I visited your trampoline park in Hattiesburg on 12/19/2023 at approximately 3pm with my 10 year old son. After he jumped for an hour, we then played about $10 worth of the arcade game. My son won 40 tickets from those games. Obviously, 40 tickets does not "buy" much of the low value prizes. In fact, on our visit, my son could not "buy" anything with his tickets due to the computer system being down and the prize redemption area. After attempting to get the computer system to work unsuccessfully, the young female worker got her manager. It was after the manager was unsuccessful in getting the computer system to work, she informed us that we would not be able to redeem the tickets for prizes due the computer system being down. At this point, my patience immediately left. I informed her that this was quite simple. I live 500 miles away and was leaving on 12/20/2023. We had spent over $28 between jumping, socks, and the arcade. There were 40 tickets on my card. You make a note of the items along with my ticket/token card and give my 10 year old son the prizes that were worth about 25 cents. She stated that she understood but could not do that for fear of losing her job. What kind of boss do these young ladies work for when they are worried about losing their job over 25 cents worth of crap after a customer has won the tickets? As a customer, I don't care about the 25 cents of inventory that you would have to ring up later. Since she informed me that she could not do anything else without some management above her to approve it, I asked her to make the call. She said she could message her manager, but could not call that her manager was 9 months pregnant. While I do not begrudge a manager's personal time, I find it absurd that your company does not have protocols in place for such a simple problem. If the manager is about to have a baby and is going to be out for what I would assume is some amount of maternity leave, potentially dozens of customers could have the same poor experience as my son and me. Ultimately, the young lady did start to go and message her manager but could not guarantee a response. At this time I decided it would be best if I left before I became any angrier than I already was. I find it completely ridiculous that such common sense and customer service is lacking in your establishment. We have visited your business on previous visits to Hattiesburg. literally so many rules you cannot have fun at all we had a horrible time and will never go to hattisburg updown again, you cant jump on the trampolines on the wall you cant touch the rim on the basketball hoop and you cannot do any flips worse place ever read more

Took my daughter and niece hoping to jump, play laser tag, and the arcade only to find out most of the activities were shut down. No laser tag, no arcade, basketball goal area was closed, no dodgeball, and no obstacle course. Just a few trampolines and the pugil stick area. Complete waste of money. I had some leftover tokens for the games, and figured I'd go back and use them up. Surprise! At some point this year (either May or July apparently) they moved the arcade games over from token systems to a card-based system, and when I asked if they could put my remaining tokens ($8.50 worth) on a game card, they refused. The tokens literally say Updown on them - what else am I supposed to do with them? So instead of them just giving me $8.50 worth of credit on a game card so I could use up what I already paid them for, now I'm leaving this review. I hope the cost savings was worth it. read more

Nice place,but sorry rules, unless you rent a room, you can not bring in birthday cake, that is sorry, still cost over 100.00 for kids to play but pizza, jump, but card for games . Very disappointed, told daughter not to ever go there again. read more

The first time I came here, I had a hard time liking it. It was full of people, super loud and reminded me I probably needed to do months of kegels to avoid embarrassment while jumping. My older kids loved it though and always ask to go whenever we pass by. They have lots of fun activities including dodgeball, basketball, pugel sticks, and an airbag that you can do flips onto. There's also an obstacle course like American ninja warrior that my son is obsessed with. They can also accommodate birthday parties. I didn't use the snack bar but they have drinks and pizza and things like that. Today I brought my one year old and she had the time of her life. If you want to make your little one tired, bring them here for an hour. She didn't even stay awake long enough to go to Walmart after we left. Also, if you want to take the tiny ones, go early. 1st and last time visiting this place ! The doors were locked & a staff member stood in the door while we were standing outside in the cold demanding waivers to be signed ( which was expected ) we basically had to ask for permission to enter the building. The staff was soo unprofessional and nonchalant when we entered. I used my military iD & they acted like it wasn't honored at the establishment ... All in all, my children and I won't be returning! read more

