Cici's sent me an email saying I get a free adult buffet for my birthday. I haven't been to Cici's in probably 6-7 years so I decided to go. This was my first time at this location. When we walked in we were greeted by the cashier and everything went smoothly. There was a hand sanitizer station before you get to the food which I appreciated. Place was clean. Most of the food was just warm that I got, unless you were able to get the pizza right when it came out the oven. The pizzas aren't labeled, but when I had questions about what something was the staff was nice and told me. Pros were the salad bar, supreme pizza, cheese bread, and buffalo pizza. The cheese bread had a nice crunch to it and I believe some type of Italian seasoning on top that was really good. I was disappointed in the cinnamon bites as I remember them being really good back in the day but they were just ok when I visited. I think something in the cooking process may be off. Anyway, besides the food this Cici's had an arcade room. I'm not sure if all the Cici's have arcades but this one was a nice size. I enjoyed playing the air hockey and basketball game. I think for the price this Cici's is a good pick as you can eat and play games for about $20-25. I know you may say wow she's giving it a 4 star. I'm not saying this is the best pizza in the world but it gets the job done and I don't have any major complaints about my visit. read more

From the minute we walked into this restaurant we were served like we were wanted there! There's an employee named Chris that saw my 6 year old and immediately said, "I got a cheese pizza in the oven for you right now" then he brought 3 slices to our table when the pizza was cooked!!!! I was blown away! The service here is fantastic and the pizza tastes great! I loved the cheese bread sticks the most! There's plenty of arcade games to keep the kids entertained and a tv for anyone else. Great atmosphere! The music wasn't loud and the games weren't either. Thank you CiCi's and Chris!! Called before we went for the $4.99 buffet to make sure that they had it today & when I arrived was told I couldn't get it for $4.99 because I didn't have the coupon code..looked all over facebook for it & couldn't find it so I paid $18 for 2 people. I asked for two water cups & they gave me 2 bottles of Dasani water after I paid (that I was charged for) without informing me that they didn't have tap water first (If I knew I had to pay for water I would've gotten a soda.) They didn't have the pizza I wanted and we asked for them to make it and a very nice gentleman brought the pizza we requested to the table. He made the experience worth it. New game room is cool too. Very upset they didn't didn't inform me about the needed coupon code or the fact that they up charged me for water without telling me. read more

Every time I come here I tell myself I will not be back and then I go again. I guess I can't resist a pizza buffet. I find this pizza a tad below average. There isn't a lot of taste to it. I don't like the sauce or the dough. They've never offered any options on the salad bar that I like, just a lot of nasty things like beets, different kinds of cold pasta salads, which are gross, and a few other things. Other than that, the place is fine. They usually do a good job of keeping the buffet stocked as well as napkins, straws, etc. They get the tables cleared off pretty quickly, it's clean and the employees are nice. The buffet is cheap. I think it's $5.99, but like most places in this area, they get you on the drink and here you will pay $1.99 for a coke. Even though I say I won't be back, I probably will. read more

Haven't been to Cicis in years. Last time I went the buffet was 5$. It's up a little at 6 and change. Anyway, the pizza is still good. The Pepperoni pizza still has the best tasting pepperoni in my opinion. The Spinach Alfredo is awesome and the Hawaiian pizza was good too. The apple dessert pizza was good and didn't disappoint. I was so happy to find a Cici's right up the road in Slidell, I am such a fan. I made my husband take me first chance we got to be in the area. It was a weekday around 3pm. I was sooo disappointed. I assumed maybe the problem was we were eating lunch rush left overs, but this was not the case. I was watching them bring out fresh pizza which was still flavorless, bland, flat, and hard. Nothing like the Cici's I remember. The desserts on the buffet were the only things that kept with what I remembered. Had to fill up on the desserts to get our money worth. The brownies alone moved this from 1 star to 2. We had 2 kids with us who were okay with the food being gross as long as they could get to the game room. Even more disappointment there as nearly half the games where broken. Hate that it couldn't be as good as I know it can be and I hope it improves soon, as it is the closest Cici's to me. read more

The inner kid in me loves Cici's. The fun of walking the line and getting all kinds of pizza is a guilty pleasure. This location is pretty standard and I have no complaints. Even on a BUSY Friday night you arent left waiting with empty buffet line. Pretty clean location as well. Lots of families and high school aged kids hanging out. We didn't wait for a table, seems to have a quick turn over. read more

I understand lots are not fans, but I definitely am. Cheap pizza and cinnamon rolls does the body well lol. Me and my cousin was on our way to Hobby Lobby and couldn't pass this up and for some reason this CiCi's was better to us than the ones in New Orleans. Great place to go for lunch. The pizza is good, always hot and the buffet gives a good variety. They also have a good sized salad bar for anyone in the group who wants something lighter. It is sad that the selection Wednesday night I think was awful. Usually the older gentlemen managing is prompt, polite, courteous and accommodating. The younger skinnier manager? Not so much. I asked for my usual custom extra cheese, jalapeño and pepperoni was met with a "yah we will get out soon" add snarky "I'm busy" undertone. As a yelp elite and as a person who does secret shopper reviews for all sorts of restaurants on top of being a profesional working chef who has high standards I have never been one to be "too busy" to accommodate the customer or try to be fair. Young man needs retraining on what and how to deliver the message to a guest. Previous trips I was super impressed with the service, the pasta salad and its simplicity but greatness, the salad (I asked for mozzarella to add to my salad. "No problem we got ya covered type attitude". Place wasn't super clean while staff were hanging around pizza oven casually chatting. As a chef I need my team to be moving, to proactive and not reactive. I need them to be open minded and thoughtful. I had none of these while here. I always always always even if I don't have to use the restroom always wash my hands and the bathroom was littered with paper, pee on toilet seat and water around and near sink. As my dad would say in bars and restaurants that he ran "if you got time to lean son you got time to clean" and hand me a mop, some windex and a shove on the shoulder. He was a champ. And he could always make people happy. Even if it meant losing a few bucks to make sure people came back. If your beer wasn't super cold he'd buy you a shot and personally pour you a ice cold beer. If you wanted something custom made he would respond with "Jesus do you think were Burger King?" And then respond with "were better than that I'll make ya anything you want if I got it in the kitchen!". Man move your team around and manage. You were too busy trying to be cool with your coworkers and missed us the consumer!!! The pizza that finally did make my table was hot and fresh; 14 minutes later when I was almost full. Soda was crisp and refreshing. Buss boy was doing his best with the lazy high school girls that were flirting with the manager. Buss boy was rocking and you could see that if he had one more person helping he could have hit the bathrooms but no. Here's my message: Proper Preperation Prevents Poor Performance! Period.
