Price, price & price! Bathroom: I stuck to floor with the required feet socks. The prices for foods are too much considering the play area is just what you get for your money. It does not include any foods. Kid's want treats. Just too expensive to spend the whole day here. 3 kids & 2 adults would have to leave to get foods worth the money. The staff are friendly. It's good to have indoors to play with this extreme heat. I think this would be a great place if the kids would get a small lunch/treat with the price, I.e., burger/hotdog, chips & drink. More people would go. Mgmt. needs to rethink the with food or no food option for prices. $75.00 is just too high to purchase foods/drinks & play prices. read more

It hard finding spot for little tots, so I was happy to find a place that catered to the littles. Maybe it was first time mom syndrome but I feel the place was a playground for germs. The little baby area was cool for my baby to crawl around and play but it was hard to just let her go since there were bigger kids coming in the area as well. It was cute but I used my whole thing of wipes just trying to wipe down stuff baby girl would be touching. While I know germs are inevitable in places like this, this place would be so much better if it wasn't visibly dirty. I don't even feel like this going to some of the trampoline parks. Omg this place is amazing!!! Where do I start?!? I HIGHLY recommend coming here with all groups of age of children! Even no matter how many you have or have to babysit!!! The owner is super friendly and goes above and beyond for all of his customers!! He checks in with a lot of his customers and make sure you are having a good time ! I've had a few interactions with him personally, and I've always felt comfortable and like I can talk with him on a personal level, which I absolutely love. Personally, I take my kids there all the time. I have a one year-old and a three-year-old and they have a " crawlers only and beginning walkers" section for little babies that can barely crawl or are crawling or are starting to walk. There is even a section next to it for the same age group, but it is bigger and can allow kids older range around 1-5 yrs with even an age-appropriate slide for their age range!. There is only one entrance and one exit so you feel safe with allowing your child to run around without hovering over them! There is also arcade games and a huge climbing area in the back with four super long slides that even adult adults can slide on with their children in their lap! Above it would be all of the climbing area that even adults are allowed to do with their kids! I also personally love that they sell crocheted animals in their ticket area! All of their arcade food is more than affordable, and you are allowed to refill your drink drinks as many times as you like while you're there. All of the staff is super welcoming, very friendly, and are more than willing to help. They also have two rooms separate from each other that you can book birthday parties at in the building. I mean, this place has everything! It's $18 per child, including one adult with a child they do not charge for adult adults. Only the kids because one adult is included with the child's charging. But alongside that they also do monthly payments at 30 and $40 depending on what you're looking for so that you don't have to pay every time you go for admission! Their bathrooms are always clean and they even have a nursing room for women next to one of the bathrooms! Their women's bathroom have baby changing tables, which are highly adored and clean ! And your child will make plenty of friends here where they feel safe and welcome and can play endlessly! Another thing I love that they have is charging ports in front of the children areas where you can sit with a table and watch them while you charge your phone! This place really has everything and I highly highly recommend going more than Chuck E. Cheese or any other place! Also on your way out don't forget to take a picture in the Photo Booth by the door. !This place is truly the symbol of worryfree fun that will keep you wanting to go back again and again! We brought our kids here the other day! Very easy and cheap to sign them up. Make sure you bring your socks or else you have to pay for a pair! You have 2 hours to play. They have about 3 fun little sections for the babies and one big area for the kids. I enjoyed myself because it was parent friendly, so you can run around with your kiddos: My inner kid came out. It seem cleaned for the most part. They also serve food, we got the pizza and it was pretty good. It's really a good place to get your kiddos out the house and get them going! This place is a good option to have some place indoors to take your little one. However, some things could really be improved. 1. The staff. They are inattentive to their customers & completely bored, and spend their whole shift looking at their phone. Every time we have been here, we have to wait several minutes for a staff member to look up from their phone to help a customer to either a) check in or b) purchase food. Its really quite frustrating. 2. There doesn't seem to be an emphasis on cleaning or sanitization. 3. There are arcade games spread all around the entrance to where the kids climb, so if you're not one who wants to have arcade games in your playtime, it's really hard to keep the kids focused. 4. The website is not user-friendly. We purchased a one month membership, or so we thought. Nowhere on the website did it say that it auto renewed. I brought it up to the staff during our first visit, where they made me sign an auto renewal contract. It also isn't clear that members can just walk in at any time, so I struggled with the website for a few minutes the first few times we came trying to book a reservation time without paying. Long story, short, if you have a membership, just show up anytime. Overall, the $30 monthly membership is worth it, since if you take your kid twice during one month, it's already paid for itself., But, this is not someplace I will maintain a regular monthly membership. read more

