This is a Grate place for kids. This location is new. It is like a Trapoline park. There are 50 squares for kids to jump. They have Slam Dunk Basketball Hoops. They also have Obstacles course for kids. It's not only for kids. As an Adult I can also jump with my kids as well. It is Teenagers friendly and Extremely fun for all Ages. Must stop by. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are on the ground making sure all the kids are safe and sound. You can also stop by if you are on traveling trip. Good 2 hours of relaxation fun. Also, recently I held my daughters birthday party at this location. It was an amazing experience for all. All the kids had blast jumping for 2 hours. They gave us a balcony space with sitting for 50. There was an employee dedicated for our party for 3 hours. She handled everything from cutting the cake to serving food to our guests. The best place to host a party hands down. read more

It's a total Bounce Pad. It's good for the Kids. The only problem I had was that they book to many parties back to back. The older folks don't have time to Digress, before leaving. We have been going for many years n have spent a lot of money there. My last experience was just awful!!! The waiver didn't work I was kicked out three times n I asked for help to no avail. The little girl was rude n acted like she couldn't be bothered. Rude Rude Rude!!!! I was so frustrated we ended up going to Urban and had a much better experience. They were very helpful n appreciated our business. I don't understand why a waiver has to expire and put your customers through so much trouble. Can't believe I never finished my review from ages ago! Boy, this place has changed! I went pre-pandemic (well over a year ago) and returned recently. They've expanded and offer way more than most places in the area, so their name is very fitting. Luckily, they kept all the major attractions they had before but improved them and added another large section by the front entrance. Now, they have a zipline type thing along with a raft slide for bigger kids. They also have an aerial ninja course. We were there until 4, right when an employee started working the ninja course, so we missed out on that. They also added a food area and game room (which we avoided as we hadn't planned ahead for that). My prior visits (typically for faith nights which I'm not sure if they still offer) would have been 5 reviews. My main concern is about half the guests wear masks upon entering the crowded entrance area, and in general, they seem to be very understaffed. No one seemed to notice so many not wearing masks. I also had to go find a staff member to "man" the trapeze bar area as the kids were in line but couldn't reach the bar. Also, if they still offer it...Faith night is the best!!! Every 4th Sunday from 6-9. $15 per person or $10 per person with a group of 20 or more. read more

Great place to have a party! Fun atmosphere and friendly staff! The arcade room has a lot of games.

I was there recently with my kids and it was very busy but I only saw a few employees walking around monitoring the kids playing. The employees I saw appeared to be more interested in talking to each other and eating chips than monitoring what was going on in the facility. Further, there are places were the protective mats that cover metal are missing and have not been replaced. The waiver I was required to sign in order to use the facility in my opinion goes beyond what is appropriate in that it required me to release the Park from liability for the Park's negligent acts. In my opinion, it is reasonable and appropriate to ask users to waive liability of the Park for accidents because jumping on trampolines and other such equipment has known risks. That being said, in my opinion the park has a responsibility to act with a reasonable degree of care and thus they should be, in my opinion, responsible for their own negligent acts. TLDR: I had concerns about the safety of my children while using this facility. read more

We have visited here 5+ times when we have been in Baton Rouge visiting family. This time (4pm on a Tuesday) the music was rap music with F word in it. I didn't complain right away but after repeated songs that were not kid friendly I asked an older gentleman and the front desk staff to please put on something more kid friendly. They went over and messed with the iPad like they would change it and then the music continued. This was NOT a family vibe today. read more

Very-dangerous place to take your kids. The employees have no training on how to handle an emergency. They would not call 911 and to top it all of very rude and Insensitive workers. I know they are young but they have to be trained properly and have respect. Stay far away from this place. read more

We love everything about this place and love coming. Except today I learned they have cash only massage chairs, and nowhere to get cash. I will never remember to stop at an ATM for cash on the way to the trampoline park so I'm sad about this. Otherwise, amazing spot for birthday parties ! And just overall fun. read more

Do they even clean? We went on a Thursday morning right after they opened. There were no customers there but maybe 2 other families. All the workers were sitting down on their phones. Everything was DIRTY. Gum everywhere, candy, globs of hair, the mats needs wiped down, broken attractions where the wooden boards are showing, chips and food on the ground, trash allllll over the place. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned since before covid started. Even just down to needing to be vacuumed. It doesn't take but a second to see something and throw it away. But the teenage employees would rather sit on the stairs and be on their phone or literally just huddled together talking on the mats. My kids had a good time because they don't see dirty like we do... but I'm getting prepared for them to be sick a few days from now ... will not be back. Gross. read more

I love the sensory Sensitive Sunday's because I have a mild form of autism and I am sensitive to certain types of noises and I have sensory issues sometimes.This place is better than Area 51.I love being on the big huge glass swings that are part of the warrior course.I love the multiple foam pits.I went twice in 2018 and will be back again. read more

The staff at Airborne Extreme is leaps and bounds above the rest. They were patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The management team is receptive and care about the customer experience. Very chaotic, definitely not worth it. Not enough staff, there's no area especially for toddlers. My kids are 10, 10, 5, and 1. They all expressed that older kids would bully them out of areas. Definitely needs more structure and employees to enforce it. read more
