Decided to visit since we have reciprocity with our Blake St membership. It's fun and funky, with good coffee. Liked the decor and hang out spot. They also have phone chargers!

I had the awesome pleasure of hanging out at Common House for a full day while in town for a big event. The event was hosted at Common House so I was able to be in this super fun space all day. I got to enjoy their insanely delicious brunch. Which apparently is a newer menu since they recently got a new Chef. I saw the Chef later that night and had to stop him and say thank you for such a wonderful meal! It's one of the best meals I've had in a long time. I had the fox & ging coffee and it was superb! My absolute favorite though was the yellowfin tuna tartare and the fried blue crab cake entree. My my my. Everything was incredible!!! I truly wish we had a Common House in Charlotte. I also got to tour the entire space and it's really cool. I loved the gym area, pool area and event area. This place is a gym and if I lived in New Orleans I'd definitely be a member!!

Talk about a great time there were two DJ a full second line band and an array of vendors with amazing bite from the Tacos , the Mobile bar, the focaccia, charcuterie, cookies, and cupcakes . It's awesome some old friends. I haven't seen them in a while and got to reconnect. Talk about a great time. I look forward to the next event.

@yelpnola The Yelp Big Easy Bash was everything you'd expect from a New Orleans party and more! From the moment I walked in, the energy was electric--great music, friendly people, and that true NOLA vibe. The vendors really showed out with food and drinks. My favorites were the cookies but honestly everything I tried was delicious.

I had so much fun attending the event Mockly Presents Trombone Shorty & New Breed Brass Band! The venue is awesome! I love the vibe, decor, ambiance, and amenities offered at the Common House! The weather was perfect for the concert on the Courtyard. I enjoyed a Mockly cocktail while mingling with other guests and dancing to the live music. Of course the highlight for me was Trombone Shorty! I love seeing him perform. It's always exciting and a good time! There were light refreshments served, but I decided to dine in at the restaurant. I enjoyed a Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad. It was so delicious! I highly recommend ordering this salad This is a great venue!

Another great event at common house. I was invited to the Mockly Event with Trombone Shorty & New Breed Brass Band. We were able to try the mocktails by Mockly but as you know I added vodka and champagne to mine. The drinks were tastey. There were lite bites and a stage for live music. Great event and can't wait to try Mockly again.

The courtyard is the perfect spot to host or be a guest at an outdoor party/concert! Trombone Shorty & New Breed Brass Band were amazing!!!

This was my first but definitely not my last time going to The Common House NOLA! This venue has everything one needs from hanging out to corporate meetings! It's a must that you check this place out!

I recently attended the Essence GU x Kensington Grey mixer at Common House, and it was such a refreshing experience! The space was modern yet inviting, with warm lighting, thoughtful design, and a vibe that made networking feel natural--not forced. It was Essence, so I had to drive a block up for parking. The event had various promotional gifts for guests- makeup palette, beautiful Cover Girl Backdrop, etc. The event itself was well-curated and felt intentional, from the guest list to the programming. As a content creator and stylist, it was exactly the type of atmosphere where creativity and connection thrive. I especially appreciated the mix of established professionals and emerging voices--it was truly a room full of possibility. Common House was the perfect host venue. 10/10 would attend again.

This was a pretty interesting and cool concept! There were a ton of different working spaces including a pool as gym in this social place. Thanks to Sa'Rah and Yelp, I got to explore a new place that I didn't know that existed. The only issue I had was sometimes with the latch access to get access to the different doors, but other than that this was a pretty cool experience.

So I can hear with my friend who is a member and I must say this place has me sold! Everything is so nice and the people are so friendly here! I love all the areas you can work in and the roof top pool is an added plus! I love how you can only enter with a key card! The bread and cocktails are great too!!

I'm not a member...yet! The space is open and inviting. The bartenders are heavy-handed making for very satisfying drinks. The food is delicious. They say membership has its privileges. What I've experienced is nothing compared to what is available to the members. Don't believe me? Check it out!

