While I was explaining the situation, the server began yelling at our group and even jumped up to remove a sign from the wall that had not been clearly visible. The manager had to tell her to calm down and stop interrupting. Although the manager initially attempted to explain the charges, the conversation was repeatedly disrupted by the server's shouting and unprofessional behavior. What made the experience even more disappointing was that the server never introduced herself, so I am unable to identify her by name. Our group simply wanted clarification about the bill, and no customer should be treated with such disrespect when asking reasonable questions.
