This is a neighborhood bar that has it all going on! Drinks, food, music, contests and more! I was here for the Fourth of July Hot Dog Eating Championship An impressive lineup of beefy men competed for the trophy...and $200 bar tab! The bar was full of locals, cheering for their favorite! A great time was had by all!!

Awesome super chill neighborhood bar for a cold beer and wings. You can hang out on the patio or grab a seat at the bar.

Great uptown bar serving cold beer and surprisingly great food. We stopped in for music on the back patio and dollar wing night. The wings were huge and delicious and so was the beer selection. Definitely a classic New Orleans bar. Will be back.

Excellent atmosphere for music shows. Private event with catered food (great precaution re:COVID) and bottomless mimosas made for an awesome afternoon in the Big Easy.

Great new management, super friendly service, and a great food menu! Love that we have this cute little bar with a nice patio in the neighborhood. Highly recommended to come check it out!

This is a great little dive bar with cheap drink specials! The bartender was very friendly and gave us our drinks quickly. My favorite part of the bar is the small outdoor patio in the back. They did have a kitchen selling tacos, but my friend and I wanted wings from Bourree nearby, and we were allowed to bring outside food in too. I will definitely be back for trivia on Thursdays!

I've personally seen Louis CK and Hannibal Burress on that stage for the insanely low price of just shutting up and listening.

We had reservations on a Saturday night and were seated almost immediately. As we passed the bar I noticed they had a huge bourbon selection which is always cool. I ordered a "Well She Starts Monday" which is a cocktail made with Buffalo Trace, Cynar liqueur, and Fig Syrup. I was not a fan of this one, so I ordered an Old Fashioned for my second drink, and it was a little better. I got a Burrata for an appetizer which seemed like a caprese salad served with crispy bread triangles. This was really good. For an entree, I got Beef Wellington which until then I had never had. Mansplained, this is a steak cooked medium rare inside of a puff pastry with 2 different sauces on it. Phenomenally good! The atmosphere is really dark with low lighting, dark cherry wood everywhere. The music was bad and loud. If it was one or the other it would have been fine, but this was like if someone gave Yoko Ono glowsticks and said start and EDM band. The Husky is meant for a younger crowd. The food was 5 stars; the atmosphere and experience were probably more like 3 stars.