Booked online for the next day to find out there was a field trip. All of the party needed to be there to get a refund. Employees were not friendly. When I asked why it allowed me to purchase online, I was told who keeps the website running doesn't know how to fix that. I would like to inform others of an incident I have incurred at Luv to Play. In January I bought a membership for my granddaughter. I was told that that I could cancel at anytime. The next time I went plenty of games were not working, the place was dirty and they were short on employees. A guest there at the time told me that there were new owners and agreed with me about the circumstances we encountered. When I left I told the employee at the register that I was canceling my membership. She said ok and did it right there in front of me and told me I had until the end of January to come and my checking account was not going to be charged further. In the beginning of this month I just happened to notice that I was still being charged. I called and was told they had to check it out and get back with me. They finally called me (they spoke with my son)and said they did check and I was right I had not been there since January but could not refund me but would give me 2 free passes. So they made over $150 on me and they are offering me a sad 2 day pass. After she argued with me she (being the professional that she is, hung up on me)I called them back and told them first of all they should not have talked to my son, this was my account not his. She said they spoke to him and he said that I was fine with that. First call she told me I was supposed to email them, then she said I was supposed to put it in writing that I wanted to cancel!! Well what is it, email or writing. She can't keep it straight. I told her I was disappointed in the place and that was why I canceled. Of course she blamed it all on the previous owners. That place flourished with the original owners. They were always there, fixing games and cleaning. She said they left them with a lot of problems. Whenever we went it was always full. The original owners were top notch. I don't fell the same with the current owners. Of course I will not go back. So be care if you buy a membership and don't sign anything! read more

We just happened to roll through the area on a rainy day, and needed to get our kids some play time after a long drive. This was the PERFECT fix. We were trying to decide between Chuck E. Cheese and this place, and were thanking our lucky stars that we went with luv 2 play after seeing how nice and clean it was. The owners are both kind, the toys are clean and in great working condition. There are separate areas for babies and toddlers, but truth be told my kids had a blast helping the toddlers put balls into the little ball blower over and over again in the "big kid" area. All of them were delighted with it. We'll be here for another month and will no doubt come back on a day where the park just won't cut it. read more

We LOVE Luv2Play! My 3 year old has a blast every time we visit. The play area is soft, spacious and clean. There is plenty of room for the kids to run around and get all of their energy out, and a few arcade games available (at an additional cost). There is a 360-degree view around the entire large play structure in the back, so you can easily spot your kid from any angle. There is a 250 lb weight limit in the large structure, so parents can definitely get up there and have some fun too! The smaller play areas towards the front are geared towards crawlers and new walkers, which I am sure we will be taking advantage as soon as my 7 month old masters her crawl, which is more of a backwards scoot at the moment. I love that they play songs geared towards their audience (kids), and that all of the food they offer is kid friendly (pizza, nuggets, fries, goldfish, etc). They have 5 table setups near the concession area towards the front of the play center, and a huge wrap around bar with seating that borders the play area, giving parents the ability easily supervise the kids. They have 3 party rooms, so they can easily accommodate a party of any size. The staff and managers are both very friendly and are willing to answer any questions you may have. Everyone visiting must wear socks, but they do sell them if you forget to bring a pair. I usually keep a few spare pairs in our diaper bag just in case we decide to stop there on a whim. Also, no outside food or drinks are allowed inside the facility - which isn't a big deal for us since I typically plan on buying a pizza whenever we go. The only issue I have experienced involves the "stroller" rule. Guests are not allowed to bring strollers back into the play area. To be fair, I totally get why this is a rule - the play area would definitely get crowded if strollers were permitted. The issue is that I have seen parents allowed to bring their strollers to the play area on multiple visits. I have even asked if I could bring my stroller back when I saw another parent with a stroller in the play area, and they gave me some excuse why that parent was allowed to bring their stroller back but I wasn't (something along the lines of the parent agreed to wipe their stroller down with disinfectant? Which I would have happily done!) Other than that, our experiences here have been positive. We will continue to return and highly recommend this place to other parents! read more

Luv 2 Play was fun. We took my boyfriend's goddaughter here and she had a blast. There were a lot more people than we had anticipated. The food came out a little slow and the staff could be a little nicer and attentive. Otherwise; it was great!! There were tons of activities. She loved the ball pit, all of the things to climb on and the arcade games. Her favorite was the red slide. She was shy at first so it helped a lot that we were able to climb up with her and fit well on everything. She ran around for almost the entire 2 hour session and cried when we had to go. The food was good, much better than we expected and it was super helpful that they call the name out over the loudspeaker. The best part was the price!! A little over $15 for 2 hours of nonstop play for a kiddo and 2 adults is epic. read more

