Last Sunday around 3pm I brought my kids up there and a lady cut in line in front of us. Normally I wouldn't care that much, but my ankle was in a lot of pain due to my recent surgery and having to mow my grass earlier that day, and we had been waiting there for a while. I told the woman who cut in line that we had been waiting here a while before she got there and the cashier let this woman loudly cuss me out in front of my children. When I tried to call back later to bring my concerns to a manager, the employee (who I suspect was the same woman who let this happen) handed the phone to a man who said his name was Taye. He did not sound like a manager - he was speaking in such a low tone I could barely hear him and talked like someone who barely graduated high school. I suspect that he was just a regular employee and the cashier did not get me to a manager. This "Taye" said he was going to talk to the general manager and that I would get a call back in 30 minutes. It's been several days and no phone call. I can't believe this establishment tolerates this kind of behavior, especially with it being marketed to children. If this careless cashier or "Taye" are going to be allowed to work here with their terrible attitudes, we will be cancelling our memberships and we will never consider Altitude for birthday parties ever again.
