong now and continue to use the techniques I learned from them when I lift. When I take flights and see someone struggling to get their luggage in the overhead, I just grab it and throw it up for them like I'm the Hulk!!!! : )
