Rude employees! I got banned until I'm 18 because a high schooler was trying to fight me, they said false things about me and Mrs Stacy doesn't believe me. Mrs Stacy is a grown woman talking about a 14 year old girl I've done nothing but respect her and her rules. My cousin worked here and quit within a week. Her first day employees were making fun of her and Mrs Stacy said my cousin made her "job harder". Food takes forever to come out and it's not even worth the wait the bathroom is NASTY there is always teenagers vaping in the bathroom. I want to start by saying that the last time I skated before last night was 15 years ago. I'm almost 30, I went to this skating rink with my 3 kids last night to have a family outing with their dad. At some point he had all the kids while I went to skate by myself, when taking a turn, my left foot stopped while my right kept moving, my knee twisted and buckled and snapped, tearing my ACL and spraining my wrist. The staff responded quickly and helped my kids' dad carry me to the car. They wanted to call an ambulance but I opted to just be driven to Thomas Hospital. My kids had a blast, their dad had a blast, and even with my injuries, it was one of the best times of my adult life. The people who work here are kind and empathetic and wholesome, and when I'm healed up I'll be skating again, because I know if something happens, they're going to be there to help me up. 10/10 will be back. read more

My family recently moved to Daphne and we were so excited to have a skating center so close to home. I come to skate only so I have no opinion on the arcade or other amenities but I will say I wish the floor had a better finish/wax job. Very uneven, dull and makes skating unpleasant. I would very much like to see the floors re-done. My suggestion, if cost is an issue, is to hold a charity raffle or set up a donation pool for the purpose of restoring the floors. I would be the first one to contribute if they could make that happen. I love to support local community business and would definitely become a weekly customer if they had a better floor. Even raising admission prices by $1.00 could surely make this a possibility! read more

Hot wheels in Daphne, Alabama is a rip off. I have been to 3 birthday parties for family members. I will purchase game cards for my nieces and nephews and half of the games don't work. But hot wheels will still take your tokens and continue about their way. No out of order sign! Nothing! The arcade needs to be maintained. Parents are being used for their purchases on game cards. This was my 2nd time coming with my daughters. It was stupidly packed. One worker said 10 birthday parties were going on. Had I known that, we would have avoided this place. Now, our 1st time was great coming to the skating rink. The girls 1st time skating. They had the skate buddies. We all had a blast. It wasn't packed. There was room to move around. No problems what so ever. This time, we didn't even get to skate. I got all 3 of us skate rentals, paid for 1 skate buddy, and of course admission. We go to the skating counter and get skates, then we give them our ticket for a skate buddy and they were out. I tried to get the girls to skate without one and it was a no go. My oldest wouldn't even try, my youngest tried for like 1 minute then had a meltdown because she didn't have one(I think it was mainly because everything was so overwhelming because it was so packed). I was about to go to the cou nter and ask for a refund about the skate buddy since we couldn't get one, well, another parent beat me to it and the woman said we have to just wait till one became available, "first come first serve". Ummm.....if there isn't any available, they should not be selling them because they will not give a refund.....that's right. That is super unprofessional to sell a service that is unavailable and not give a refund for it. After waiting an hour, we left. No skating. toddler had another meltdown as she didn't understand the situation and was way over stimulated. My oldest was disappointed and felt it was all her fault. I had to calm her down and explain it was all just an unfortunate situation. Just not a good experience at all. read more

Fun summer camp. Our kids love this camp. They make sure to keep the kids going and have plenty of activities. The staff are great. The councilors know the kids by name from summer to summer. Lots of good fun read more

We really love this place. What a great way to keep kids and teens out of trouble! They have all kinds of special events including a homeschool skate special the first Thursday of every month. They have character meet and greets for the Littles. A reasonably priced snack bar, pool table and arcade with tickets you can turn in for prizes round out the offerings. I love that my special needs child can rent a $5 "skate mate" which helps her skate. Great for Littles or anyone short who has trouble staying upright on skates. It's sort of like a walker on wheels. I wish we'd had one of these when I was learning to skate! Great place. Five stars. read more

Poor quality skates. The floor has a very poor wax job. So bad I fell. Music selection is dated. I feel as if the increase in price should at least come with a smooth hardwood floor. Sad to see a hometown business mismanage their money. read more

Not a bad place. We went for a school field trip. Moderate prices. Decently clean for being overrun by 200 3rd graders. They have a calendar on their website listing daily events that they offer. It's nice to have a place like this right in the neighborhood to take the kids to on a rainy day or a weekend afternoon. read more