Price was decent. Around $12 a kid (over age 6) for a hour of jump time and then $2 socks. Clean environment. Kids loved it and it wore them out. I think it was $18 for 2 hours which is what I'll do next time because the hour flew by. read more

I brought my two boys on a Sunday, which turned out to be perfect because it wasn't crowded at all. Two hours of jump time was about $20 per child. The facility is nice, with 5 separate jumping areas/activities. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Kids can play laser tag for an additional cost. There is a concession stand, photo booth, tables and chairs for waiting Parents AND a section with massage chairs that will also charge your phone!!! I've never seen that before at a kids jump place! They also have party rooms upstairs with a viewing balcony. read more

I went to this trampoline park expecting it to be local. I knew it wouldn't compare to places like hanger 15 or skysone but it was beyond me how bad it was. Multiple trampolines were down and not being watched the trapeze was down and there was a lack of staff help when I had questions. I went to play some of the arcade games because I had an hour and a half left of time and got bored and I won about 100ish tickets and when I went to redeem them for a prize not only was the machine down to give redeem the tickets but finding it was a goose chase in of its self i would never recommend wasting your time and money especially when half of the place is broke down. read more

We booked a party for my little girl's birthday and because they didn't have staff designated for just a party check in, her party missed almost twenty minutes of already paid jumping And we were there early for check in!!! with no refund or extended jump time. They have a lane designated for party check in but no one there. The only reason I am giving one star is because the staff member that was assigned to our party room was extremely nice and helpful. But we will not have any other parties there nor would I recommend it after this experience. read more

We had a party for my daughter at Updown. We were terribly disappointed in the poor communication, we were told we could add as many children to the party as we needed the day of the party. They never mentioned there was a maximum number allowed but assured me our party would be able to be increased if needed. On party day we were told they were at capacity and I had to turn 10 children away. This was the most embarrassing situation as a party host. We were offered a discount but it did not help the fact that guests came to our party and had to leave while the general public was able purchase tickets. So disappointed!!! Had my twins' birthday party here. The service was absolutely horrible!!! While I understand it was on a Saturday and they were busy, other arrangements could have been made. First we were sent to a dirty room to set up. Ok, no big deal. There were 2 clean ones next door, we took one of those. Our party hostess never showed up to decorate our room. So, the hostess of the other party assisted all while guests from her party kept looking for her in our room asking for things. Then, our ice cream was put in a "freezer" and most was melted by the time it was served. The children were to jump from 4-5. We were to be in the party room from 5-545. We had the children in the party room at 5. The food was not there. They were starving. To distract them. We did the happy bday etc. Half of our pizza order arrived at 515 and was told that the other 1/2 was on the way up(the cheese pizza which is what most of the children wanted). The other half did not come up until 540 when they were eating cake and we were suppose to be out of the room within 5 minutes. I had to pick the pepperoni off the pizza for the children that wanted cheese and didn't have enough pizza for the adults!!! It was so embarrassing!!!! They stated they had an oven to go out that morning. Totally understandable. However, they could have given us a heads up so that other plans could have been made. Adults were hungry also. We needed additional drinks-no hostess to get them. They took gifts for my children into another party's room and came in and asked if everyone recognized their gifts. The only time we saw a hostess was when she was cleaning/rushing my children opening their gifts and writing the next child's name on the board rushing us out of the room for the next party all while there were 2 empty rooms. I was assured they would take care of the food, no need to bring extra, they would be able to handle it, all I would have to do is tell a hostess. When they saw that they couldn't do so, they should have given us a call so that other arrangements could be made. When I was paying the balance is when I saw the 20 something year old manager asking if something was wrong with the party and then thought she solved the problem by giving a whopping % discount. Their issue of having an oven to go out is all understandable. However, they had a commitment to our party. If they could not fulfill it, all they had to do is let me know. I would have brought additional food to make sure everyone had enough to eat. It was embarrassing as a mom to be in that situation. read more