Okay, so I love this place! It's such a nice vibe! There's a bar, fitness center, co-working area, pool. It's the perfect spot to spend an entire day at. It's newly opened in the Warehouse District-- steps away from all the things. I stopped by today and it's lovely. Drinks were good - did not try food. Staff is amazing. The fitness center has your basic equipment but still useful for a decent workout. The co-working area is quaint and quiet. Absolutely love the pool and the view of my beautiful city!! Did get a visitor from a rodent friend while in the lobby area, one of the staff members mentioned it happens sometimes. Keep in mind this place is basically steps away from the CBD of New Orleans, it's common. Regardless of that, this place is super clean. The Common House is member only and card only. I love this, of course coming back soon to enjoy all amenities.

Spacious bar with the nicest bartenders. Drinks were good but slightly pricy. Atmosphere is modern and posh.

The bar downstairs serves BYOB alcohol and considering how many people there were at the bar I was really amazed how they were able to keep track of everybody's alcohol! Adult review…read more.... I've been an active swinger since I turned eighteen. My eighteenth birthday party started at an all nude strip club, I even danced that night and got a job there, then to swingers club. That night was epic and forever burned into my brain as a great birthday. I attended this club with a couple I met in New Orleans on Swingers Date Club. (SDC). It's a private club and there is always some paperwork and fees involved. My dates handled most of this. I really enjoyed the layout and the atmosphere was highly sexual and festive. Everyone was having a great time. It was byob so if you go, take your own alcohol. Mixers like soda etc were provided. We spent the evening getting to know one another in-between playtime. Playtime I really enjoyed. As did my beautiful wife. I wish I could go into more detail but Yelp is a PG rated forum. Needless to say, I had my fair share of men and women that night. I highly recommend this lifestyle club. I walked there from my hotel in ten minutes. It was much harder to walk home. Lololol

Upon arriving, I was greeted by the front staff and walked inside, only to wait over 20 minutes without being served. It wasn't until a woman from the front came to the back and asked if we had been helped -- to which we said no -- that anyone acknowledged us. What made matters worse was witnessing the food preparation process firsthand. The cook handling our food was wearing the same gloves throughout -- touching the ground, doors, and handles -- and continued using those same gloves to prep food without changing them. This is a serious food safety and sanitation concern. When I approached the front to address this issue, a Caucasian male staff member claimed he had never seen me come in, refused to provide the owner's contact information, and instead questioned who I was rather than attempting to resolve the problem. He walked away and returned asking if my questions had been answered -- without actually answering any of them. This level of service, hygiene, and accountability is completely unacceptable. I strongly ongly urge management to review their food handling protocols and customer service practices immediately. I remember the bar being to the right of the stage, but the patrons were actually into the music everyone played, not just focused on imbibing cocktails, wine and beer, etc. The acoustics were really good, as I recall -- pure sound, no issues whatsoever. I think the new name is Stellar, and it seems like a totally different operation, which is a shame. I never went to this location back in the days when Cafe Siam was located at 435 Esplanade, but I still cherish my Dragon's Den memories from years ago. You had to be there.

I came for my birthday with a group that is, frankly, not easy to impress. And somehow, this show became everyone's favorite night of the entire trip. From the moment it started, it was pure magic--and not the watered-down, Instagram version. The real thing. The kind you feel in your chest. The storytelling is powerful, joyful, a little feral (in the best way), and exactly what you didn't know you needed. And the cast? Unreal. The level of talent alone would be enough, but what really sets it apart is the chemistry. You can tell they genuinely love performing together, and that energy radiates out into the audience in a way that's rare. This isn't just a burlesque show--it's an experience. One that actually lives up to the hype (which almost never happens). They also took incredible care of us, which made the whole night feel even more special. If you're in New Orleans and even thinking about going--go. Loudly, dramatically, and preferably with jazz hands.

While this is not that . . . it's perfect for New Orleans and the south and has it's own flavor. I loved the show here! Madame Kennedy was the perfect emcee (and also put on a wicked black light bubble show). Some acts were sexy and seductive. Some acts were acrobatic and martial arts based, as Madame Kennedy said, "I'm sure someone is missing their anime character somewhere." There were hula hoops, feathers, and grinders! One act was a woman who put a grinder against a metal plate on her belt and sparks flew everywhere! I also saw my first (as far as I can remember) burlesque by a transgender man. It was so much fun! We did the reserved tickets, so we got a table right up front. There isn't a bad seat in the house, but I really prefer being in the center of the action. Doors open at 6:30 for a 7 PM show, but ours was running late (we didn't mind). They have a basic bar with decent prices. They also do dance classes, varying show themes, comedy routines, and more. So you'll always be able to see something different.
