Then they tried to charge me the full price of the MVP party room to the point I had to go back and forth with them to be charged for a table and not a room. My daughter's birthday was ruined and no one offered anything. Taye (the fake manger) was also our party host, and he did not take some of the price off for them giving our room away. No one every came back to even help with siging happy birthday. They passed us some old, dry pizza and sent us on our way. We never seen anyone again until we were leaving. They told me that we would have to wait until the party in the party room ended (it had just started) and then we could use it or just use the public party area. My child was humiliated and sad because she had to share a special day with strangers starting in her face. No one ever offered to accommodate their mess up and basically said there is nothing they can do at that point. It was a horrible experience for our family and party guest.