The machine that shoots the balls out to the kids, is the best. The kids can try and catch them all. What fun!! There are games to play that require tokens. There is a token machine available. Luv 2 Play is cute indoor facility in Metairie. It is very engaging for kids of all ages. The play structure is has multIple levels and fun slides. My 3 year old enjoyed his playtime there. There is a concessions area, arcade games and ample space for parents to sit and watch home their kids play. You must wear socks to enter the play areas to keep the area clean. They are so nice to provide sock covers when you need to use the restroom to protect your socks. You can get a reloadable card for the arcade games. The games are fairly priced at fifty cents to a dollar. We will definitely visit again. My 3 year old wore himself out playing so that makes it a win for mommy! read more

The atmosphere is Child Friendly. My son does not care for the food. Neither do I really. But the jalapeños peppers are really good. This place is heaven for a kid. A bit pricy but I balanced out And I still saved more than Chuck E. cheese. There are games/arcade/Basic/Simple but my son ran to the play area so I doubt he saw the games. We really had fun here!! The kids were in dire need of a playground. I meant the parents!!! Sometimes outdoor areas are a little overwhelming for us. The kids had a great time in this new spot. Fantastic place to bring your kids!!!! Went there today around 2:30/3pm with a 17 month old and we had a great time. I read a review to bring socks so we all had socks on! (Save yourself some $) Adults are free - woohoo!!! Staff is super friendly and facilities are well kept and clean. Not sure how long they've been open but I hope they keep it like this!!! They have it divided for crawling babies and walking babies so basically there is various areas of difficulty for different age groups. I took my grandbabies and their friends to play one afternoon after school. The facility is clean and I appreciate the separate play areas for the kiddos by age. The staff is kind of rude. I understand that they are all really young but that's no excuse for the "no-smiling, almost scowling faces" and inattentiveness. However, there were two young ladies that really made our visit a little sweeter and that was Krista and Lauren. Those two smiling faces were a delight! We found this on accident and were so thankful! The 8 and 4 year old boys needed some playtime and this was the perfect spot. Staff was on point and so nice and the place is really clean. After 2 hours the boys were tiring down as we told them 2 hours then we have to go, . The snack drink prices are good and bathrooms clean! We had our daughter's birthday party here last weekend. The staff is very organized and helpful. In spite of the place being busy, we had everything we needed and wanted right on time. It was a good experience for all of the children and parents at our party. Customer service was on point from booking until the party ended. This is an indoor park , but owners are Constantly telling the children not to run not to do this or that . They are not the friendliest people . My grandson has Austim and came to accuse him throwing balls which he didn't , with me standing there . You don't talk to anyone's child like that , you talk to the parent . Responding to the owner's comment here: I think it's disingenuous to characterize the staff as "more than happy" to afford my son the tickets that he had earned. When I asked Brenda for his tickets, she outright told me no, I then asked for a manager to speak with and was presented with another snarky teenage girl. After a second round of begging, she then offered the tickets. I would have left as soon as this encounter unfolded-I genuinely couldn't care less about the plastic 9 cent junk at the counter after spending at least $1500 with your establishment over the years, but my son was disappointed not to receive the tickets he had rightfully earned, so I felt compelled to ask for them. And yes, I will absolutely be taking my business and birthday parties elsewhere and advising anyone I talk to on the subject to do the same. read more

Let me start by saying that I had the absolute best time with my kids here. the staff was kind, and caring. The play areas were clean, and best of all there was a nursing room! Being that I breastfeed my youngest it can at times be a hassle. I was really touched by the cleanliness, and the comfort I felt here. My son didn't want to leave, but that is a good sign. Great little play place for rainy days or scorching hot summers. Geared toward 6mos to 12yr, there are designated areas for each age group. Lots of interactive stations and space to run around and burn off that 'bored' energy. Full concession stand, two private party room, single-stall bathrooms, and a Nursing Mother's room. The place is fairly clean, no obvious messes or smells, but a lot of the areas are pretty sticky, and it gets VERY crowded at peak times. The check-in process is simple, and I love that there is a special needs discount, because sometimes my son is really skittish at these places, and I like to be able to know I'm not paying a huge amount, in case he doesn't actually play, somewhere (so it won't be a waste). I would definitely return here again, if I was in the area. Would probably even get a membership, if we didn't live so far away. read more

Great for children 18mo-6yrs! It's smaller & I can keep an eye on my grandson& his friend. I wouldn't take them to a larger place. There is a partition separating the check-in area from the play area. I like that. I can place myself in a position where I can see the children if they go to the check-in area. We can order pizza for lunch when they get hungry. I've been there many times. My grandson is 5yrs old. I've also been to birthday parties there & the children had a lot of fun.
