Love coming here with the kids. I always feel like we get our money's worth between games and prizes.

Aside from all the tea and coffee selections they do have alcoholic drinks. Also some beignets! We ordered some drinks and had a seat. Then we went to go get change to play some games and quickly realized they're all free after purchasing something! What a great concept! The workers were super friendly and we probably ended up staying and hour and playing some fun games. This cafe is definitely worth the stop - if not for the games then just for the 90's themed EVERYTHING! It's such a cool and safe space. Wish I had a place like this closer to home!

Then still took almost 20 minutes after that to bring me a very underwhelming breakfast. I didn't even take a picture of it I was so annoyed. The whole bill was $40 total for everything we got and we definitely could've spent their $40 somewhere else and had a way better experience. The only thing I like is the ambience, it has all old-school 90s merchandise and video games which entertained my son while we had to wait that long. Cute concept but the food and service and wait time needs to definitely improve. Good location for tourists. Will not return.

Upon arrival, they are only serving drinks happy hour and not good. The explanation that was given is that the menu and website are out dated. While ordering, we were informed they were out of fries. One person's food came before our drinks ever arrived and we had to go get our own silverware. (Yes we waited for about 2 mins). The boneless chicken bites hit the spot and a loaded bake potato was offered in lieu of fries. We had Dangerous Water and Moonshine LIT. The water drink was very strong but tasty. Definitely take your time and drink responsibly. The moonshine was too sweet for my taste but my husband liked it. We also ordered nachos, which the presentation was good. I also ordered a side apple salad. the nachos arrived. About 5 mins later, I was informed they did not have all ingredients to make the apple salad so I could have a regular salad. This company has some work to do regarding the environment as a restaurant. The gaming section appeared to work fine. Maybe they bit off more than they could chew offering food to this capacity,

We thought it would be fun to go play some games since we were right up the street and didn't have any plans besides dinner later that evening. I downloaded the app and did the virtual card, but wasn't sure how it all worked so I had a question or two. The girl at the desk was VERY nonchalant and unknowledgeable with the process. We were just there to play, I told her we had the virtual card and asked how do we use it and her response was, "I don't know, but you can go in and try to figure it out." WHAT???? Ok so we did that and started playing several games. We gained a few tickets before noticing that we needed to leave to get ready for our evening reservation, so we went to the winners circle and the virtual card wouldn't scan , the young lady at the winners circle, I think her name was Daisy, was very kind, very patient, took the necessary steps, but still nothing worked. When the manager came over, he said, " it doesn't work with virtual cards, you hb to go to the desk and she can transfer it to a physical card" WHAT??? (this is yall app, yall virtual card) Anywho, we went to the desk and this woman (the staff member) had her purse on the desk, messing with her phone (doing something with the Sim card), never looked up when I asked her to transfer the ticket balance to a physical card and said, "a manager has to do that"- Needless to say, we got on the elevator and left. It's good to know the chips and the tickets don't expire but I'm not sure if I want to visit this location again.

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the poor customer service we received. Our server was rude and dismissive from the start. When we questioned why our bill was higher than expected, our concerns were ignored. We requested an itemized receipt several times, but the wrong receipt was initially provided. Even after receiving the detailed bill, when we asked about the added gratuity, the server became argumentative rather than offering an explanation. I asked to speak with a manager. While I was explaining the situation, the server began yelling at our group and even jumped up to remove a sign from the wall that had not been clearly visible. The manager had to tell her to calm down and stop interrupting. Although the manager initially attempted to explain the charges, the conversation was repeatedly disrupted by the server's shouting and unprofessional behavior. What made the experience even more disappointing was that the server never introduced herself, so I am unable to identify her by name. Our group simply wanted clarification about the bill, and no customer should be treated with such disrespect when asking reasonable questions. I hope management addresses this issue so that future customers receive the courteous and professional service they deserve.

We booked a lane for the next day around 5pm. When we got there it was pretty empty. There were only two other couples there, but there was also like this lawyer's association happy hour event that was happening so they were occupying the bar venue space on the opposite side of the lanes. We went to our lane got set up and we got our menus. Our waitress was really nice. We asked her questions about some of the food and I ended up getting the Pork belly & corn fried oysters based on her recommendation. My boyfriend got the Strike Combo. The combo was the Smash and Grab burger + fries + Fulton alley old fashioned. It was actually a pretty good deal for just $25. The pork belly corn fried oysters were actually really good. I love pork belly and honestly it's hard to ruin pork belly because it has its own amazing natural flavor. This was an appetizer, it was cooked really nice. The corn fried oysters were really good. My favorite thing was the pickled green beans. I never had pickled green beans before but I loved it. It was a nice crunchy, tangy, and fresh pop of flavor that really brought the entire bite together with the shaved parm and creole ranch. I really enjoyed that. Definitely wanna try to re-create it on my own. The Smash & Grab burger had cheddar, bacon jam, red onion and house sauce. He did ask for no onions, but they still put a whole bunch of onions on it so he was a little disappointed because you couldn't really remove them without removing the cheese and bacon jam. But the burger was still good, it came with tons of fries. For drinks, in addition to the Old Fashioned that came with his combo my boyfriend got the Manhattan. He enjoyed both. I got the pink elephant. I love anything with gin or grapefruit and that had both so even better. The bowling alley was super clean, gorgeous full body selfie mirror in the bathroom entry, and the service was great. We had a good time.

A lot of these places have a hard time scaling up and still have things taste good, but they did a great job. Some of the highlights: deep fried cheesy tater tots, fried Brussels sprouts, crawfish mac n cheese, mashed sweet potatoes and house smoked brisket. Nice soft rolls too so you could make a mini bbq sandwich. There was also a salad but please, who is going to fill up on salad? The only thing that was a bit horrible was their freshly made beignets that were fried in the same oil as the Brussels sprouts. Super stinky smell, I couldn't get past it. They have a pool table, about 6 bowling lanes, shuffleboard, a couple video games and darts. We ended up playing darts for quite awhile even though none of us had played in a long time. But it was fun and we didn't keep score. I actually got one in the bullseye completely by accident. It was a fun time, just skip the beignets.
