Great place for kids to burn energy. They even have a place for kids 5 and under. They have more options and not just trampoline.

The bathroom needs to be available. At least inform the guest with a posting at the door.

Very clean and everything was in working order. Nice staff! One of the better trampoline parks we've been to. Great for some indoor fun!

Almost immediately after walking in, there was a noticeable musky odor that lingered for the entire hour we were there. This wasn't a "you get used to it" situation--it never went away. We arrived roughly 15 minutes after opening, so this wasn't the result of a long, high-traffic day. The carpet throughout the facility looked heavily worn, with visible debris scattered around, which only amplified the overall unkempt feel. While the trampolines themselves appeared to be in decent condition, there is a sponge pit on site, and given the state of the rest of the building, I can only assume it wasn't particularly clean. Birthday parties began rolling in around 11 a.m., so the place was clearly gearing up for a busy day. The connected arcade and bowling area had updated games, which was nice, but unfortunately shared the same issues: dirty carpet, debris, and that persistent musky smell. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I wouldn't return unless the facility showed clear improvements in cleanliness and upkeep. A little maintenance would go a long way here.

Bad for business, here's the story !!…read more On February 5th, I booked my son's party. After booking and paying the deposit, I only received the deposit confirmation email. No one ever contacted me after, nor did I receive anymore emails. This past week, I called three days in a row to make sure everything was in order (pizza toppings, extra food trays, drinks, decorations, etc.) I get there early to setup and pay. The young man at the counter told me that I am to pay after the party is over. The party time was 4:30-6:30. The kids jump for an hour and get called to the room at 5:30 to eat. Initially, the hostess only bought the pizzas. I inquired about the chicken nugget tray and sandwich tray to which she informed me that no one ever added the trays to my party itinerary. I told her that I spoke to someone on three multiple occasions. And she stated that she would go and make the trays. Once the kids were done eating, they attempted to return to jumping and were told they could not jump anymore. I went to the front desk and the employee got his "manager". The "manager" Josh, said that jump time is only for 1 hour and that if I wanted additional time, I'd have to pay $10 per kid (an extra $150). I told him no, and that no one ever informed me that jump time was for 1 hour for birthday parties. He was very condescending. I tell the kids to go back to the party room so we could finish eating (the trays finally arrived). The hostess then tells me the "manager" Josh was trying to backlog the calls to see who I spoke to. I told her that he didn't have to do anything because the matter of the fact is that no one properly communicated anything to me! I told Hannah, the hostess, that I wasn't mad at her nor yelling at her as none of this was her fault. She then informed me that Josh was in fact not the manager, but the supervisor. She stated someone named JJ is the manager. So I told her to tell Josh to give me the real manager's information. Fast forward about 15 minutes later, I met with Josh, another male and a female. The female starts to talk and says that made Hannah cry. I told her I could care less about the hostess crying as she had no real reason to be crying. I stated that my son and his friends were upset as they could not jump anymore. The female begins to talk and start to snap her neck. That is when I told her "I'm gonna stop you right there. You're not about to sit up here and snap your neck at me. that's what we're not gonna do! I'm going to go in here, and get ready for cake and ice cream. And I don't want y'all to say anything else to me" They then leave. We really had no hostess the majority of the time. We even cleaned up. As we got ready to leave, I asked my friend to stand at the counter so they could know I was going to come back in to pay as I wanted to move my car closer to the door for loading purposes. I was met at the door by two D'Iberville police officers who informed me that they received a complaint for a verbal altercation as I verbally assaulted them. Per the cops, the employees also told them that I did not pay my bill and wouldn't leave the premises . The employees said they didn't want me back at the business and if I come back, they would press charges for trespassing. In addition, they could charge me petit larceny. Moreover, the employees were standing on the other side talking mess. I told they'd better shutup. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CHILDREN TO MULLET HOP AGAIN!!! Unorganized and Unprofessional!!

When we got to our room, it was filthy. The staff had hours upon hours if not days to clean it from the family who stayed prior. The sheets were bundled up and tossed onto the beds, the furniture was somewhat intact with the pillows strown across the room, it just wasn't habitable. We called the owner of the the resort and they were rightfully flabbergasted (embarassed and upset) So they called and told the staff to get it cleaned and that it would be an hour or so, so we went out to eat, which the owner of Sienna payed half of for us (thank you!) The first few days were great, but i noticed that the staff was always on edge and pretty strict. We really wanted to use the hot tub but it was broken, however it only took 1 day to fix. On the 3rd day which is the day I'm writing this, I put a dollar in the downstairs vending machine which it took, but it wouldn't take the 2nd (i needed to pay $1.75) so i said BET! and tried to feed it my quarters, but they just went through the machine and down to the change catcher. Then we tried to press the refund button as hard as we could... nothing, dollar was gone. The condominium looks really good, mind you kind of small, there's enough rooms and beds for a family of 5 and nobody sleeping on the couch, and if you have more than 5, there's a retractable bed in the couch, plus the one master bedroom has i believe a king size bed fit for 3 and still have room. The one nice staff member will always greet you when you come in or come down, so that's nice. If you want to book the resort, go for it and try to get the top floor as it's the best view. There are no side rooms so you don't have to worry about not getting a good view, as you'll always have the ocean to look at comfortably. My last complaint, but not the end of the review: Both the outdoor pool and indoor pools are very warm. The indoor pool is only 4 feet at it's deepest point which is only in the middle. The rest is 3 feet. The hot tub is very small, so only about 4 people can fit in it at a time. The steam room steams up in large intervals and is extremely hot, i could only stay in for about 5 minutes and when you start it up, it takes a good 7 minutes to even do anything before water comes spewing out of a small pipe in the wall and gradually heats up until its steam. I haven't noticed anywhere to have breakfast at the resort, so bring your own food or buy some at walmart in town. If you're looking to go out and eat, i absolutely recommend Woody's roadstop, the food is absolutely awesome although they did forget out appetizer, so we had to ask for it again. Glad we did, it was awesome! If you want some family fun, I can't recommend Altitude Trampoline Park or Big Play Entertainment enough!! The trampoline park is MASSIVE with LOTS to do. There's 2 things that are out of commission though, the obstacle course, and the arm.. thing (you're supposed to jump over it while it spins, but it just doesn't spin anymore.) Big Play Entertainment is filled with lots of great arcade games, and a go kart track which is also fun. One last thing; Fishing charters are $500 or so if you want to do that! That's it, that's my review! Book it if it's what's you can afford, if you can go for more, and are willing to travel further, go to Phenoix West in Orange Beach, Alabama!

