When the manager came over, he said, " it doesn't work with virtual cards, you hb to go to the desk and she can transfer it to a physical card" WHAT??? (this is yall app, yall virtual card) Anywho, we went to the desk and this woman (the staff member) had her purse on the desk, messing with her phone (doing something with the Sim card), never looked up when I asked her to transfer the ticket balance to a physical card and said, "a manager has to do that"- Needless to say, we got on the elevator and left.
