Do they have arcade game and food?

Yes, they have pizza and snacks! No arcades. The trampolines are more than enough! You can play dodge ball, balance beam….all on a trampoline. Fun fun fun

Almost immediately after walking in, there was a noticeable musky odor that lingered for the entire hour we were there. This wasn't a "you get used to it" situation--it never went away. We arrived roughly 15 minutes after opening, so this wasn't the result of a long, high-traffic day. The carpet throughout the facility looked heavily worn, with visible debris scattered around, which only amplified the overall unkempt feel. While the trampolines themselves appeared to be in decent condition, there is a sponge pit on site, and given the state of the rest of the building, I can only assume it wasn't particularly clean. Birthday parties began rolling in around 11 a.m., so the place was clearly gearing up for a busy day. The connected arcade and bowling area had updated games, which was nice, but unfortunately shared the same issues: dirty carpet, debris, and that persistent musky smell. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I wouldn't return unless the facility showed clear improvements in cleanliness and upkeep. A little maintenance would go a long way here.

Bad for business, here's the story !!…read more On February 5th, I booked my son's party. After booking and paying the deposit, I only received the deposit confirmation email. No one ever contacted me after, nor did I receive anymore emails. This past week, I called three days in a row to make sure everything was in order (pizza toppings, extra food trays, drinks, decorations, etc.) I get there early to setup and pay. The young man at the counter told me that I am to pay after the party is over. The party time was 4:30-6:30. The kids jump for an hour and get called to the room at 5:30 to eat. Initially, the hostess only bought the pizzas. I inquired about the chicken nugget tray and sandwich tray to which she informed me that no one ever added the trays to my party itinerary. I told her that I spoke to someone on three multiple occasions. And she stated that she would go and make the trays. Once the kids were done eating, they attempted to return to jumping and were told they could not jump anymore. I went to the front desk and the employee got his "manager". The "manager" Josh, said that jump time is only for 1 hour and that if I wanted additional time, I'd have to pay $10 per kid (an extra $150). I told him no, and that no one ever informed me that jump time was for 1 hour for birthday parties. He was very condescending. I tell the kids to go back to the party room so we could finish eating (the trays finally arrived). The hostess then tells me the "manager" Josh was trying to backlog the calls to see who I spoke to. I told her that he didn't have to do anything because the matter of the fact is that no one properly communicated anything to me! I told Hannah, the hostess, that I wasn't mad at her nor yelling at her as none of this was her fault. She then informed me that Josh was in fact not the manager, but the supervisor. She stated someone named JJ is the manager. So I told her to tell Josh to give me the real manager's information. Fast forward about 15 minutes later, I met with Josh, another male and a female. The female starts to talk and says that made Hannah cry. I told her I could care less about the hostess crying as she had no real reason to be crying. I stated that my son and his friends were upset as they could not jump anymore. The female begins to talk and start to snap her neck. That is when I told her "I'm gonna stop you right there. You're not about to sit up here and snap your neck at me. that's what we're not gonna do! I'm going to go in here, and get ready for cake and ice cream. And I don't want y'all to say anything else to me" They then leave. We really had no hostess the majority of the time. We even cleaned up. As we got ready to leave, I asked my friend to stand at the counter so they could know I was going to come back in to pay as I wanted to move my car closer to the door for loading purposes. I was met at the door by two D'Iberville police officers who informed me that they received a complaint for a verbal altercation as I verbally assaulted them. Per the cops, the employees also told them that I did not pay my bill and wouldn't leave the premises . The employees said they didn't want me back at the business and if I come back, they would press charges for trespassing. In addition, they could charge me petit larceny. Moreover, the employees were standing on the other side talking mess. I told they'd better shutup. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CHILDREN TO MULLET HOP AGAIN!!! Unorganized and Unprofessional!!

This is a pretty big place so although it was packed, there was still room for everyone to jump and have fun. There are several computers to complete waivers prior to checking in and paying. Take note that most of their promotions aren't valid on Saturday and Sunday. It's also important to note that they don't have lockers for rent so you store your items in the cubbies at your own risk. They have sections for birthday parties and several tables. There were quite a few parties taking place during our visit. The obstacle course is fun but when you're older, it's a lot harder to get out of the foam pit then it looks lol! The trapeze was a lot of fun and provides a soft landing. I took a star off of this rating merely because of cleanliness. It didn't take away from the purpose of our visit, which was to have fun. However, the facility can use some serious cleaning, especially the bathrooms. They were pretty gross!

The arcade tokens were mostly out of order so we saved our money for Sal and Mookie's dessert! Staff were friendly and the bathrooms were clean (unlike pics in other reviews)

I visited your trampoline park in Hattiesburg on 12/19/2023 at approximately 3pm with my 10 year…read moreold son. After he jumped for an hour, we then played about $10 worth of the arcade game. My son won 40 tickets from those games. Obviously, 40 tickets does not "buy" much of the low value prizes. In fact, on our visit, my son could not "buy" anything with his tickets due to the computer system being down and the prize redemption area. After attempting to get the computer system to work unsuccessfully, the young female worker got her manager. It was after the manager was unsuccessful in getting the computer system to work, she informed us that we would not be able to redeem the tickets for prizes due the computer system being down. At this point, my patience immediately left. I informed her that this was quite simple. I live 500 miles away and was leaving on 12/20/2023. We had spent over $28 between jumping, socks, and the arcade. There were 40 tickets on my card. You make a note of the items along with my ticket/token card and give my 10 year old son the prizes that were worth about 25 cents. She stated that she understood but could not do that for fear of losing her job. What kind of boss do these young ladies work for when they are worried about losing their job over 25 cents worth of crap after a customer has won the tickets? As a customer, I don't care about the 25 cents of inventory that you would have to ring up later. Since she informed me that she could not do anything else without some management above her to approve it, I asked her to make the call. She said she could message her manager, but could not call that her manager was 9 months pregnant. While I do not begrudge a manager's personal time, I find it absurd that your company does not have protocols in place for such a simple problem. If the manager is about to have a baby and is going to be out for what I would assume is some amount of maternity leave, potentially dozens of customers could have the same poor experience as my son and me. Ultimately, the young lady did start to go and message her manager but could not guarantee a response. At this time I decided it would be best if I left before I became any angrier than I already was. I find it completely ridiculous that such common sense and customer service is lacking in your establishment. We have visited your business on previous visits to Hattiesburg. This was our last visit.

I take my 5yr old to SkyZone and a jump park every weekend and of all the places I've purchased memberships for this one gives her the best workout and she never wants to leave- even after 2hrs of constant running. We've never used the arcade or their private birthday facilities but it hasn't been my experience to notice anyone having a hard time with these aspects of their services. I always get there early-ish so it's never too crowded. I did however go there after 3pm on the weekend and it was very intimidating and appeared to be a zoo.... But we still had tons of fun without incident even with TONS of kids everywhere all at once. It was just overwhelming to see sooooo many kids in every area playing. Staff is very attractive, friendly and eager to help and I've found truth in the statement that they don't always know the policies. However, in the event someone couldn't answer my questions they've always found someone that could. To me, the place is such a great value that the little details don't really matter as much as the total experience. IOW, it doesn't matter if the staff doesn't know every detail about everything or if a random teenager is a bit 'zealous' in the dodgeball arena- my child doesn't know the difference and has an equal amount of fun regardless. LOVE this place and look forward to it every Saturday.
