Today we went like we do almost every year. Every year we knew we could come and get something for…read moreour money. This was when they had more games and the machines dispensed tickets. Today we went and they had changed all the games. They have started using cards instead of you collecting your tickets. We usually spend around 30-50 minutes on 20 dollars. Today we spent 20 dollars in 10 minutes. We didn't get our money's worth at all. We got two 150 ticket rolls and we had 50 on our card. So 350 tickets in all. We used to maybe have that with 7 dollars. When we got up to the counter to cash in our card for prizes, no one would come out and wait on us. I was highly disappointed.

Almost all the games were ticket based. And the two that are usually reasonably efficient for farming if you're skilled enough at other locations are goaled just outside the range. Nerf's time limit was way too low for the goal, and Space Invaders Frenzy has way too few power ups enabled for the goal score. I know this because I have done well on these elsewhere. Nothing else there was really skill based. No Pacman at all (Despite being in the logo) And definitely not anything actually worth playing for fun. Ticket listings were incredibly unprofessional and unbalanced. Listed "Pokemon cards" for 125 tickets, not specifying what they are (they're the dime-a-dozen Halloween mini packs that never contain anything worthwhile, meanwhile other places have full on 10 card normal store packs, listed an "Xbox" for 60k tickets but no info on what version of the Xbox it actually is, etc.). Tons of out of order machines too. Frankly a disgusting display on all fronts, especially as a massive fan of arcades like me. If you're gonna run a business model primarily focused on redemption/ticket games, you have to make sure those games are worthwhile to play and the prizes are clearly defined, otherwise the place doesn't have much of a purpose. If you're taking your kids here, expect them to get upset when they realize they don't have enough tickets for anything worthwhile.

We were celebrating a bit (responsibly-ish), a little loose, a lot competitive... and I'm telling you, it turned into one of those memories you don't forget. Now, if I had to throw in one real critique give the military a serious discount. Not a weak 10%. I'm talking 25-50%. Those folks are sacrificing, living on tight budgets, away from home. Ventured in on a Saturday morning after not having visited for a few years. The staff was friendly…read moreand welcoming, but unfortunately that was where the positives began to taper off. Almost immediately after walking in, there was a noticeable musky odor that lingered for the entire hour we were there. This wasn't a "you get used to it" situation--it never went away. We arrived roughly 15 minutes after opening, so this wasn't the result of a long, high-traffic day. The carpet throughout the facility looked heavily worn, with visible debris scattered around, which only amplified the overall unkempt feel. While the trampolines themselves appeared to be in decent condition, there is a sponge pit on site, and given the state of the rest of the building, I can only assume it wasn't particularly clean. Birthday parties began rolling in around 11 a.m., so the place was clearly gearing up for a busy day. The connected arcade and bowling area had updated games, which was nice, but unfortunately shared the same issues: dirty carpet, debris, and that persistent musky smell. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I wouldn't return unless the facility showed clear improvements in cleanliness and upkeep. A little maintenance would go a long way here.

Bad for business, here's the story !!…read more On February 5th, I booked my son's party. After booking and paying the deposit, I only received the deposit confirmation email. No one ever contacted me after, nor did I receive anymore emails. This past week, I called three days in a row to make sure everything was in order (pizza toppings, extra food trays, drinks, decorations, etc.) I get there early to setup and pay. The young man at the counter told me that I am to pay after the party is over. The party time was 4:30-6:30. The kids jump for an hour and get called to the room at 5:30 to eat. Initially, the hostess only bought the pizzas. I inquired about the chicken nugget tray and sandwich tray to which she informed me that no one ever added the trays to my party itinerary. I told her that I spoke to someone on three multiple occasions. And she stated that she would go and make the trays. Once the kids were done eating, they attempted to return to jumping and were told they could not jump anymore. I went to the front desk and the employee got his "manager". The "manager" Josh, said that jump time is only for 1 hour and that if I wanted additional time, I'd have to pay $10 per kid (an extra $150). I told him no, and that no one ever informed me that jump time was for 1 hour for birthday parties. He was very condescending. I tell the kids to go back to the party room so we could finish eating (the trays finally arrived). The hostess then tells me the "manager" Josh was trying to backlog the calls to see who I spoke to. I told her that he didn't have to do anything because the matter of the fact is that no one properly communicated anything to me! I told Hannah, the hostess, that I wasn't mad at her nor yelling at her as none of this was her fault. She then informed me that Josh was in fact not the manager, but the supervisor. She stated someone named JJ is the manager. So I told her to tell Josh to give me the real manager's information. Fast forward about 15 minutes later, I met with Josh, another male and a female. The female starts to talk and says that made Hannah cry. I told her I could care less about the hostess crying as she had no real reason to be crying. I stated that my son and his friends were upset as they could not jump anymore. The female begins to talk and start to snap her neck. That is when I told her "I'm gonna stop you right there. You're not about to sit up here and snap your neck at me. that's what we're not gonna do! I'm going to go in here, and get ready for cake and ice cream. And I don't want y'all to say anything else to me" They then leave. We really had no hostess the majority of the time. We even cleaned up. As we got ready to leave, I asked my friend to stand at the counter so they could know I was going to come back in to pay as I wanted to move my car closer to the door for loading purposes. I was met at the door by two D'Iberville police officers who informed me that they received a complaint for a verbal altercation as I verbally assaulted them. Per the cops, the employees also told them that I did not pay my bill and wouldn't leave the premises . The employees said they didn't want me back at the business and if I come back, they would press charges for trespassing. In addition, they could charge me petit larceny. Moreover, the employees were standing on the other side talking mess. I told they'd better shutup. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CHILDREN TO MULLET HOP AGAIN!!! Unorganized and Unprofessional!!

Normal movie concessions. We got a big popcorn, a fountain drink and an icee. No complaints and I liked that they gave us smaller bags to distribute the popcorn for the kids. I love that they had a ton of butter stations for the popcorn and it was pretty clean overall. We did go first thing in the morning, so YMMV lol. The seats were recliners, but looked and felt worn down. One of my kiddos couldn't even recline their chair so we swapped. Not a deal breaker but a little disappointing nonetheless. Overall, I'd say this is a decent theater.
