honestly, I could compare Bowlero to the pits of hell because of how awful it was. The teenagers that work there are incredibly rude and disrespectful. One of the employees straight up lied on the phone and said there was no bowling lanes available and then hung up on me. After saying she would go check to see when the next lane would be available. I had to call again three different times just to find out that all of the lanes were completely available. The teenagers were all laughing while checking us out and did not even make eye contact. Not to mention how unbelievably expensive and ratchet and smelly this establishment is. No one was really there and now I understand why it's because it's overpriced and literally the most ratchet bowling alley. You could possibly go to in the city of New Orleans. Y'all should go to rock in bowl in New Orleans. It is awesome and only $25 per lane per! honestly, I want my money back because I'm really sad. Saturday night 8/23/25 at 5:45 PM we went to Bowlero Kenner, La for my son's 18th birthday party with friends and family. I spent a quarter of my time waiting in line for drinks and another quarter of my paid for time arguing with employees. The 2 hour time on your lane rental doesn't stop while you wait for a drink at the bar and the bartender doesn't care about that. I went to the bar to get drinks and waited through my entire round of bowling with 6 people on my lane. My husband came tell me it was my turn and took my place in line. I told him there was no one else at the bar and I had given her my order. The bartender was flirting with young man and was completely ignoring us. We waited through 4 rounds of bowling. Upon my 5th return to wait with no one else at the bar mind you my husband said to the bartender "a little hustle would help your tips tremendously," the young women bartender then turned to him and said "fuck you!!!" He then asked for a soda, pitcher of beer and her manager. Again she said fuck you. I then said that she shouldn't talk to customers that way and asked to speak to her manager. She told me "fuck you too white bitch!" I responded in kind with a fuck you get my soda and your manger. My husband then understandably got angry and raised his voice and asked to speak to a manager. 3 other employees came and watched the argument continue without doing or saying anything. They didn't even want to make eye contact. I asked one of them to get a manger with no response. Finally someone came and said he was the manager. My husband was very angry and spoke loudly trying to explain what happened while the bartender was doing the same. The manager simply had no control over his employee. My husband was insistent that she be fired immediately. The manager then told us he would handle his employee however he saw fit and it was not our business what he did but it would be handle, He must have at least asked her to leave for the day, but should've also made sure she left the premises. In hindsight I should've called the police but was trying to avoid embarrassment for my son and family. We went back to finish our game after finally getting our order and assured that she would be handled for the incident. My elderly mother then wanted to leave she said she felt unsafe and wanted someone to walk her to her car. My uncle and myself walked her to the car. The bartender and the boy she was flirting with inside were standing in the lot near mom's car and again started cursing at me. The boy then proceeded to walk toward me aggressively as if he was going to hit me. My uncle picked me up and walked me back inside once my mother pulled off. I didn't want to make things worse as to avoid my son being embarrassed further in front of friends and family at his 18th birthday, but a few minutes later the manager came to me at our lane. I had 3 lanes with 18 bowlers and other elderly family members at tables eating and drink soda AND TOLD us that we had to LEAVE or he was calling the police. This only made things worse as other members of our party then wanted know why this was happening, which was exactly what I was hoping to avoid. Our lanes were a bit down from the bar area. The manger TOLD 25 paying customers to leave! We were cursed out for excessively waiting for drinks and being verbally abused in the parking lot and he told us to leave???? He said the bartender told him that my 68 year old uncle had accosted her out side. Firstly, she should have been told leave the grounds and not aloud to be lurking in the parking lot, seemingly waiting for us to come out. This was one of the most embarrassing moments you could have on your child's birthday. I as well as the 25 others in the group will never return to Bowlero. Terrible service and employees who curse you and then wait in parking lot for you at you then they KICK YOU OUT for being offended. If someone in charge happens to read this I beg you to look for video footage of the incident both inside and out if there were cameras. I would appreciate a refund for the money I spent and an apology for the disastrous birthday party my son received. NEVER again!!! AVOID Bowlero Kenner!!! It has been many years since I've been to a bowling alley. The girl behind the service desk...I think her name is Candice (according to my receipt). Her personality is horrible. Really bad service. Our lane (mechanical issues) was down at least 6x. We paid $28 / person for 2 hrs. She must be mad because she's working on Thanksgiving night...so she's probably taking out her anger on the customers. read more

First of all I travel from a good distance to bowl at this location with my family and I. They make it a hassle to give 2 lanes but it isn't my fault that you can't not put the bumpers down throughout turns. The pins barely come down 10 at a time. Sometimes the pins just magically fall down before I could even roll my bowling ball. For example: I was in a very intense game and only 1 pin dropped and I only had 2 minutes left. I had to call the front desk and get them to add minutes and fix the pins in several occasions. read more

This bowling alley is not the greatest but is ok to go to for a night out of the house. It is very large, has tons of bowling lanes, a few arcade games, a pool table, bars, and food....so there is a little bit for everyone all in one place. However, everything here is way too overpriced. It was a total of $56.11 for 2 hours of bowling on 1 messed up lane #36, and that's not including the bowling shoes. The main counter staff wasn't the friendliest and definitely didn't seem to like it when customers requested any kind of service. While playing our game, our bowling balls kept getting stuck in the track towards the back next to the pins, so we had to stop playing several times to request service. It took the staff over 20 minutes to remove the balls stalling our game in the process (they never gave us that time back). We did go to the bar while we were waiting, and the bartenders were so sweet. They were informative, helpful, kind, quick servers, and made great drinks. But like everything else here, the drinks were on the expensive side (for a white Russian and a vodka soda it was $27.30)...so it'd be best and cheaper to drink before arrival. When we went back to our game, we had several issues with the pins not being read properly and messing up our scores, so if you plan on having an accurate game you will not get it here. The cleanliness in this bowling alley is lacking, especially in the bathrooms. All in all, we did have an ok time here but I wouldn't go back unless they fix up this place. read more

The employees at this bowling alley were unbelievably disrespectful. My group walked in and were immediately ridiculed for having an outside drink which we forgot to throw away, and would have if asked. After the encounter, the lady at the front desk told us to drink our drinks outside (it's currently 30 degrees) but we negotiated with her and we were able to wait by the doors inside. We were given a broken alley and after 20 minutes of waiting they finally switched us to a different alley. We had a two hour timer, but since we waited 20 minutes for a new alley we had less time then we payed for. The staff did not give us the time we lost nor did they compensate for the minutes that were wasted. After bowling we decided we would play pool. The pool table alone costs $12 PER HOUR which is ridiculous. The man in the pool room that works the bar is extremely rude as well. Arcade games are $10 for 5 credits and the games cost 4 credits to play. I wouldn't waste your time coming to this lousy establishment. Oh and the food gave me a terrible stomach ache. You're better off going to Buffalo's or Rock n' Bowl. read more
