I had my sons 1st birthday party here. Booked 25 kids / 20 adults. And it was not cheap for 2 hours! I thought ok in and out. I wouldn't have to cook, clean, etc. The 2 hours went by fast. It was no organization. They kept asking when I wanted the pizza to come out, to sing happy birthday, do this and that & I didn't know. I'm trying to have fun with my baby. I would suggest for them to create the schedule to make things simple and organized. And if I wanted to add food or anything I had to leave the party to wait in a line to order instead of just placing my order with my host. Which the host got an attitude when I asked her when a pizza would come out that we ordered. Which made my blood boil. However I kept it cool classy and cute! I think we should be able to order through the host. We went over a little and didn't have a lot of play time. Also, I was called 2 nights prior and I called the day prior to the party I was never told that they did not have gift bags until when I arrived. There were a few games that did not work. There was 1 lady that was extremely nice and went above and beyond that worked the register and came out to the floor at times I wish I would've gotten her name and gave her a tip before she got off! Good Customer service can take you a long way and it wasn't like we were asking for a lot. I'll return but I'll never book a party here again! I spent too much money and felt rushed! Employees should be trained on how to communicate better with parents because parents already be stressed enough planning a party. Waited forever for an employee to come out of the back to scan our summer passes and when she came out she clearly had an attitude like she didn't want to be there. A bunch of the games are broken or messing things for them to work. One of the worst Chuck e cheeses I have ever been to. Would not recommend anyone to go to this Chuck E. Cheese. read more

Who doesnt like to play games and win tickets for prizes? Came here on a Sunday afternoon and it was fairly crowded with a couple of Birthday party's being celebrated. We usually go to the Gulfport location but due to being in the area we went ahead and gave it a shot. The interior is pretty large comparing it to the Gulfport location and have plenty of tables and booths where you can have a seat or just put your stuff there. All the games were pretty much updated to the newest games and worked perfectly on this day. The one thing that stood out was there was no playground with slides at this location but had everything else. We didnt eat just played games this time and the salad bar looked fresh and fully stocked. There was even a lady walking around cleaning the games and machines and the place was pretty much spotless considering all the kids roaming around. There is a sign saying Chuck E comes out every hour on the 30 but we never saw him until they sang happy birthday to all the kids. He wasn't very energetic and dancing just walking around waving to all the kids but other than that everything was great and the kids had fun. read more

We do birthday parties here several times a year. My kids always have a great time. My only complaint is that all the machines don't work all the time. Our last trip was a little disappointing because there were several machines that were out of service. There normally is at least a few machines down. The service could be better. It seems like they are always under staffed and it is hard to get help when needed. I really don't like that you can't pause the cards anymore. While the kids are at the party tables eating and doing the birthday stuff the cards can't be paused so they are losing a lot of play time. The 2 hour play time is more like 1 hour because they can't pause the cards. My kids try to rush through the food and party experience so they can hurry up and get back to the games. If they would bring back the pause option I would give 5 stars. read more

We came in there a few weeks ago with my kids. While there , there was a girl working there that got on to my child for trying to play on the little stuff I know that they was cleaning stuff for the night but little kids don't understand that. She raised her voice at my child twice. The last time I told her I will correct my child not her. My baby was just wanting to play. Please tell your employees that little kids don't understand sometimes and they should speak to parents not the children. I spent a good bit of money in there that night. I have had many experiences with many, many,MANY, Chuck E. Cheese's, (not to mention my obsession it's Chucky Dolls,) but this was my worst one yet. I took my kids to this establishment, and as soon as we got to the counter, the employee was on the phone. I tried to get her attention, AND SHE HELD UP HER FINGER FOR ME TO WAIT. After she finished her phone call, she took our order, and we sat at a dirty a booth. My kids went to play with their custom Chucky dolls, and my daughter got into a fist fight with another child. Absolutely abysmal in this location. The staff were nice, and that is the only redeeming quality. The food is gross. The children there are horrible, and even worse their parents. I understand kids run around and have fun, but not destroying things or talking like sailors while their parents pay no attention to it. This is a gangster's paradise, not a kids fun place. This CEC has a good choice of games to play but they are bad about being too crowded on weekend nights. The food is ok, the salad bar is decently stocked and the employees are always very friendly and helpful. I only come when the grand kids want to come. They are a little more expensive than The Blue Rabbit Arcade but they definitely have more games and in my opinion better games. Best to go during week days and nights or weekend days before five pm before the crowds get there. read more

We would never have gone here on a Saturday but it was my grandson's birthday and we wanted to go ON his birthday. So we went in late afternoon figuring it might not be too crowded. We got a booth, put our order number in the holder, put our plates, etc., on the table, but we needed two booths for the whole group. The booth next to ours was dirty so I asked an employee to clean it for us. We waited and waited and in the meantime got drinks, etc., and another group of people came to our table, removed our order number and plates, etc., and took over our booth, saying that the manager had told them to take that table. We cleaned off the dirty table and then someone finally came to clean our table (and did a fine job) but we still needed a 2nd table. There were tables all around us that remained dirty for the whole time we ate so we didn't know if they were available or not. As a result we ended up with one booth for 7 adults and 4 kids with people standing up to eat. There needs to be a way to tell when other people leave making tables available and empty tables need to be cleaned. Everyone enjoyed the pizza. The salad bar was pretty decent but somehow not as good as in the past. Almost every single table was a disaster which gave an overall terrible impression of the whole place being dirty. Both drink machines were empty of ice (but were filled pretty quickly). Kids still seemed to be having a blast and I guess that's what everyone goes there for anyway. I've been to this Chuck E Cheese many times and this is the first time it's been SO bad. In addition, when I went to the web address on my receipt to rate my visit and clicked the final button, it said "bad gateway" or something. I went to start over and it said my code had already been used. So I missed out on getting 20 free tickets for my grandkids. read more