I had a few places in mind to stay, but landed on Sienna by the Coast. The owners of the unit we are staying in did a good job with decorations and has most everything you would possibly need in the kitchen, but our trip has been ruined on our first full day, and we have 4 more ahead. We were all at the pool, the kids 17,16, 12 and 8 were all on one side and my friend and I were on the other. One of the children came over and told us that the security guard walked up to my 16 year old daughter and told her she was dressed inappropriately and needed to cover up (due to her bathing suit bottoms). I asked the security guard about it and I was told the same and he was already writing up an incident report. She was in a regular bikini you would buy at any store. She was a gymnast 13 years of her life and has a great figure, but she was covered, she wasn't in a thong. She's 16 and I would not allow anything inappropriate. The HOA President, Frank, ended up showing up and was telling me me the same, then wanted to go check her himself. I'm Sorry, but that is creepy that you want to go JUDGE my child, but due to how they were talking to me, I KNEW he wouldn't change his mind anyway. I had NO issue with what she was wearing, I would not expect anyone to be checking her out to a point of needing to judge her on whether we could stay or have to leave. I remained calm and talked respectfully just wanted to understand the situation. Both the security guard and Frank were extremely condescending and dismissive. They suggested we go buy her a new bathing suit. I just bought her 5 new bathing suits for this trip, I am not buying her any more because a man-child can't handle a girl in her bathing suit. They told me it's against the HOA rules that only state "appropriate attire" and I was told it was subjective to the security guard working. Now my daughter is completely creeped out and won't go to the pool, even in a different suit, for fear of being stared at in the security cameras, because this is how he saw her. I'm sorry but if you want rules this strict, there needs to be a better description or photos of what is appropriate attire. He said it was because her butt cheeks were showing. They want full coverage that goes all the way under the butt cheeks. And if that's the case put THAT in the HOA agreement, don't let it be subjective. Also keep in mind, I never saw the HOA agreement because I was renting from an owner and there was only a limited rental agreement I had to sign with no mention of this. We also had a 12 year old girl with us that had her cheeks showing as well but that was ok because she didn't have any junk in her trunk I guess. Furthermore, there was a few other people down by the pool that couldn't believe this happened to us. They own here and said they have seen MUCH worse by grown adults, but also quickly corrected herself saying there was nothing wrong with her suit. I'm extremely disappointed in this place. We drove 15 hours and chose a small town beach town so we wouldn't be out partying with a bunch of people doing inappropriate things in front of our kids since it is Spring Break. Now we will be stuck at the beach, which isn't great because it's the Gulf, or sit in our room to ensure that my daughter doesn't feel uncomfortable. There are plenty of other places to rent from, you should stay away from this place.

Me, grown azz man so I don't get to go to this place ever. Now I need a renta kid so I can go to Chuck E Cheese to get pizza. The crust has this garlic and herb coating, is crisp and soft like a pretzel but better. I have had pizza from some of the so-called best. I have given them my best ratings. How could anyone have expected to find pizza this good at Chuck E. Cheese? I mean great tasting pizza not just good. Gooey cheese, good toppings all hot and bubbly just for kids? No way a kid can appreciate how good this pizza is. Wings. The usual wing spot seems to boil a wing and toss sauce at it. These were bone-in, lightly breaded, fried to a golden crisp skin, tender juicy inside. A wing that was better than rhymes with WingStop wings. I feel ripped off that my kids are grown and I'm not friends with R. Kelly so he could bring me wings and pizza after he takes his date out to play skiball and take pics with Chuck. Hahaha. So my next pizza call in with wings will be from Chuck E. Believe me. If you haven't tried them, do give them a shot. You will be just as deliciously surprised as I was. 5 star because the service was awesome, the store was super clean to include the restroom. The games all worked. The food was great, salad bar very well stocked with fresh veggies. My two lil babies had tons of laughs and a smile a second. Couldn't ask for more. As for prices, kids are only kids once so putting smiles on their faces is priceless.
